Faulty ring
My complaint is that they failed to provide me with a satisfactory product. I ordered a ring from the merchant on 9/1/24 and was delivered to me on 20/1/24. I was unsatisfied with the quality and level of damage to the ring and sent it back to the merchant (I had to pay for shipping). However, before sending it back I inquired about the refund policy and was told that I would be refunded in full which was a lie as the company is now charging me 15% towards the purchase price. I was never made aware of this and I believe to have been scammed, had I known of this I would have never ordered from this company. The situation has caused stress and my anxiety levels to increase.

I placed an order for 2 Jewish spinning rings on the 5th April 2022. Funds totalling £2679.94 were transferred to your company’s bank account on the 7th April 2022. However Akvia claimed that you did not receive the funds.
Subsequent investigations on my part have proved that the funds were transferred on the 7th April 2022 and your bank in Israel have confirmed receipt of the funds twice in a row to my bank. However Akvia still claims that you have not received the funds. This has been going on now for a month and I do not have the rings or my money back. I have sent proof that the transfer was made to your bank using the following swift code: NWBKGB2L and the following international tracking reference number: 7A6EDD78-B56F-41EC-BFA2-22ADC0033CB8.
I sent a letter of complaint explaining your liability in this situation on the 4th May but received no reply. I then sent a second letter dated 11th May reiterating my complaint and stating that litigation will follow unless I had a response within 10 days and this time has now expired with no reply.
I am extremely upset and distressed about the whole transaction and the lack of effort on your part to resolve this matter. What upsets me the most is that I cannot propose to the woman I love because of your incompetance in customer service.

On 03/26/2022 an expensive Tallis listed as in stock was ordered. After waiting for an anticipated delivery date and receiving no response to two inquiries, the company claimed that there was a 30 day delivery wait. After expressing disappointment and waiting 30 days, no delivery date was communicated. Two additional customer contacts resulted in another promised communication of shipping date. Even after expressing low confidence in their promise, that date came and went by with no communication. I have no confidence in this company or it’s ability to meet any business honesty.

Menorah
I bought a menorah as an engagement gift for my daughter. It was nothing like the beautiful 3D artwork shown on their website. It was a 1/8 inch piece of cheap metal bent with a wave in it, poorly spray painted with bumps and splotches. It also had a lot of scratches along the edge. It was a very expensive at almost $399 Canadian with tax. I also had to pay an additional $63 for customs and duties. I returned it for a refund and was told that I'd have to pay the postage which was $77 for a trackable parcel. According to their website, if the product is defective they will pay for return shipping. They refused saying that the menorah would get scratched with use. I kid you not.
"My manager does not recognize those scratches on the upper part as a defect unfortunately, since putting the candleholders there, metal against metal, will sooner or later create scratches. Our offer about reshipment without any scratches or return for a refund stands."

gold pendant, necklace and gift card
Last month I purchased a gold plated pendant, necklace, and giftcard from them. The necklace and pendant arrived completely tarnished and grey and there was no giftcard. Their site clearly states on their return policy they will give you a full refund for product defects. This was a product defect and missing giftcard, and they denied me a refund immediately. This is why I shop on Amazon and will continue to shop there for jewlery. I should have read reviews about this company first as they have poor reviews and I see why. They purposely sell tarnished jewelry. They even admited in an email to me that they forgot to polish the necklace and instructed me to do it. I had pictures to prove the tarnish and discoloring but they ignored it and denied me a refund no further discussion. They were very rude. This grey tarnished jewlery is not what I paid for, and polishing did not work. This is not gold plated it's fake, fraudulent metal, and their resistance to give me a full refund shows they dont care about their customers and knowingly sell poor quality jewlery with false advertisement of refunds that they do not offer. Stay away from, go through Amazon as they process refunds and take care of their customers concerns.

They advised me they had everything in stock except for one item to be made. I have received two orders and requested a refund on the rest that had not shipped. They start going back and forth with excuses. There is no answer on the phone number listed on their website. I am asking for a refund and hoping to get one. it appears they are just a website with a service department and almost everything they offer looks like actually comes from other companies. With the BDS movement against Israel you would think they would be grateful and honest with those of us who are trying to support Israel!

I ordered a set of candlesticks as a Bat Mitzvah gift to be sent to the recipient. I got an order confirmation and no further emails. I finally wrote to the company and was told the supplier was "closed" until May 12 and asked if I wanted to wait or cancel the order. The Bat Mitzvah was May 11 so I cancelled. If I hadn't inquired I would not have known. Now I need to make sure my card is refunded. Terrible customer service!

I purchased 2 Marina Jewelry Rings from Judaicawebstore on August 30, 2018 and paid with PayPal. I received two tracking numbers one from the Netherlands and the other from Germany, neither of them are trackable. When I queried it I got the following response:

Purchased an item late April for my wedding in early June. After 2 weeks of no shipping notice I contacted the company in regards to my purchase. They told me they would look into it and get back to me, then nearly a week later I was contacted on a Friday and told it would be shipped out on Monday. Fearing my purchase wouldn't arrive on time, I asked to cancel the order. Come Monday, after telling them to cancel my order, I received an email telling me the item was shipped. Now the item shows up after my wedding, while I'm on my honeymoon, and I have to send the item back. I was told that once the item was received on their end I would receive and refund for the purchase, and I would be reimbursed for the shipping costs ( since the item was shipped after I told them to cancel the order). I supplied them with a copy of the shipping costs, and an email address for my paypal account ( I was told they could only reimburse the shipping cost through paypal). Well, after several attempts to contact the company, sometimes they will respond after 2-3 days, sometimes there is no response at all (until I send multiple emails). Each response I get is filled with lies and all they are doing is giving me the runaround, instead of giving me the reimbursement they agreed to. Its now October and this issue has yet to be resolved.
I would not recommend this company to anyone to do business. If you see Judaica Web Store in your searches, RUN AS QUICKLY AS YOU CAN. They are very unprofessional, and the entire experience is painstakingly overdrawn. Maybe one of these years I will get my money back from them, but I'm not holding my breath.
$-hundreds in merchandise still missing a month later
I'm sorry I hadn't seen these reviews before spending several hundred dollars at Judaicawebstore.com. I'm yet ANOTHER customer who ordered product (pictured) and am still waiting to receive it, one month later (and counting.) I've been in constant communication with Shoshana in Customer Service, but all she's been able to provide are excuses. At first, I was patient, but now, they are just ignoring my communications and I've gotten nothing for my money!
They don't know WHERE my package is;
They don't know WHEN my package should arrive;
They don't know WHAT the tracking number is;
And like so many others who have complained on here, they have given me NO RESULTS, NO MERCHANDISE, JUST EXCUSES!
I am going to have to report this company for FRAUD, I fear, and get my money refunded, since I never got the product I paid for. I would like to apology’s to JudaicaWebStore for my bad review. My order was in fact placed at a timely manner and was no fault of the store for the delay. And I am thankful for their quick responce to my frustration. Thier service is excellent. They got right on it. It turns out I was not aware that Customs can and will hold your order for as long as they want! Is no fault of JudaicaWebStore. I did receive my Star Of David necklace And found it to be even more beautiful then the picture! I absolutely love it! The Quality Deserves A five star rating and that is why I felt need to clear up my first comment and replace it with a well dirserved complement in all aspects .
If you see something to like get it you won’t regret it. Just be aware that customs picks random orders and can hold your order regardless what shipping you used.

Stay away, wish I saw these reviews first. I am experiencing every problem listed. Customer service does not respond until my bank got involved. Even then they did not answer the questions. We paid $50 + extra to receive the goods in time for the holidays. Guess what holiday is over still no product. When they say 7-14 business days they mean 14 business days & don't forget to add 4 business days for them to pack & ship =18 business days! If you want to return your responsible to pay an additional shipping back to them plus the original shipping. I can go on but you get the picture.

Hi. I purchased sandals from this online store and when they finally arrived it was not leather as stated but rather plastic as a shoe cobbler in my area stated and the size was much bigger than expected. Could not return them because when I had intended as they suggested to, it was goin to be well over $100. And also no response from an email stating that my issue would be resolved.. A refund would be nice.
I wish I found this complaint board before I ordered mine. Received smelly plastic garbage, with no traces of leather. And no Invoice as well. Trust I will lose even more money by returning them so I cut my loss by throwing them into the garbage bin.
two promise rings
Ordered two promise rings from this store and paid extra for fast shipping. It's been almost a month and still nothing has arrived. Gave a tracking number that they used the regular post office so it never got tracked. Complained several times. Filed a refund from Paypal but they refused to return the money until I finally filed a claim with Paypal. I wish I could have checked the reviews prior to purchasing anything from them. Do not order from this site! I placed an order early july. I never received my items. I've sent email after email to customer service. I've gotten 3 emails back saying that my items "were shipped" and not giving me any other info or responding to my requests for a refund. The tracking number they sent me was bogus.

Terrible. Do not buy anything from this site. My items didn't arrive; then they said they were returned but would not provide any tracking info. Finally, the tracking showed my items went to tampa and I live in atlanta. They finally credited merchandise, but not the shipping - was I supposed to drive 7 hours to pick it up in tpa? They have even ignored my dispute through paypal.
