Junxian Store review: Why I am not entitled to my refund?

I placed a order to junxian store,for a s22 +ultra smartphone on the 7/june/2022. I did received the package on the 16/july/2022. I unwrapped the package,switched on phone,not inserting a sim card,but just running it WiFi. to see if phone switches on and was working ok? It was working fine for a short while and then it just went off forni reason. I used the charging cable which was provided with the phone. But for what ever reason it just didn't charge or lite any light on at the smart phone. I tried many times and also using my Samsung charger, but the smartphone, never responded or came back to live. So because the smartphone was not charging or coming back on for what reason? I decided to send junxian store on the same day a message, explaining what has happened to the phone and that it was not working and there perhaps was a manufacturers faulty with this smartphone and that i needed a return address so it could be checked. And so junxian store could send it back to the manufacturer to get there money back and so i could get my complete refund for the faulty s22 + ultra smartphone. But I never got a reply by junxian store for return address for what ever reason? I am still waiting. And I also got my open case on junxian store close by someone from your company? Which i just find absolutely reticulise,considering that your staff member has not see or is a expert to examine the faulty smartphone, for her or him to decide to close my case. It just doesn't sound correct to deal with a Genuine refund request. Plus i am only ask for my money back from junxian store and not from the person who closed my case. Or is it company policy for your customer support team to make decisions without examination of the item or paying on the problem to the seller? To close a case for a refund, on there own decision? Which I as a customer find very strange and scary,if so. But I hope it was just a mistake and the problem can be easily and quickly resolved? Thank you. Kind regards,A.Robinson. Desired outcome: return the faulty item to junxian store,check it themselves & give me as a customer full refund.
