Kisha Mays, founder of Just Fearless, LLC created the Women Empowering Women tour in which she hired about a dozen interns to take advantage of free/cheap labor with the promise of receiving a stipend in April and then another in June to cover the expenses they incurred for using their own phones and travel. None of which, both the tour and the stipends have ever come to fruition.
Unprofessionally she canceled many tour dates less than 24 hours before the date and did not inform her interns or people who purchased tickets to the convention. When it came time to reimburse the interns she pushed back their first payment date and then again in June until she canceled the entire tour last minute and refused to pay said interns. She does not respond or follow up in timely fashion and lacks ethics. Each time an intern became aware of the scam and resigned, Kisha followed up with an attacking email to them in a very unprofessional way.
She also has failed to pay independent contractors for services that have been rendered for things unrelated to the tour. She claims to have the funds to cover all her expenses including workers but does not. She is broke.
Please beware if you purchase tickets that there will be no event and if you're looking for a job or an internship, run! You will not receive anything that was promised to you. She's a crafty scammer who may believe the lies that come out of her mouth. She'll promise you the world and make it sound capable but follows through on nothing. She also has no respect for your religious beliefs and will push her G-d on you and her religion. She has no respect for the people she hired who do hard work while she pulls the veil over them.
Be careful when it comes to this "company" she's a good manipulator and makes you want to believe and then tears you down. She's a complete waste of time.
This is a former intern who continues to go to various sites posting lies even though she was dismissed in the Spring of 2010. By checking out our great press received, our Youtube account which has video footage, our website, twitter, and Women Empowering Women Facebook page, you can see that everything has continued happen even though this intern was dismissed after 3 months in April 2010 for insurbordination. We do hope that she gets help, Ana Blue, as she continues to post the same lies even 2 years later. At some point you have to get over your anger, accept responsibility for your actions, and move on. It is 2012, time to let go.

I believe everything this woman is saying, I too was scammed by this organization.
Katina Washington of SHE Events Indy Co appears to be a Trump supporter who doesn’t like that we support Kamala Harris openly as she stated she had a problem with it.
So rather than actually read what was sent to her about when her refund in which she still would have gotten back because of her issue with politics and inability to comprehend what was written to her, She decides to attack on something from 13 years ago. As per usual ignores any and all facts provided to her in writing and our response to a former intern.
Sounds familiar and very Trump like! Funny how more than 16 years in business and she had to dig for a complaint from 13 years ago to make false statements. The election year has brought out maga nut jobs!
Businesses beware of Katina Washington and SHE Indy Event Co based in Indianapolis! She will accept your terms and conditions in the beginning but later decide it doesn’t apply to her, lie about additional expenses that she didn’t have, and will try to hurt your business for standing on business.
There are no videos or photos related to this event anywhere. Also, after sending an email stating the event will be postponed, they have continued to allow their page to be open and accept vendors' sign-ups.
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction and concern regarding the recent handling of an event organized by Just Fearless to be hosted in Washington, DC. I signed up for the event as a vendor/speaker, which was subsequently canceled. I was then presented with two options: either change the event location or receive a refund a month later. I chose to have my money refunded. I had a bad feeling about this company.
However, when I requested my refund, I received an email stating that Just Fearless intended to keep my payment and would not issue a refund, despite my timely request. This response is unacceptable, particularly given that the funds were taken quickly and should have been returned in a similar manner.
I have since filed a dispute with Chase regarding this matter and plan to host a masterclass to inform others about this experience. Additionally, I found another scam report online detailing a similar situation with Just Fearless, where an individual was also denied a refund.
I strongly urge anyone considering doing business with this organization to thoroughly research them before engaging. A simple Google search yields little to no credible information about Just Fearless, and they lack a Google page or any proper contact information aside from a shared email address.
These actions reflect poor business practices, and I am sharing my experience to protect others from being similarly affected.
I will continue to return to keep you updated this the issue involving this organization. Here is another article I wrote on Reddit to protect other small businesses from experiencing these types of situations.

Update: Chase gave us our money back. Please spread the word. Stop these people. I plan to send the notice out to all 28k of our contacts.
