Kah Motor Malaysia review: Front door window rubber seal & Right door passenger door regulator (vibration sound when closing)

Owner of Honda hatchback, bght 1 year ago (car registration plate no PQL 1102).
Car still under warranty.
1 month ago sent the car for servicing and highlight 2 defects as mentioned.
Kah Motor Penang rejected the claim for defects warranty citing window tinting was not done with their co (done by other tinting co).
Raise appeal to Honda Malaysia and was also rejected.
Extremely disappointed with the decisions and result as trusted Honda branding. I have been royal supporter for Toyota vios for many years before switching to Honda due to its car appeal and good fuel consumption.
Appealing to your good office to look into the matter and getting more justice on the matter.
