Financing, vehicle way over priced
August 3rd, Bought a 2012 f350 lariat 110k miles for 32k,traded a 2013 f250 lariat diesel for 16k, put 14k down and was financed for additional 24k, truck was beautiful,went to sign paperwork and ron offera 36,000 mile warranty no cost. everything seemed good till that night I noticed no interior lights, checked fuses and bulbs and all fine, did research...

My brand new vehicle was picked up by the dealership so they can complete the POS inspection that was never done. The driver picked up my vehicle and then once it was returned we looked over the vehicle together and it was damaged. The driver acknowledged that there was no damages on the vehicle prior. The dealership is not taken care of it or apologized. They took my vehicle and brought it back damaged. The driver name was adam.

I purchased a Audi 2018 on July 31. The vehicle has minor damage and I requested a pricing reduction, the dealership declined and stated they would bring me a loaner vehicle to Columbus and repair my new vehicle. I called about the repair, they brought a 2011 Mitsubishi that smells like cigarette smoke, and was very dirty. The manager *** acted like he was doing me a favor by bring the "loaner", explained this was apart of a deal and this was not a favor. I spoke with the General Manager and Owner ***. The dealership solution was for me to stop driving the loaner. I asked for a clean loaner vehicle or refund for rental.

My girlfriend and I visited a car dealership yesterday to explore the possibility of buying two cars. Although she didn't have her driver's license with her and wasn't prepared to make a purchase, we found a couple of vehicles we were interested in. To secure them while we made our decision, we placed deposits on both. We informed the sales team that we would return today to continue our discussion and explicitly instructed them not to initiate a credit check until we were present and had given our consent. Despite our clear instructions, we received a notification while still at work, before our planned departure at 3pm to visit the dealership, that our credit had been checked three times without our authorization. We are now setting up fraud alerts on our accounts and have been in contact with Wells Fargo and another financial institution to address this matter. They are both aware of the situation and are conducting investigations. We expect the dealership to cancel the unauthorized credit inquiries and acknowledge that they were made without our consent, so these inquiries can be removed from our credit history.
