Kearns Brothers did a good job on my roofing project. The workers were skilled and kept me informed throughout the project. If I had a small criticism, it would be that it didn't get done in as timely a manner as I would have liked, but it is understandable with the shortage of materials right now. Highly recommend Kearns.

I recently had a tear-down new roof installed and gutters replaced. From the time I first met the company salesman, signed the contract, and had the team complete the job, including a clean-up and inspection, I knew I was dealing with a high-class outfit. They were neat, clean, courteous, professional and reliable. Great job!
Quality materials and excellent installation both roofing and gutters. Good value. Priced fairly.Really good looking new roof. Crews worked hard. Clean-up and communication could have been better. I recommend them. Rating 4.5 out of 5
The roof installation team workmanship on my roof was as if they were working on their own roof.
I received a quote from Kearns but they failed to follow through with the agreed-upon contract. They gave multiple excuses why they were not able to come out and start the project. I had to continually call and email them and ask when they will start the project. Its been almost 2 years and I still have no start date insight they just seem to not care and do not want to work. I heard that Kearns Brothers was bought by another company and Im not sure if thats why they are not honoring their contract or if it was priced too low for them. Regardless theres no communication with them they have a very poor customer relationship I gave them a fairly big project as to not waste their time. Im sure if I wouldve dropped out of the contract they wouldve sued me or charged me so for them to not honor their end is ridiculous and unprofessional. Im just so irritated because they wont come out and say they dont want the job or they cant afford it, just tell me the truth and Ill move on. But compensate customers if the blatant errors are on your end. They are in the wrong and wont be professional about it. I should have moved on to other companies but about the time I find another they will say Im in breech of their contract. I will reach out to them AGIAN to void or cancel my contract. Why am I the one continually reaching out when Im supposed to be the customer and paying them!

Kearns Brothers replaced two custom shaped transom windows that had rotting frames. From the beginning (phone calls, quote, measurements) through the end (installation) every person I interacted with from Kearns Brothers was professional, polite and respectful. The new windows are maintenance-free and look amazing. Kearns Brothers does a great job and I highly recommend the company for any home improvement project.

The worst experience in my life,been lied to me THREE times, it took more than TWO months to put a new roof .Never recommend Kearns Brothers to any one.
Small project removing old furnace stack and installation of power vent. Work crew on time and where easy to work with. End result was a good job DJS
Roofing crew tore off entire front half of house shingles in face of forecasted and obviously impending rain. They left unprotected areas over-night causing rain damage to main bathroom ceiling around skylight. Then they removed shingles from back of house without delivering enough material to recover. Again, they left overnight, which allowed rain damage to master bath ceiling and wall. Job included replacing damaged trim boards which they had to be reminded of (and returned) twice before they finished. Waited 3 months for included gutter installation and when the sub-contractor arrived to install them, they refused because special brackets needed to be made and they would not make them. Sub claimed Kearns had not informed them of special requirements. Kearns withdrew gutter work from contract. Then Kearns over-billed by over $1000 due to two errors on the invoice. On the positive side, they did a nice installation. The general manager was courteous, listened to my entire list of issues and promptly adjusted the ***. General manager assistance raised review from a 1 to a 2.
Kearns replaced my roof and gutters
Kearns replaced my roof and gutters. Communications were excellent from contract to completion. Their roofing crew worked 12 hours in 90 degrees to complete the roof in one day. It rained a little during to install and the crew kept working. Gutters were installed six days latter. I am very pleased with all Kearns did for me. Chuck gave me the time table and they did what they said they would do. Thank you Kearns Brothers.

The price was very reasonable so I agreed to let them do the work.A team of 4 people came out to install the gutters and completed the job within a few hours. I could not have been more pleased. They did a terrific job, cleaned up after installation. The gutters are great complete with a screen that prevents leaves and other debris from clogging them up. I highly recommend Kearns Brothers to anyone looking for a quality construction job.

The entire roof was completed in a day. The skylights took longer because they were custom, however, once they were available the replacement was done in one day.We are very satisfied with Kearns Brothers work. Wont keep me updated. Been waiting for MONTHS to get the work done on my home. No word. Rude office staff. They have NO idea when they will get around to it. Started in the spring with quote. Now its winter! More excuses.
Sales (***) was super responsive during quote period, while waiting for work to be scheduled and after work was completed. He even caulked up a popped nail for us when he quoted. This is our 2nd roof w/Kearns (25 yrs in our house). Amazing how roofing tech has upped its game w/ water protection and tile depth! House feels blanketed. The crew were lovely to have on site. 2 days of teamwork and laughter - could tell these guys had been doing this together for a long time. Clean up each day was immaculate. All of our questions before and during were answered. We are very happy w/ the roof and with Kearns.

We were glad we chose Kerns Brothers. The crew they sent out was very efficient and worked well together. They got the job done in a short period of time and did really good work. They answered all our questions and helped us by adding the mail box and light fixtures. They also were very good about cleaning up after themselves. When the job was done we had new siding and gutters and no mess around the house. We've received many good comments from our neighbors and friends. Thanks for the update on our home.

This is the second job on my house that Kearns Brothers has completed. After having other estimates done on getting my garage aluminum sided, I went back to Kearns Brothers because their pricing was more economical for my budget and the salesman, John, is very easy to work with. They told me in advance when to expect the work to begin and for the most part it was done timely. I only had one issue come up during the process but it was resolved to my satisfaction. Even before the work was done, my neighbors were complimenting me and asked who did the work. At first they thought it was painted! The only other comment I have is to perhaps get John some help because he works very hard to get the business! and to all of you, keep up the good work!

I had to wait for 3 months for the included gutter installation, and when the sub-contractor arrived to install them, they refused because special brackets needed to be made and they would not make them. Siding has started to fall off in multiple places
Siding has started to fall off in multiple places. In mid-2019 Kearns Brothers were contracted to install siding on the entire exterior of our house and garage. Kearns Brothers did not start the job until November, or thereabouts. The job was rushed, which resulted in damage to the house and siding materials, as well as an unacceptable result in terms of the quality of materials sourced and installation craftsmanship for the siding. We asked a number of experienced individuals for their thoughts on the installation and every one of them expressed their belief the installation was sub-standard. In December or thereabouts, Kearns Brothers acknowledged the issues with the siding and promised they would return in the spring of 2020 to address all the issues. We have received no communications or follow-up from Kearns this year regarding the situation, even though it is coming up to a year since they installed the siding. We understand that the current Corona Virus outbreak has impacted many businesses, however construction was allowed to continue months ago. Kearns received nearly the full balance for the job immediately upon request, based on their word that they would resolve everything to our satisfaction; but they have failed to honour their promises.

Kearns Brothers recently completed a repair on our roof. We'd hired Kearns to install a roof on two of our previous homes and they did a fantastic job! The team, along with the project manager and his wife, were excellent! They were on time every day, were very communicative and did GREAT work. If you want any roofing work done, call Kearns!
