I like using the keen.com site for love and relationship readings
I have tried a lot of their psychics. Psychic Jason Storm is the best love and relationship advisor on the keen.com site. I recommend paying for his email readings. So that way, you don't have to worry about any per-minute fees. This will give him more time to look into your case. Now, the only problem that I have found with their site is. If advisors don't stay active on the Keen website, remove reviews. He did have a lot of good feedback. However, now I don't see any. Now, you must be very careful when using the keen.com site because there are a lot of fake psychics. Always read customer reviews. Now, their feedback will tell you how good their advisors are. I do like a few readers on the Keen website. Psychic Jason Storm is the best love and relationship advisor. His readings will knock your socks off.
A Mix of Experiences - Keen.com
As I delve into the reviews of Keen.com, it's evident that the platform offers a mix of experiences. Some customers praise the skilled advisors, providing accurate and insightful readings that bring comfort and guidance during challenging times. The convenience and rewards scheme are highlighted as positive aspects, with loyal customers appreciating the personalized service. However, there are also concerns raised about overcharging, inconsistent readings, and issues with customer service responsiveness. It seems that while some find solace and clarity through Keen, others encounter disappointments and frustrations. It's essential to approach Keen with an open mind, understanding that experiences can vary widely based on individual interactions with advisors. If you're seeking spiritual guidance, Keen.com may offer valuable insights, but it's crucial to manage expectations and choose advisors carefully based on your needs and preferences.

This is a funny site
I love that people are bashing one site to promote another. This is bad karma and bad business. You have to find the right advisor. There are really great people who work on keen.
Amazing lady very true tells it how it is
Master sunlight is the best person i have talked to on keen very strong amazing lady tells the truth how it is and wants nothing but the best for people and putting them in the right direction in their life LOVE HER
Gary Rodgers
Thank you Gary. You are a wonderful person. You are not just a psychic. You are very caring. I appreciate all of our conversations. You are honest but very supportive. I feel like we have connected because I always needed a brother, or a supportive male in my life. May God Bless You and Your Family in the manner in which you help others.
Great site with tons of different psychics, astrologers etc
The site is not perfect like nothing in life is but its the site of that kind with the most variety of psychics. You can pick literally from hundreds and b/c they have so many you will find them at any time day or night. Different people work at different time and have different prices. Personally I have been there long enough to have my favourites... so my advice is: stay in the middle, not too high price and 15000+ ratings. Good luck :)
I love Keen the advisors are great
I am an advisor, but I'm also a client. I have no complaints at all as an advisor. They treat us great it is the best place I have ever worked. I also call the other psychics. I find MANY and i do mean MANY to be very accurate, very helpful. In fact one of them is the person that has taught me more in life and now I'm teaching all of my clients! There are lots of gems as advisors. They are really here to help! Keen offers predictions, life coaching, spiritual advising. The advisors want to help you carve a path to your perfect destiny. The intentions of this company are amazing. Please just take a deep breath and allow your advisor a moment to think so he or she can help you the most :)
Very accurate!
So in love with this site! I'm huge into astrology, tarot cards and really anything pertaining to this world. I've tried different sites and this one by far is the best.
The best of for no other reason than the fact that they have a satisfied customer guarantee. I myself had an issue with funds and an accidental mischarge with the reading, all I had to do was go to the dissatisfied customer guarantee area and State that I was not satisfied I instantly was given a credit and the full amount no questions asked at all. So to say if you're not happy you will get your money back how can you go wrong with that?
Such interesting fun and you decide how much you spend! Will never go with any other site again.
In my opinion, Keen has the potential to be great with effective leadership and algorithm tools
In my opinion, Keen has the potential to be great with effective leadership and algorithm tools. They have made numerous attempts to achieve greatness over the years through various platform changes and advisor groups. However, one issue is that the staff can manually manipulate the algorithms. The Advisor platform shows bias and discrimination. They have control over when you are featured and the cost of being featured is based on your placement in their daily Advisor lineup. For example, an advisor could be at the top on Monday and then at the bottom the following Monday. The fees for featured listings can change rapidly. It seems like a game of hiding in plain sight as Keen determines the charges and status for featured listings. There are no fees for being featured.
When the Advisor app was released, there were bugs and failed connections, but there were no reimbursements for these issues. The key to success for Keen is to have regular customers who call frequently. Keen's target customer is someone who suspects their spouse is cheating and randomly calls three to five times a day. Keen seems to focus on making money from those who are struggling, insecure, scared, or financially weak. They want to earn money from your annual income, your new salary from a promotion, and the equity in your home. Currently, their focus is on recruiting new advisors and they are removing advisors who have contributed to their success from *** to the present.
This is a terrible company to do business with. They will, without any warning, delete some of the funds in your account due to inactivity. I had money in my account that I had planned to use but when I went to look for an adviser to call, I noticed that almost $70 had been wiped out because of inactivity. And they never even sent me a notification that this was going to happen. I would steer fat clear of keen.
I began using this business in the last month and although the advisors have been great, the company itself has stolen money from my bank account totaling several hundreds of dollars that do not match my transactions with them. When I reached out to the company via their customer service email to resolve the issue, they did not respond to me and disabled my account instead. The company has since refused to put me in touch with any manager who can help me resolve this issue and instead asks me to email the same email address where I am not receiving a response. I have also been told I can no longer call them about my issue because they will be blocking my number. So now I am missing money from my account, cannot even access the account, and cannot speak with anyone about it. Emails to the company are left unreturned. And nobody can give me any information or provide any proof that they are working on the issue.

Psychic reading
They took over 200 dollars from me for nothing readings and refused to give me a refund even though it was clear I hung up on more than several people. Only after I demanded to talk to a supervisor did they issue a credit of 45 dollars for another [censored] reading. Horrible site, horrible readers and way overpriced. You can get a great 45 min reading for only 75 dollars from a reputable person somewhere else. I won't ever read with them again. Look and see! Some are 19.95 per minute! A complete rip off. Beware folks, no refunds.
Claimed loss: 210.00
Desired outcome: My money back and account closed.

The administration of Keen.com is a bunch of pimps
The administration of Keen.com is a bunch of pimps and the mostly women who are the psychics, readers and astrologers, are the ones being prostituted by the small group of men who run Keen. These men are multimillionaires, and the Keen advisors earn very little. You may think they earn lots, but most cannot pay their monthly bills.
Keen is frequently late with paychecks and direct deposits.
Keen. Allows customers to write false "feedback" accusing advisors of being criminals (frauds), [censored]es, [censored]s, drunks, ruthless, fakes and other things. The advisors cannot get that feedback deleted despite what some want to claim. Keen's Play Fair employees claim that false feedback is acceptable. Why? Because they did not hear the call, of a caller who demanded lottery numbers, insisted on furtune-telling or wanted an answer about having sex that night or some other absurd/illegal thing, and did not get it (resulting in their angry writing of LONG false diatribes.
Many, many people call and demand that their life problems be resolved in 1-6 minutes and that is not possible. They demand to know if they are pregnant, they demand the outcome of a lawsuit, they demand answers they are clearly told they cannot get because it is illegal. They get free minutes form advisors to start a call for free and save some money (meaning it is a discount coupon) but they try to force the reader to give a full, professional reading in the free minutes time. Often it is 1-3 minutes. These callers leave negative false feedback and write complaints around the internet about advisors.
Many advisors are single women trying to use their gifts and talents to earn a living and they get abused and burned out. Keen forces them to PAY money to be "featured" -- as much as $50 per click some times. I know advisors on Keen and I have been present for quite a few of these horrible calls. Quite often bad false feedback really means the advisor was HONEST and the person did not like the answer. People call multiple psychics and readers and get extremely angry when they get different answers or when they are advised not to call a lot of psychics/Tarot readers because of the spiritual and emotional confusion it causes.
There is always another side. The REAL villain is the owners of Keen who monopolized this field in the early 2000s. Suported by massive amounts of VC money, buying out every site people went to to do readings, and forcing them back to Keen, then going from taking 30% of the call to taking 55% and not advertising, as well as charging advisors to be seen on the platform. Karl Jacobs and crew live a luxury lifestyle off the mostly poverty level readers on Keen.
Keen could pay the workers by PayPal but refuses, instead using a system where it charges interest on the money before dispensing it, on top of the fees it already takes. PayPal has had a system in places for years to make mass payment. Udemy uses it to pay its online instructors but Keen claims it is incapable. This is yet another thing suffered by the workers while Keen owners get richer.
Greedy, Grasping, Incompetent Readers
I feel very bitter about the poor quality of the readings.
I deposited $100 into my account.
First reader -- very in tune, picked up but then kept me on the line, seemingly deliberately, saying in 500 words what she could say in 10. Didn't get much out of it.
I tried Avalone -- also in tune, but dragged out the call unnecessarily. She picked up immediately on the situation and dynamics but then didn't answer my questions. Instead she tried to be "life coach."
That meant that at $2/minute, she spoke about book recommendations, speaking as slowly as possible. At the end, when I tried to politely end the call, she wouldn't let me get off, telling me she would be praying for me, yadda yadda yadda.
Good/ethical service involves valuing the customer's time/money and providing value. The customer determines the topics. Answer what they ask. They are not interested in your book reviews/recommendations or hearing how much you are going to pray for them at $2/minute.
If she really wanted to say these things, she could have relayed them to me in an emails -- "hey by the way, I'd like to recommend this book to you based upon our conversation" and a "i'll be keeping you in my prayers." Here are two free minutes in gratitude for your business. Instead I paid $20 out of a $60 call on book reviews and her refusing to get off the line. I didn't want to just abruptly slam the phone down as I thought she was otherwise a good reader and so I didn't want to alienate... She apparently perceived this and kept me on the line.
I kept telling her politely, thanking her for her time but that I had to go. She went on about prayers, books. I have to go, thank you, I reiterated. More prayers and well wishes. Until finally, ma'am, thank you, but I can't afford $2/minute for long, protracted good byes.
Worse, she spent 5 five minutes at the beginning of the call trying to figure out if she had spoken to me before. No you haven't. $2/minute on this. A good reader would dive right on in, answering the questions.
When you are paying per minute, there is no excuse for a reader to just waste time trying to figure out if you are someone else, recommending books, telling you about how much they will pray for you, etc.
I was so angry about this call and felt taken advantage of, that I requested a refund. Guess what -- Keen will only refund up to $25. She kept $35 basically telling me very little, though the very little was accurate.
I tried a few more readers -- Annetta and two others.
The first was like a magic 8 ball. Responded "yes" or "no" to questions. No information confirming she had tuned into the situation or person. Given how poorly Keen vets readers, her reading was not reassuring. More money wasted.
I tried Annetta -- who had good reviews. She provided common sense but wrong answers based that reflected she hadn't tune in. I ended up hanging up as she tried to keep me on the line.
I tried a third, using my last bit of money -- this lady seemed genuinely good but not so good as to blow my socks off, just that she was in tune and her messages seemed on point.
Basically I spent $100 but received not clarity on my situation beyond what I already know. Recommendation for books is not helpful. I read extensively, thank you very much. Prayers from strangers who don't know or care about me and are shaking me down for money. Not helpful.
The first reader -- even though she was wordy -- wow, did I feel blessed afterward. She had imparted so much positive energy, she was worth every dime. She was genuinely very spiritual.
For me, the worst part is -- Keen only refunds up to $25. When readers drag on calls forever, this is not helpful. Unless you just rudely hang up on them, they try to dominate the call to get all your $. Genuinely you are weak/vulnerable when you call and you don't want to alienate a potentially good reader.
Worse, ratings seem dishonest. Look at the reviews. ALL FIVE STARS.
They are not ordered chronologically. You have to actually click on the 4, 3, 2, 1 stars separately to read them even though those ratings were provided the same day. Looks like bait and switch.
Keen is a scam. These people set up listing to BS people for free money. Very few are gifted. Takes too much money to separate wheat from chaff and even the good ones drag out the calls for as long as possible, making you feel ripped off.

I would like to request a refund for the various readings I have received from Keen Psychic
I would like to request a refund for the various readings I have received from Keen Psychic. I am very serious about this request and I hope you will consider it seriously. The transactions took place on various dates in 2020 and possibly 2021. I haven't calculated the total amount I paid to Keen Psychic, but I have all of my bank statements as proof of these transactions.
I tried to contact the CEO of Keen Psychic in 2020, but I did not receive a refund. Instead, I was given a $50 credit for Keen Psychic, if I remember correctly. I was not satisfied with this solution as the refund I requested was for a much larger amount. At that time, I was not aware of ComplaintsBoard.com and I did not believe anyone else would help me with my request. I felt helpless and hopeless in trying to get a full refund. I was also embarrassed to appeal the decision made by Keen Psychic.
However, the significant amount of money I spent on purchasing psychic readings from Keen Psychic has always been on my mind all these years. I apologize if my words offend Keen Psychic, but after reflecting on all of my psychic readings with them, I realized that the psychics seemed to tell me what I wanted to hear and I did not see any real value in these expensive readings. After careful consideration, I have come to the conclusion that most psychics are just part of marketing schemes. Psychic platforms seem to be complicit in promoting these marketing campaigns, which take advantage of people's vulnerabilities.
I am sincerely sorry if my personal conclusion offends Keen Psychic. I do not want to start a conflict with them. My only intention is to resolve this issue in a civil and respectful manner so that I can receive my refund. I am able to provide bank statements for all of my purchases of Keen Psychic readings.

Who are you taking too
Many times I would find myself talking to a person under a different name and account. I thought a particular person had a good general perception not realizing that I talked to that person before. I realized later that the person was also?. You could end up talking to the same person 5 or 6 times and not even know it.
Some of the advisers I thought were credible and qualified disappeared. Lucky for me I did find many of the ones I considered reliable at other networks. Keen is the most confusing hypocritical site I have ever seen... Keen just can't be trusted. Very confusing. You never know who you will be talking too...
Keen launched a campaign stating that they were going to terminate some of their undesirables. Keen allows advisers to set up multiple accounts and makes it easy for an adviser to manufacture their own feedback. Keen will even send coupons in a sense paying for it. With such practices why all of a sudden does keen decide to investigate. Many times the Ingenio office can be just as shady and will use the same tactics. Having friends or relatives who are psychics that they look after. Ultimately the rules do not apply to everyone.
Sometimes experienced advisers will manufacture ways to get other advisers investigated. Manipulating the system., Their are many groups on Keen,, Husband and wife teams, relatives ETC.
Anyone can manufacture feedback on themselves through various means, They can even engineer feedback on this page... Too many times the feedback is not credible. As a realist I will also state that some of the negative feedback can also be from a disgruntled worker. Feedback you read good or bad may not always be legitimate. Sometimes feedback is used to advertise one's own ability or company.
If everyone has a monopoly on a particular web site and you don, t it is fair to say that you won't get some of the advantages. Just as well if everyone has multiple accounts and you only have one or two... go figure... I don't blame the psychic but the sites who allow or refuse to set limits to some of these practices. Because if one does not find a way to manipulate the system or to have someone look after them. Then naturally they will have less of an advantage. Possibly paying big bucks to be on the preferred featured pages. If you pay to be featured it is deducted from your account every time someone who qualifies opens your page. Costing you the fees associated with being featured. This means that someone who has opened several accounts under different names can engineer their identity in a certain way that it would cost you every time they opened or clicked on your page. Since keen decided to fire or kick so many off... there are many disgruntled workers, contractors as such. There are also many disgruntled customers who were kicked off... This makes the Keen platform unsafe and unreliable. Not quite the game changer.
A disgruntled worker who is manipulating the system will sometimes look for ways to knock you off the desired pages especially if you are new. Usually this is done by a person purposely calling with the intentions of leaving negative feedback... It is usually done by one using a undetected alternate account. There are many ways of being undetected... using a different computer, credit card and phone number or simply having a friend who you can pay or persuade to help your cause.
Some of these things are against the rules in the Keen member agreement but they don't work very hard to just simply prevent it... It seems to be more of a way to protect themselves from lawsuits and to claim innocence. Frequently I would find that some advisers are well liked and the rules don't apply to them while others are never really given a chance... Often it is found that a person has been breaking the rules for several years before finally being investigated. Keen sometimes may decide that they no longer like a particular psychic. While others seem to do whatever they want and continue to do so.New owners of keen often come in and decide that they are going to change things but they frequently are not fully aware of all the things going on and can be manipulated. It is suspected by many that some of the same advisers continue to run the show... There are times when a disgruntled adviser feeling like they are being bullied will go after an innocent party blaming the wrong ones for their misfortune. Thus creating even more negativity and chaos. Keen has been known for their abundance of negativity and chaos.
Some advisers are simply more sensitive to negative reviews and can take it out on others. That is in effect is more money for Keen since it cost money anytime one wants to leave feedback at keen. Many of these issues would be solved if keen would simply learn to test and screen their advisers. However screening needs to be done by a professional who has a background in ESP testing. Many sites who do test their readers are not really qualified for testing and many times they are just hiring someone from off the streets to test the psychics. It would also help the negativity and fighting issues among advisers if they did not publish negative reviews. Many times advisers will attack other advisers in a attempt to manipulate the system by leaving negative reviews on other Psychics. This would stop if the negative reviews were not published. It would also help in dissolving some of the abusive members of Keen.
Many have used the feedback system to advertise themselves in these processes.
Most sites will also warn the adviser and let them know if they are unhappy with their performance or at least tell them if they need to change certain things such as their profile or picture. Unlike Keen who will often kick someone off without warning or explanation. Even after years of service. This is mentioned in their member agreement. You take a chance with keen and you never know how long you will be a member. You may sign on one day and find that your accounts have been disabled. However keen in not the only site that has this policy of disabling an adviser's or a customer's account without notice or warning!
Many sites have the best ratings. However employees, management, Advisers, anyone can self engineer feedback. I would question anyone who has a near perfect rating... because it can be easily self manufactured. If anything by the advisers who works for these companies. I would trust sites who have had negative ratings rather than one who is nearly perfect in ratings. The same with a psychic... I would stay away from any psychic who has a near perfect score. Especially if every review is a paragraph long. When most legitimate feedback reviews are short and quick with an occasional low rating.
Please keep this in mind! That this article was written as true at the time I first noted them but the issues might have since changed. Keen might just as well consider the need to change some of their policies and address some of their vulnerabilities. Which is what we would personally like to see... However it does not compensate anyone for lost wages or damages because of these issues.
There are many other companies affiliated with keen,, That use keen as their platform, some paying an adviser as low as 20 cents a minute. CircleofStars and OneSun are an example. Many would think that they are working for a different company besides keen and they are not. They find themselves either with a sister company of keen or one who uses keen as their platform to unsuspecting advisers. Some would quit some of these companies like circleofstars and would work directly for keen and would find themselves In a very suspicious position dealing with suspicious negativity. Ingenio is the mother company or at least has much say so about payroll and engineering. Different companies have bought keen and re-sold it.At&t, Verizon, who knows of tomorrow..
I contacted KEEN to get a psychic or spiritual reading from one of their advisors
I contacted KEEN to get a psychic or spiritual reading from one of their advisors. I wanted to speak to someone with a high rating and favorable reviews from other customers. I chose advisor 1000 and during our initial conversation, she seemed happy but it felt like she wasn't connected to the call or to me. Despite this, I decided to give her a chance during the reading. However, towards the end, she still didn't connect with me. She asked me a lot of questions and then created her own story about my past, present, and future, which had no relation to me. It was below average and basic. The next day, I decided to be honest and provide feedback on my reading. After she found out, she contacted me within 15 to 20 minutes and harassed, bullied, belittled, and disrespected me. She then blocked me, so I couldn't respond. Her behavior was belittling, disrespectful, unprofessional, crude, nasty, and vicious. She shouldn't be allowed to contact anyone based on their feedback because she's not mature or professional enough to handle honest feedback from paying customers.
I want my money back because everything was a total scam and their website or customer service department doesn't respond to your emails. I want to cancel my membership including credit cards attached to this website and I want my money back for all their services.
Keens hiking boot
The boots are less than a year old bought in 2023. Whilst they are very comfortable there is evidence of sole delamination on both sides starting from the rear of the shoe. This is surprising as the hitek altitude boots they replaced lasted some 15 years. I feel there is some problem with the sole assembly or adhesive s or vulcanizing. As they are undoubtably comfortable, this is unfortunate. Can they be repaired and, if so, how
Desired outcome: repair or replace
Comfort fit
First and foremost, I have worn Keen shoes for close to twenty years and presently have close to ten pairs of different styles etc. Beginning November of 2022, I purchased three additional pair and present the following. The footwear purchased were as follows, as indicated on the inner tongue of each. All were size 11.5.
1017786 FSL 010322
1020743 KTH 0-10909
1017785 KTH 010120
The numbers ending in '322 & '120 were, and still are, excellent. The fit, comfort, etc. are very similar to previous KIeens' I have purchased. The '909 shoes are more than a challenge. There appears to be non existent internal lining. Is this something that was missed during production or is it intentional? The shoes fit well except for the rough internal walls that continually grate my socks forming red abrasions on the inside areas of my feet. I pray Keen standards are not being compromised with the elimination of internal sidewall comfort.
Desired outcome: I thank you for your time. Please respond accordingly. Joseph Kelaita227 Ashley RDBristol, CT 06060Home tel [protected]

Desired outcome: Keen Psychics
Psychic scam site
My name is Beatrice Marot and I am a genuine psychic and Vedic Astrologer with 31 years of experience. From [protected], I was a five star rated psychic on Keen.com.
I was kicked off of the site when I became the number one psychic in the category "Voices From Beyond." This happened because the man who I considered a friend and who held that spot for 4 years Chip Coffey got very angry about it. He rallied his "psychic group" to call me and purposely give me negative feedback. When I responded to one Keen psychic named Heather aka "The Mathematician" after she gave me a one star review and wrote I hung up on her.
I messaged her that I did not hang up on her and it must have been a Keen glitch. [protected]@playfair pulled me off the site claiming, I was not allowed to message someone for leaving a negative feedback.
Why would they kick off one of their top psychics with excellent 5 star reviews across the board? Because I only charged $1 a minute, that's why and my feedback was filled with "Bea is the only one who got it right." It's called greed and sadly it is what motivates decisions on psychic sites like Keen
Please don't waste your money on Keen.
I helped one man recently and he spent $8000 on Keen. I couldn't believe it. It's so sad and every psychic just told him a bunch of BS. I called it, saw exactly what was going on and I changed his life and he will never spend another dime on Keen.com. I made him promise. Not another dime.
And for you heart broken lovers out there... no one and I mean no one is worth wasting so much money to snoop on with a psychic. 80% of the calls that I got on Keen were about "Is he/she coming back?" You can answer that question better than anyone.
A real psychic like myself will answer that question and so much more. I change lives and focus on helping you understand who you are and why you are on this Earth and the messages I get prove that you are not alone.
Example - Client calls and before she says a word, I say, "My guides are telling me that you are like a bird with its wings tied and you need to untie those wings and fly away."
And she says, "That is what I am painting right now."
"What do you mean?"
"I am painting a three tableau painting and the first tableau is a bird with it wings tied. The second, it's untying its wings and the third its flying away."
That is how you know you are talking to a true Oracle and Medium. She called me because she was having an affair and she ended up starting a very very lucrative art school with my guidance and she ended up staying with her hubby.
For those of you who want a genuine reading that is spot on and 100% accurate... you are welcome to visit my Facebook page Goddess Central.
I had only five star ratings in Keen and here are a few including one from Chip Coffey himself.
Logandale utility steel toed boot
Bought online two pair. A leather casual shoe and the logandale boots.
Shoes are great. Structurally the boots are fine but with in a week the boots stank so bad I had to take them off outside. Washed them in dawn detergent and let them dry in the sun for 2 days. No change they still stank horribly. I'm 62 years old and have owned all kinds of shoes and boots and NONE have ever stank. Keen really needs to investigate I'm thinking its the insoles. I called the company but all they said was try some odor eaters. They said they would not replace them, they basically said tough luck. So I have a new pair of keen boots I can't wear sitting outside. Went and got a pair of sketchers and have worn them now for 2 wks. Guess what? That's right, they don't stink. It's too bad, I've been buying keens for three years in a row. Bye bye keen.
Found an American company that makes great boots with a box toe. Keen loses another customer.
Logandale work boots
April 2020 I filed a claim that the laces on my logandale work boots were falling apart.
They state that laces are not covered, however they initially stated that under the circumstances that they would send me a new pair of laces but couldn't guarantee the color matching.
I provided pictures, bill of sale, sku and all pertinent info regarding the shoes.
I had tried calling their customer service line several times, waiting as long as 40 minutes only to be disconnected.
Today august 26 2020 I got an email telling me that my claim was denied and I could purchase laces on their website.
I responded unacceptable! The shoes have plenty of life left, I take care of them and I have never had problems with laces with any shoes before!
Psychic readings
The company advertises satisfaction guarantee but that is false. It's not really but $25 credit to use them again and they charge extremely high for inexperienced psychics.
I 1st tried the $1.99 special for 10 minutes and them added extra but only wanted another 10 minutes. I mentioned that to reader but she didn't remind me. She only gave me a little insight 1st 10 minutes and basically repeated it throughout the time. The cost was to be only $29.90 for additional 10 mins but when I got the bill it was about $92 - $29.90 charged 3x. When I called customer service they were not helpful at all. I have never been charged so excessively with psychics and most charge a flat rate like say $50 for 30 minutes and you are allowed to go over with no added charge. This business is predatory and guarantee is not really a guarantee.
service quality and refund
I have read the below excerpt on the website about Keen.com and find this to be a completely fraudulent representation of what is provided through this service.

Keen.com
Keen is the leader in personal advice, dedicated to helping customers unlock clarity amid life's uncertainty on topics such as love and relationships, psychic readings and life questions.
Below, I describe below the recent experience of my foster daughter - a 23 year old single mum who was abused as a young girl until she was 14 prior to joining our family. She has a mental illness, severe depression, is suicidal and has a young daughter to care for. She lives on a pension and has a violent mentally unwell partner. It is not surprising that someone in that situation might be attracted to the statements on your website.
Vulnerable people on low incomes and facing challenging lives are easy targets for your fraudulent marketplace.
She registered following an advertisement for 10 minute readings for $1.99. This is US Dollars, which is much more when converted to AUD. There is no clear indication that the charges are in US dollars. She entered her credit card and began a chat (see below):
Start Time:
11/08/2018 4:34:02 PM
End Time:
11/08/2018 5:09:10 PM
Total Chat Length:
35 minutes
With 10 minutes for $1.99, and then $9.90 per minute, she should have been charged $249.75 + $1.99. She was charged AUD$554.31 which translates to US$401.32.
Even if the US$249.75+$1.99 was a legitimate charge for a legitimate service, which it is not, she has been charged nearly twice as much.
There was no intelligent interaction with your staff member until 4.39 pm - 5 minutes of worthless interaction that could have been avoided (at a cost of nearly US$50).
At 4.44 pm, the system was paused and resumed at 4.45 pm a full minute later but this minute is still charged at $9.90. This happens several times.
During the call, my daughter clearly expresses her suicidal tendency and she expresses the fact that she fears for her safety. The advisor does nothing about this. Her partner is violent and has a mental illness. Your advisor tells her he is not mentally unwell (which she could not know). How is it responsible to give my daughter this advice below? When she is murdered, will your staff person be responsible for the fact that she stays with him?

We have had to look after her daughter (our grandaughter) many times because these two young people are not capable on their own. None of the advice given by your advisor is sensible. Our grandaughter is often at risk as is our daughter. Why would anyone advise our daughter not to worry about her own daughter in this situation?

There is no real content in any of the transcript (previously provided to your email). It is poorly written and completely irresponsible.
Once my daughter realised that she had been charged excessively, she called Keen again, and was charged for this conversation too despite it having no content other than to request information about the over-payment. Cost $69.93 for 7 minutes of conversation about charges.
I have emailed over 10 times to get a response from Keen or your company, but there has not even been a response.
Please advise me as to how and when you will refund my daughter's expenditure?
account has been disabled
Hi,
I've been a Keen member since June of 2018. My username is 994603.
I have been getting really great advice from PsychicSteve08 and Nick Dutch. I've had emails from Keen on my weekly snapshot etc.
My account has been disabled and I really want it reinstated, I don't know why it was disabled, as I still want to use Keen.
Can you please help me reinstate my Keen account please. I am in Melbourne, Australia.

Don't feel like you are alone. This is going on across the board. IF you ask me I think the company have hidden f olks that are getting all of the calls and not the advisors. It is insane how much percentage they take from you doing all of the w ork and then they dump you without warning. Plair fair, joke. there is more scandalous folks on that site than you can shake a finger at. Try AskNow, com they are rated number one above Keen. All I can say it I use to have a lot of respect for that company and though they were great to be associated with. Boy was I wrong. After 3 years of being on there. I would NEVER, recommend that company to anyone. Try joing another site as an advisor. They are not the only ones!
waste of money, don't trust them your secrets
Please, don hurry to open your soul to people you don't know. Believe me, they don't care. The only thing they want is your money.
If you feel bad, talk to someone who loves you and needs you, it will be much easier.
I doubt there's a person who's so lonely that he/she prefers to talk to their therapists instead. You must understand that this pain is worth of the huge amount of money they will make you pay.
If you still look for a professional help you won't find it here.
keen psychics
The so called 'psychics' on Keen are completely fake! DO NOT waste your money on them! Please take my advice, they have ZERO psychic ability, they change their predictions, and most just tell you what they think you want to hear! Please please please don't waste your money! They prey on the vulnerable who are more than likely going through a rough time in their life and COMPLETELY take advantage of them!
psychic
I am a genuine psychic reader from ny.., I have an excellent reputatuon not only in ny but all thru the united states, a few years ago I decided to create an account with keen thinking I could make some extra cash when I wasn't resding privately, I created an account on keen and was surprised when the automatically accepted my application without someone in Management expecting a reading from to to validate my abilities, they just accepted me as a reader without checking out my gifts, obviously that means they don't check out a psychic to check for authenticity. As time went on I decided to get a reading from another "psychic" on keen. Much to my dismay I realized most of the readers on keen on NOT psychic, they are people who title themselves as intuitive but are just spelling our advice like avfriendborvtry8ng to play "shrink" where you aren't getting predictions and use excuses as free will to try to justify their inaccuracies with predictions. If you are gifted, you can predict outcomes, free will or not. Scanners, totally, took my account off, and only read privately now, don't want my good reputation tarnished by companies who only care to charge huge sums per minure, , , some readers there charging $50 per minute, , , , , it's gross! Bad for truly gifted readers like myself who are genuine and charge one flat fee. I'm appalled. That's why they wrote for entertainment purposes only so you can't sue, I don't use that statement in my private business as I'm the real deal!
Psychic readings
I was a former reader on Keen.com and they fired me for one minor mistake that I was unaware of It was not clear to me that I was not able to send an email out to a client that was in desperate need of help. Now I was not offering her personal readings I was trying to help her find information that she needed about her mother. She was very distressed and confused. Myself being very compassionate and caring I take my clients very serious and each customer personal. I feel that Keen treats their customers like numbers and just money and they don't care about people. They not only take money away from the customer but they also rape over the psychics as well that are hard at work trying to make a living. Some people are born with a gift and there are others on the site that are fake and fraud. The call themselves "psychic" when they are just guessing about people's future and they are telling people what they want to hear. Praying on the mentally ill and making people believe what they want to hear. Keen is a pile of ### and they are fake and a bunch of frauds ! A steaming pile of ###! So don't go there to get your psychic advice! also they let people who are looking for *** chats call and talk dirty to woman on there as well and violate woman's privacy as well I'm pretty sure this is against keen policy as well and Keen should be have a law suit against them. So be very aware of what you are looking for when you look into for when you go to keen.com for your psychic needs!
So i was a reader on Keen for over 8 years. Keen Playfair is now not a playfair as they dont play fair. They mess with their advisors and TRAP them. If you are a customer DON'T work with Keen. If you are an ADVISOR, don't work with keen. Why?
1) Keen allows men to talk badly to their female advisors. One man wanted a sexual reading on his current sister-in-law, and such smilar incidents later I decided to put up only female clients.
2) CLients trash Keen Advisors all the time and then leave bad reviews. Are we allowed to say anything? are we allowed to explain ourselves. NO. Many many advisors have wanted to be able to explain ourselves but NO. Keen ADVISORS ARE TREATED SO BADLY. NO RESPECT. NO DIGNITY.
3) After all dealing with so many distraut emotional women over so many years, sometimes an advisor can defend herself? Maybe once a year? Is that allowed? No. The customers can abuse you. Work for 2 minutes and expect a lifetime of information for that and a Keen advisor has to pretend that she is not made of blood and water and has no say.
4) KEEN PLAYFAIR SPIES ON YOU. I ACTUALLY HAVE AN EMAIL SAYING THEY WENT THROUGH MY ACCOUNT. And what did u find there? A lits of clients that I made money for you? A couple of clients who abused me and i said please don't? Some clients i blocked? So what? 8 plus years later with over 25000 readings I can't clock some clients?
5) Keen takes OVER 55% of your earnings. EVERY YEAR THEY UPPED THE MONEY THEY TOOK FROM US.
I CHARGED $3.99 A MINUTE AND GOT $1.76 A MINUTE THAT IS OVER 55% share of my earnings under the pretext of adverstising for us and making platform improvements. Thankyou but I was perfectly happy working with the older versions of Keen and all the technology you make us pay for goes towards your ability to spy on us. WOW.
6) I charged the same rate for years while others charged $25 plus for a predicttion. Why? It's so women can talk to me and find out how to actually work on things. Not just a blind prediction but real time coaching as well, and I am fired for guiding them and correcting them? When the just abused their man and got thrown out? Keen I made you over $100000 a year. Over $130000 a year for 8 years thats = over $850000.
And is that a thanks i hear from you? No...its not a thank you. Its a "I was spying on your account" and oh BYE and we DE-ACTIVATED YOUR ACCOUNT FOR VIOLATION SOME CLAUSE 2B OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. You keep adding things to your policies and now EVERYTHING an advisor does is wrong as per that policy.
Many more reasons exist. KEEN IS HIGHLY UN-ETHICAL.
THEY SPY ON YOU WHILE TAKING YOUR MONEY, OUR MONEY TO CREATE TOOLS TO SPY WITH.
Thank you I hope this helped.
Sue
