I have been a substitute with Kelly since 2021. On 9/29/23 I received an email from Kelly Education that a “concern” had arisen out of one of my assignments. I was instructed to schedule a call the following week to discuss the details. I used the link provided and scheduled the call. The time for the call came and went - I had my phone in my hand and no call came through. I then received an email from the person who sent me the original email. It was sent 5 minutes after my call was supposed to happen and she indicated that her call had gone straight to voice mail. My call records do not show a call coming in. I responded to her explaning that there must have been a technical problem. We agreed that I should not reschedule the call until the problem was identified and resolved. She asked me to check my blocked numbers list which I did and I let her know that her number was not on the list. I have emailed her 4 times AND her supervisor once. It is now 13 days after the original email and I have had no follow up at all. I have no idea what the “concern” was. Every job I had scheduled was taken away and I cannot schedule any more.
Desired outcome: I want to know WHAT the “concern” is. I have a spotless 35 year record in childcare.
