I recommend using Kermath Realty's flat fee listing program. The program was recommended to us by a friend and we couldn't be happier with the savings we received. Kermath Realty is knowledgeable, insightful, and helpful to boot. The app for scheduling showings is great as well and made the process so much easier than I expected.

I've been selling houses for the past 5 years and it has never been easier than with Jeff Reality. I have saved so much money on agent fees along. He does all the work, but let you make your own decisions and gives sound advice. His experience in this field really stands out and he will definitely let you know if something doesn't seems/sound/look right. Even have an affiliated closing company to help with closing if needed. Thanks Jeff, for all the help?.

This is the 2nd time in 5 years we've used Jeff Kermath's flat fee listing program. Both times we had multiple offers over listing price and closed quickly. We saved 7k the first time and 12k this time in realtors fees. His website is excellent and he is patient and knowledgeable. In both cases the houses went for well over what local realtors predicted with their market analysis. We highly recommend and quite frankly can't thank him enough for all his help.

Jeff's flat-fee service is excellent and perfect for knowledgeable property owners who are willing to do some work themselves, with Kermath Realty providing essential services such as the MLS listing and ShowingTime scheduling of property showings, walk-throughs, and inspections. Jeff will also help identify the comparative properties, or "comps," and discuss negotiations with buyers, as well as the general market and his experiences. Jeff is dedicated and responsive to phone calls and emails, and he stays with the seller from the beginning of the process, through to closing. He saved me over $13,000 on a recent property sale. I would definitely use Jeff again to help sell a single-family home or other property. His system works, and it is economical for a seller who does need full concierge service from a broker.Thanks Jeff!
