Approximately a year and a half ago we contacted Kinetic by Windstream @[protected] and [protected], in regards to a down phone line on our property on Greasy Ridge Rd Waynesburg Kentucky. On October 17th 2022, I contacted them again. I was told a technician would be out on the 18th. Was given ticket # [protected]. Called again on October 25th 2022. Was once again told a technician would be out on the 26th. We went and checked on November 2dn 2022 to see if the phone line had been removed and it has not. I called 3 or 4 times and kept getting disconnected when they were "transferring" me to another department. After the 5th call I spoke with an operator and she took all of our information. I was then put on hold for well over an hour. I finally had to hang up. Have not received any return calls or emails. I did tell the operator I would be contacting BBB and that if there was any accidents, injuries, or damages to any person and or equipment we would holding them accountable. This is when I was put on hold for over and hour.
