Residential internet service
Kinetic by Windstream installed fiber optic lines a couple of months ago and it was largely uneventful. However, two days before hurricane Idalia passed through, service went down. I had my payment options set so that they would just withdraw the amount of the bill out of my account. I have been having problems with windstream for the last 4 months. I just reviewed y bill and it has doubled the previously amount since last week. I had a returned check for a $167.00 for a bill for $72.00. Even with the returned check fee it wouldn't jump to over $300. How can I resolve this issue.
