My service got disconnected for a balance of 200$ I didn't know I even had to pay. when I got connected the lady that helped me said I qualified for a promotion of the first 3 months free and my monthly bill would be 67 $ I have been trying to call all day but they are basically saying I have to pay to get restored I thought I was on the promotion I agreed to and the one the lady said please help my kids need the WiFi for schooling at home we all live off of the WiFi I live far and now we are suffering for someone elses mistake.
Desired outcome: I am hoping to get restored but I don't have money at this point and I'm hoping I don't have to pay for this.
