I paid 50% non-refundable on 02/28/2021, and remainder upon delivery on 09/31/22. One of the two sections arrived with apparent damage during transit, but I cannot obtain documentation as to the full extent of the damage, or as to the cause. There are so many issues that I hired a home inspection company to document them which I supplied to the factory, the local dealer, and the factory repair rep. The long-delayed "Factory Walk-Through Inspection" by the factory repair rep finally took place on 06/13/23. The company has yet to even acknowledge what their inspection confirmed and what they will fix under their warranty. Their repair rep still has no work order as to what will be repaired. Repair appointments are endlessly delayed. It is impossible to get any meaningful factory responses. It seems as if they are trying to run out the clock instead of standing behind their work. I am being forced to live within a defective product.
