I placed an order on September 4, the order arrived on September 23 with only two of the four outfits that I ordered. I do not have the shipping label but I do have the items that were sent to me. This is the third time that I have ordered from your company and my only problem in the past is that the shipping takes entirely too long. My first order took over six weeks and wasn't sent until I contacted your business to find out where my order was and I was told they were waiting on one item to come in, which I thought was unacceptable to hold a three hundred dollar order for just one item. This time I'm missing items from my order and I know your company knows they didn't complete my order. If I can't get the products that I ordered I would like a full refund of my money, no discounts from your company because I don't see myself ordering from you in the future which is sad because I could have been a loyal customer, but your customer service is terrible and you make sure no one can contact your company directly.
Desired outcome: I would like the items I order or I want a full refund of my money as I will not order from your company again.
