In 2020 February I have booked a plane ticket to Cape Town.
I was going to attend graduation ceremony which was cancelled due to Covid 19 restriction.
I informed Kulula Airways about graduation cancellations. They promised to refund me. Later on they sent me an email saying that they are no allowed to refund me, instead they will save my money in their account for the next trip. I have no other plans of going. I need Kulula to give me my money back. I called them several times but they do not respond to my calls. I spoke to Computicket and they advised me to send them an email and lay my complaint but till now they haven't responded.
