We contracted Kuubrix to install solar on our roof in September
We contracted Kuubrix to install solar on our roof in September. We were told it would be done by the end of November. After several months of install and phone tag, we were informed today that our system has been turned on by PG&E but 17 of our micro inverters are not working. I would not consider this install complete, however they have reported the install as complete to our credit company as of January 21, 2022, I tried to call them tonight to resolve the issues, but anyone who could help me was, "In a meeting." I have now filed a complaint with the attorney general of Ca and this one here.

Solar panels installed in November had problems with installation to start with
Solar panels installed in November had problems with installation to start with. Contacted customer service asking for technician back out. no results on that. Found we were doing the leg work with AEP and TXU. Told no electric bills for 60 days. Not true. Husband told he would receive a check for 12400.00 not true from IRS. Its a credit. Were not told the Bill would be in excess of 44000.00 Their customer service is non existent, Do not return calls. We are in out 70s and feel their Salesman told quite a few untruths to us. Also if neighbors install we would get a1000.00 credit per person. We have filed complaints with Atty General and Federal Trade Commission.

We signed a contract for Kuubix to install 4 Powerwall home batteries for $35,400 on March 15th
We signed a contract for Kuubix to install 4 Powerwall home batteries for $35,400 on March 15th. They did an engineering visit at our home on April 3rd and applied for a permit from Shasta County April 28th. They stated they would schedule installation when the permit was approved. The permit was approved on May 14th but then Kuubix stopped responding to email, phone or text messages. On May 28th they sent a "revised" contact for $52,300.and left me a voicemail that they would schedule installation once I agreed to the new price. The price of 4 Powerwalls purchased from Tesla, including installation is $31,500 but we cancelled our order as Kuubix stated they could install "immediately after permitting."

I have been trying to get my solar panels activated since they were installed on 6/22. Kuubix has been unresponsive in pushing this forward. The text number I was using to contact them is no longer working. I would like to get help in escalating the activation of my panels.

I inquired about solar panel installation this morning via the web regarding Teslar's solar panels. Someone from Kuubix called and I asked him if they were associated with Teslar. He said no and I said that I was not interested. Kuubix is now sending a multitude of text and email messages non-stop. They are not responding to the STOP command on text messages. They have no 'unsubscribe' on their email. This harassment must be stopped.
My company, Green Country, contracted Kuubix to install and complete a solar system in November last year
My company, Green Country, contracted Kuubix to install and complete a solar system in November last year. They have not done so in what is approaching 9 months (industry average is 3 months). We are extremely upset with this, and they have done absolutely nothing to resolve it despite my many calls and emails. My customer is distraught, and I am powerless in this situation. Kuubix has hurt my company's reputation, and although we discontinued our work with them immediately, people should know who they are dealing with. They subcontracted the work out to someone who then subcontracted the work out again, and we now have a customer being billed from their financer as well as paying for their electricity (being double billed). I have no where to turn here, I have called and emailed and called and emailed. I have attached a few of my customer's emails.

Kuubix unreasonably kept a $1000 down payment from me stating that I was not entitled to this refund
Kuubix unreasonably kept a $1000 down payment from me stating that I was not entitled to this refund. -12/13 I signed a contract stating I would have a 5.325 kWh system installed, however we found that this system would not be sufficient enough for future growth of my home. I signed a new contract 12/30 for an updated 8.52 kWh however the cost was significantly more. - I decided not to move forward, and canceled 12/31 and was told that my refund would not be issued, based off of my 12/13 contract. I was not purchasing the system that was listed in the 12/30 contract and therefore should not be held to that agreement. I also canceled well within my 3 day period time per the 12/31 contract. In addition, after contacting my lawyer, we found that both contracts that were issued were defective, due to inconsistencies in dates listed within the contract. No remedy or efforts have been made and this has been a terrible experience.

I had a battery backup installed through a company that Kubix set up after 5 failed inspections it passed
I had a battery backup installed through a company that Kubix set up. After five failed inspections, it finally passed. Initially, they left my garage plug and other grounds loose, so they weren't working. A technician came out, identified the issue, and fixed it. Two months later, when the power went out, my house lights flickered uncontrollably. I immediately shut the system off and called Kubix. They said they would come out, but it took a month for someone to arrive. My wife was home at the time, and the technician claimed everything was fine. Yet another month later, the power went out again. My wife called to say the house was flickering like mad. A neighbor informed me of a power outage. By the time I returned home, the power was back, but my two TVs, cameras, cable boxes, and two regular appliances were damaged. I contacted Kubix, and they denied responsibility, blaming the power company. I documented the damage, and after about five weeks, a technician admitted the installer had left the ground to the battery loose and they needed to replace the battery. When I inquired about my damaged electronics, he confirmed the loose ground was the cause. The TVs were less than six months old. Now they're trying to deny the battery replacement and refuse to compensate for my damages. I'm only asking for my two TVs to be replaced.

I have been lied to through this entire process
I have been lied to through this entire process. I have been waiting for almost 5 months for my solar. The plans were not correct had to be redone. The 3rd party installer (from Fresno, I live in Sacramento) was supposed to be here between 7-9. 10:00 I called the company, the worker on the phone was confused he couldn't find my order, then stated oh yes they will be there by 1:00, and that the installer called me? LIED, I RECEIVED NO PHONE CALLS EVER. 2:30 comes around and no show, I called the sales rep ***, he stated he would make calls. The installer showed up around 4:30 P.M. this is winter so dark is creaping up. HE HAD THE WRONG PLANS! throughout this time I had been on the phone with different people, and the Owners refuse even though I requested several times to talk with me on the phone. The installer showed up by himself no workers, he was on the roof past dark when I asked him to stop working for the day. I was NEVER told there would be a 3rd party. Finally panels installed, now waiting for the inspection. The inspector showed I was not informed, he would not pass the work as the new plans had not been sent in nor approved. I have requested any of the owners of KUUBIX to call me, which they have refused to do. As of today, the County still does not have my updated or CORRECT plans.

October we agreed to the installation of solar panels, back up batteries and all accessories needed for a complete home solar
October we agreed to the installation of solar panels, back up batteries and all accessories needed for a complete home solar installation costing us over 120k. Since then, we have been met with failed commitments, unscheduled appearances, and damages to our home. Our project has still not been completed, numerous attempts to communicate with Kuubix representatives at all levels from project manager, sales representative, corporate customer service and regional directors to resolve this installation delay have failed by breaking their commitments, not knowing the status of our project and failure to communicate professionally. We understand delays happen in installations but we are now over five months in the process that was promised to take a month to complete without any certainty of a completion date, not one representative knows the current status of our project but that does not explain the extreme delay in repairing the damages to our home that have worsened due to extreme weather. Our goal is the hope that this information reaches the right individuals and our project to be completed and our home restored to its original condition in a VERY timely manner. This has been a very stressful five months and our expectation was for this to be an exciting moment for us to go solar. This entire transaction has been very disappointing and we need this resolved ASAP. We have a detailed list of all correspondence since the beginning of this project.

Solar purchase and contract update needed for house bought in April 2022
Solar was purchased on 9/8 with a Contract ID starting with RB. We purchased the house in April 2022 with an uncompleted solar installation. Repeated calls were made to the Kuubix sales representative without any response. Despite taking possession of the home on 5/16/2022, our efforts to reach Kuubix and the sales representative for a resolution on the solar contract were unsuccessful. Multiple calls on various dates to Kuubix went unreturned. The sales representative promised to discuss the completion of the solar installation and a new contract with the management team but to no avail. Illa from Kuubix assured us that our messages would be passed on to the project coordinator, yet we received no callback. On 7/5/2022, the sales representative mentioned a pending panel move and upgrade, with no scheduled date as they were seeking a contractor. We expressed the need to address a damaged attic vent and to finalize the project and contract under our names. We were asked to send photos of the vent and requested a meeting by 7/8/2022, but there was no follow-up. The project has been ongoing for 10 months without completion. We request a meeting with the sales staff and project coordinator to resolve these issues and sign a new contract. Should this not be feasible, we expect the company to remove all equipment by 8/1/2022 and cancel any existing contracts.

Back in February 2022 I agreed with Kuubix Energy to install solar panels for my home
Back in February 2022 I agreed with Kuubix Energy to install solar panels for my home. By late March they completed installing the panels on my roof and by April 1st they began working on the main panel upgrade. After they completed the main panel upgrade I noticed that there was no power at all at the back side of my property. I have a detached garage and large covered patio with a fish pond without power. I called Kuubix right away to let them know and they sent someone withing 2-3 days to fix the wiring issue. They managed to get power to my garage but I learned, after they left, that there was a big issue with the power going to my garage. My pond electrical equipment started going on/off intermittently while some equipment stopped functioning. All the electrical outlets were not functioning properly. I attempted to use charging devices and smoke would come out of them. I attempted turning on light bulbs and they would all burn out after several seconds. I was worried and had no idea what was wrong. I reached out to Kuubix once again and told them what was going on and they sent someone to solve this issue. The person was not able to solve the issue that day. After that I attempted to reach Kuubix for many weeks without any luck. I felt as if they were avoiding/ignoring my calls. It occurred to me to call them using a different phone # and they picked up the phone at last! To this day, after repeatedly expressing my displeasure, they keep saying over and over that they will address the issue soon. It's been months now and nothing has been resolved yet. I still have a big hole where my main panel is located and there has been no final inspection done. I have filed a complaint through my finance company and they aren't getting any responses from Kuubix.

On 9/222021, Kuubix energy sent a technician to my home to layout the roof design for the installation of solar panels
On 9/222021, Kuubix energy sent a technician to my home to layout the roof design for the installation of solar panels. After the initial visit, I was given many excuses as to why the project was stalled at this phase of installation. Finally I was given a date of December 7 for the installation of the panels. I was told that the installation would take one to 2 days to complete. Initially I was asked for $1000 dollar deposit and told the rest would be payable upon completion of my installation. After the Panels were installed on the roof I was informed that it would take 2-3 weeks for the company to schedule the upgrade to the electrical service panel and to complete the service connection to begin using the system. At this time I also received an invoice for $25,184 with the remaining $6,296 to be paid upon final inspection. After paying the $25,184, I was finally given a date for the installation of the electrical panel upgrade. This was to be on January 19, 2022. On 01/19/2022, a crew showed up and disconnected my my panel before determining that they had brought the wrong panel to install and would have to order a new one. We are now at 03/07/2022 and I am still being told that there is no updates to this project but the Kuubix team is working to get the project completed. The total cost of this project was for $32,480 with all but $6,296 having been paid to date. The Contract was signed 9/30 and our installation began December 7,2021. I have yet to garner a single penny from the use of the system and am losing approximately $200 per month in electrical costs that should have already been offset with the working system. I have lost 6 months of potential savings waiting on Kuubix to complete the work as promised with what appears to be no end in sight. Please assist in getting the resolved so that I can reap the rewards that were promised by this company over half a year ago. It seems the get your money and then disappear. Thank you!

We signed the contract on 2/11/2022 after working with a great sales person, who we later learned was not an employee and was a contractor, who was later FIRED as this company has been laying people off. Four months later after LIES, numerous major errors including submitting the wrong address to the utility company for approval, selling us the wrong panels and having to sign new contracts and financing agreements, not hearing back from anyone for weeks and months without progress. MANY NO CALL BACKS and MIA management that hide behind their powerless call center reps who stated that they are largely UNTRAINED and new, without any knowledge or experience in the industry, NOW they're BREACHING CONTRACT and failing to perform the installation, they ILLEGALLY cancelled our financing without authorization The CEO Josh Butt - will not return direct emails, phone calls and is completely negligent. This company is said to be committing fraudulent-unpermitted installations and is being sued for this currently all while laying people off and closing locations across the country, BEWARE. Nobody wants takes responsibility and their legal team (Aaron Stringer 'VP of Legal') seems soulless enough to defend this company with lies and blatant misrepresentations of the truth. As he's told to do by the hidden controlling body. This company is leaving our family in a dangerous position for the next power outage, with fuel costs soaring to $7 a gallon in our area and an average cost of $125 day to run a generator, all while smelling fumes and listening to the engine run outside all day and night. These are direct damages based on their BREACH OF CONTRACT that may in fact be legally pursued, as well. From recent reports, it's seems this company is a FRAUD solar company that is willing to act unprofessionally and when ASKED DIRECTLY about their overall financial status and health or about their lack of customer service, they will BREACH CONOTRACT ILLEGALLY! Total crooks.

Kuubix energy installed a solar system with two Tesla Powerwalls for me in Spring 2020
Kuubix energy installed a solar system with two Tesla Powerwalls for me in Spring 2020. The install was great, but the rest of the time since, for almost a year, has been terrible. They have not followed through with many issues that I have had with them: 1. The Powerwalls were installed and supposed to be able to run our AC unit. We only found out later when it was 107 degrees in a power outage that the system is NOT capable of starting our AC however. Tesla directly, and at least 4 Kuubix techs on the ground have told me I that I just need a "soft start" installed to remedy this issue. After months and months nothing has happened after multiple emails and phone calls and visits from techs to my house 2. The Kuubix solar system and Powerwalls do not currently -monitor- the energy being generated of our -separate- solar system we already had on the house, which makes the Powerwalls function not as intended. Again, Tesla directly AND many Kuubix techs on the ground have told me this is 100% possible. After many visits to my house, they just keep telling me "yea we can do it no problem, we just need more parts" they NEVER EVER get back to me. The Kuubix system still does not monitor our other system, and as usual I cannot get anywhere with Kuubix to get this resolved. They came and changed one of the boxes out, then never came back to finish doing whatever else needs to be done. 3. I found out today that Kuubix also did NOT submit our application for our SGIP rebate program as they should have (contractors responsibility). This is a potential loss of THOUSANDS of dollars to me. And now of course the program ran out of funds in September and is waitlisted. 4. Kuubix never has any notes about my account, and no one I have ever managed to get ahold of on the phone has any clue about my repeated and numerous attempts to get these issues taken care of. If you can get ahold of them, it's like starting over every single time. Then they say they'll send a tech out, then a tech comes and says they can fix the problems, they just need to order parts, and then I do not hear a single thing from them again. And the maddening cycle repeats.

I selected a solar photo voltaic installation to be performed by Kuubix Energy
I selected a solar photo voltaic installation to be performed by Kuubix Energy. They sold me on the system on 6/4 and told me I would have the solar system working for August energy use. They came to install the solar system on 6/24. They left and told me the system was completed and signed off. We were to wait for acceptance by PG&E to start using the system. On 8/19 they set up an appointment that I thought was to have PG&E inspect and sign off to start using, but I found out it was only the City of Dinuba to inspect the system and sign off. At that time their technician found 13 of the 25 panels were not working and he would get a better technician out the following morning. I did not hear anything back so I called 4 or 5 times, but after the first call to ask for a technician, the company did not answer my phone. When I would call with a different phone they would answer and promise someone out soon. I called other sources to find out additional contact information for Kuubix Energy. After another phone number was received by me from an outside source I called again on 9/4 and was able to get a hold of the Customer Services Director. He promised a technician for 9/8. The technician showed up and repaired the faulty installation as promised, so all of the panels work as of 9/8. I still do not have the work accepted by PG&E, so I called the PG&E number on 9/4 and was told by their representative that there were the following items to be completed by Kuubix before the system could be operational. 1. Pay the application fee to PG&E for the solar project. 2. File a notice of acceptance by the City of Dinuba. Which was approved on 8/19. 3. File a single line diagram with PG&E. 4. File the completed application paper work with PG&E. This paper work was sent to me as completed on 9/3 from someone that I do not know, but assumed was with Kuubix Energy. 5. My PG&E bill for August was $470.03, which would have been on Solar if Kuubix and done their job properly. I feel Kuubix owes me at least half of that bill and maybe more if they do not get my solar system functioning properly and satisfy PG&E. 6. I want my system to be completed and approved, so I can start using solar power instead of high PG&E rates.

Back in Feb of 2022 had a salesman from Kuubix come to my home to discuss having additional solar panels installed. We agreed upon the terms of the project. Took several months for the install of this project and countless calls for updates. Now we are installed and 3 failed city inspections nobody calls back. Im now at the point where I want this nightmare to end. They cant seem to follow the plans they submitted to my city. I have all copies of the failed inspections. Im done being nice to them. Remove the panels you installed on my home and fix my home.
