Credit card was charged in the amount of $149.67 on 7/18. I didn't receive confimation email for order nor was item delivered.

I've been emailing with them since 7/31. Twenty emails have gone back and forth with no resolution. They continually repeat that credit was issued. My credit card company confirmed no credit was issued.
