THESE ARE THE WORST... they cheat everyone... most of my friends were cheated the same way as I was too... let join hands and go to court against these guys and shut them down... they make all the false promises and loot our money... can anyone do something about them? They should shut down before they clean up every ones bank account with their false promises and lies...

100%. I agree. I got a call from a lady on this company. I was non-committal and pushed her to say what is the catch. She kept saying a bakwas story that it was their 8th year anniversary (they have been looting for so long) and they have selected me at random for a free holiday package. She even swore on god that it is free indeed. I told her that I wont come for the presentation tomm at 11 AM. She wanted me to bring my wife along and I said she wont come. Then she said bring your parents or friends or bother etc and I knew there was a game. I noted the company name and did a google and thank goodness found this page. It is very easy to talk sitting on the bank of the river people who have not attended and shame one them who have taken holidays enjoyed and then written nonsence.

This is absolutely fraud alright. You pay Rs.1000 and get Rs.500 is fine. If you cough up 1 lakh and get half back then, you might as well donate to some NGO and get a tax rebate!

This is all about RCI, and you can get a membership with any RCI resort.RCI is good.
Don't go to Lander. Go to their central reservation office at bangalore. you will get better deals.

RCI is realy good and all of us enjoy the best luxury at no cost. I am member with other compitators too. But I have paid very High amount to become member with them but I get my holidays only when they have the dates available but Lander gave me when I wanted and I had holidays. Now its just I feel it is wrong on us to enjoy and tell them that they are not good or any coments should reflect to our image itself.

Ethics should permit to tell wrong on someone.

But If you are looking for everything free like : food, sightseeings and purchase for yourself those things If any one has promised free then you are cheated if not you can definetly enjoy as a member with out paying high room tariffs.

If you know the meaning of enjoyment jus go and enjoy as a member dont ask silly things on the net.

I got a call from them, a lady informed me that I have won a tour package. she also mentioned that this was a lucky dip conducted by their firm for AIRTEL coustomers.

Last month I went for a Property Fair in Rajah muthaiah hall, chennai. By that time my wife she had filled a form given by Lander management consultant.

Last week they called my wife and told that we have won a free trip and they asked to collect the gift coupon. Yesterday I went there for a presentation in the Hot bread building opp to Sathyam Theatre. They gave a presentation which was more than 2 Hrs and they are testing our patience with useless presentation. The person named Vasantha Kumar he was giving me the presentation. He was struggling to give me the information. He is a fresher working part time.

They were wasting my time with the use less presentation and collecting the survey information from us. A lady manager she told me that the membership cost is around Rs.98,000 + Maintenence fee for resort Rs.4000 and if we choose other resorts we need to pay Rs.3500 etc. The company infrastructureand the way they spoke looked like cheating. I was really shocked and scolded her and came back. Thank god i didnot pay anything.

If I would have seen the above articles I would have not wasted my 3 Hrs time. So please do not go for the presentation and membership with lander management.

Friends be carefull.. whenever u get a stange call form stranger, just try to serach in google with their ompany names(u have to get details of company while tele con itself)... I am a member of lander management for the past 6 years and i have been going for holidays when ever i wanted.Their service is very good compared to country club and club mahindra as i am a member of both.
The membership fee is very less compared to country club and club mahindra and their customer service is also good.I think most of you haven't experienced their actual benefits. I ALSO FEEL IT IS VERY WRONG TO CALL ANYBODY BUGGERS OR CHEATERS WITHOUT EVEN KNOWING WHAT THEY DO IN A PUBLIC FORUM LIKE THIS AS I FEEL THAT IS JUST A INDIVIDUALS PERSPECTIVE.

Anyways i have been and will be very happy with the service i am getting and to be very truthful i along with my family have benefited a lot from the company.

While, I see that there are people who are happy with the services of Lander management, there are a lot more who feel frauded. My wife got a call from the same people using the same modus operandi.

They seem to be not at all transparent—because when I asked where from they got my wife's phone number, she (Swetha) said from a "database" which again was provided by a "senior". This was enough to raise suspicion and I checked it on the internet to land up on this article. I guess they go by the principle of " Caveat emptor—Let the buyer beware!"

These kind of shady practices need to be brought into public attention and stern action should be taken against them for using false marketing gimmicks.

I too got the call from the lady name called Nisha, I was asked to attend the presentation at 3pm saturday, I went and met a guy who wasted my 2 hrs time, , , everything was ###, U knw people they are brilliant, They will explain to us everything clearly and cleaverly, It seems to be very cheap as per that presentation, , Honestly I dont know whether they are cheating or not, , false promise or not, , but onething I came to know that they dont give time to think about it or take the decision, All they need is money, immediate money, they will give u nice presentation untill you say "NO" but they will change their face reaction immediately when we say "NO" I would like to share few things about them

1, Lady called me and said that MY NAME was selected for free gift, but she asked for MY NAME when I agreed to attend the presentation.

2, I could not attend the presentation many times due to busy schedule, The lady RE-ARRANGED the timing for me many times till I attend the presentation, but when I asked them to give me two days of time to pay at the end of the presentation, they said they cant even give a day to think about it,

3, I asked the lady on the phone about the membership fee, She promised me that there wont be any membership fee,

4, They gave me presentation in a room with some papers and pamplets, nothing else, everthing was theory, but I was asked to pay 4000 immediately, I am wondering, Is there anyone in this world will pay without seeing anything and only with the hearing, , Might be some people who dont know how to spend the money, , let them to be, ,

5, When the guy finished the presentation, He was so tired and called someother guy to continue the presentation, another guy continued but he was not polite to me when I said NO for the immediate payment,

Let me come to this point, ,

How come they think that the people would pay immediately without enquiring about them or about their company,

1, A good company will not give any false information
2, A good company will not force the people to pay or enroll immediately
3, A good company will not impolite to the people when they refused to accept their theory
4, A good company will not talk to the people only with the papers and pamphlets,

I dont think the Landers management is truthful one, , They started with some false information so why not they will give more false information to the members, ,

A good company always speak truth, It does not matter whether its beginning or ending,

I bought 7 day vacation plan from Lander Management Pvt Limited Chennai last year with the promise that there would be no exchange fees and free boarding will be provided.

The problem started last month when I thought of executing my vacation plan. I kept calling Lander guys everyday to get my vacation confirmed. After repeated calls for a week, I was told that my vacation date is confirmed and I booked my train tickets.

Till then I didn't receive any confirmation e-mail or post. So I kept enquiring for few days. Suddenly few days back they told me to pay extra Rs. 2250 to get my plan confirmed.

Don't know from where this extra fee came out. They told this one is exchange fees. Earlier at the time of purchase, I clearly got it confirmed that there is no exchange fee for Fort Chanwa Luni resort if time share purchased through Lander.

As I was eagerly waiting for the vacation, I made up my mind and agreed to pay Rs.2250 as exchange fee.

Two days passed. Then the guy called Deepak - Manager called me and told that I have to pay maintenance fee and utility charges and the total to be paid is Rs. 6500.

I got irritated and told him there is no such thing agreed upon and not in purchase document as well. Then he (Deepak)took a twist and started calling it as exchange fee of Rs. 6500.

It triggered my anger and I told him to cancel my vacation plan and asked for re-fund. But he refused it. Then I told him to face legal action. At this point he started blaming me that I am not interested in vacation, not paying exchange fees, wasting his precious time, bla, bla, bla (funny - I paid them and making calls for 15days - no result).

That evening he called me and told me that he came with a better option and I have to pay only Rs.3950 to have vacation. Again I don't know what this fee is for. But vacation interest made me to agree. (So Rs. 3950 extra. Total Rs. 13000 approx)

Today I just browsed for Lander and hit this site. After seeing your responses I was taken aback and feared not to mess up after landing Rajasthan.

So I called Deepak to ensure other things promised will be taken care - Pick and drop from Railway station, boarding, site seeing.
He told me that my fee is for accomadation alone and nothing else - boarding, site seeing. He even started joking who will give all these for 13K.

I am totally irritated and cheated by Lander and their promises. I am not willing to 13K + travel charges for just staying in a resort at Rajasthan.

So, I am cancelling my tickets and going for legal action against Lander Management Pvt Limited. Chennai.

If you guys feel that you are cheated, please join me atleast as witnesses in my legal action plan. Thanks.

We too got cheated in the same way last year by Lander Management. Their modus operandi:

They just lure you to take their holiday plans for a discount amount of Rs.20000/- . They select customers through a lucky dip conducted at Chennai's famous shopping outlets like Globus etc.

After the agreement is signed, and you approach them to go on a holiday, they get 50% of the lodging expense from you and say that they have paid the full money to the hotel/resort. Finally when you reach the resort you only hear that the balance 50% is not paid by them and you end up paying the complete expenses for your trip. This is how they operate. They are not registered with RCI and they are the biggest
frauds.

We had a very bad experience going for a vacation to Yercaud and after repeated visits to their office and heated arguments with them for about a months time after our return back, we got back the money we paid at the hotel. If you have any experience with them, please comment.

I got the call for a presentation and informed by the telecaller that i have got free stay by lucky draw coupon that i dropped in Anjappar. (surprised i never been to anjappar for past four years). But I been to Pizza corner, and dropped the coupon infact.

I thought it was my luck, i been to the presentation: took 3.45hours, they washed my mind and rushed me to pay some downpayment for the offer to become member.

I told them i havn't come with that kind preparation to pay the deposit, but my wife was with me, she was in a position to pay me the money.

But i told her clearly that i can not take decision in two and half hours. I have to take decision properly.

At last we refused to pay the holding deposit, but i gave them option that you can pick it up from me on monday(note i been there on thursday 21/08/2007).

The Senior Manager refused to pick it from me on Monday.

And i told them i am not interested. and ofcourse there is no Company Profile, no website address etc.

Finally, we were waiting for the lucky voucher. But they just gave a letter stating that they will send the voucher. (Feel on my heart was, it will not come).

Thank God i havn't paid any paise to them. God Saved me.

SO BEWARE OF THESE KIND DODGY COMPANIES.

Becareful when u get a call from Benze Marketing. The company is the number one fraud marketing company headed by Couple of cheats named as Saravanan - [protected] (who never picks his mobile as he knows lots of people will chase him) Prakash -CEO (Chief Fraud Officer) who has no brain in his head and never bothers about peoples mind (Greal Lier will do marketing with his wife also)[protected], Then [protected] he is another culprut . These are the fraud marketing Head people who sits in a small house in Asok nagar and do this business. They even market their wives for prostecution.The team has Tamil ( if u see him, u will know about him as in his face written as big Kedi and a lday named Jothi will speak anything to market. The do marketing for city club T Nagar now . They speak like innocent people, give false commitments and take people money . A gumbal for cheating. Pls people aware when you get a call from this Benze Marketing, City Club. Tamil Nadu Police please take action on this people cheating heartless companies.
