People like this are spread through out the world. We were cheated by a company by the name Lander Management and their Modus Operandi was exactly the same as Royal. Unfortunately we fell for their false promises and coughed up Rs.20000, which, at the time of the presentation was supposedly refundable. I just want to share this with all those who have been invited to a presentation by Lander Management. They will lure you to a presentation by promising a free holiday stay and claim they got your details from a form you had filled at their booth in an exhibition.
Beware!
I got a call from them, a lady informed me that I have won a tour package. she also mentioned that this was a lucky dip conducted by their firm for AIRTEL coustomers.

Just now i got the call from them, they asked me to come for the presentation today by 6pm. fortunately i checked it in internet to know about the company profile.
Thanks to all you guys, saved me from a fraud company.

Becareful when u get a call from landers management. The company is the number one fraud marketing company headed by Couple of cheats

We were also cheated by Lander management, Chennai for Rs 75000/- .Till now we were not given any accomodation anywhere. One lady and two more people have assured us of sure accomodation throughout India but never have they booked a single one. People who read this kindly dont be so gullible as we were.

I became a member of this lander management by sep-2008 and was initially scared by seeing all the above comments.
Then I approached 'lander' for booking a resort in ooty and they have booked as promised by them.
The accomodation, room service, quality of food was good, I appreciate the good attitude of the service, I enjoyed our holiday and thanking 'lander managment' for the satisfying service provided to me.

Hi, Been a fool to have not gone through this board before... coughed up 30K for a 5 year deal. Got a lukewarm assistance during the booking stage - they sent me a list of 3 resorts in Munnar and asked me to select.
Booked a resort in Munnar through them after googling the 3 choices of resorts they had given me. When I landed there with family and 3 brats found the resort to be totally different from what Kamal C. Suganraj (Executive - Owners Relations) promised. The rooms were TINY, hardly about 6x8 and absolutely no facilities at all. I stromed out of there and am trying to reach Kamal since yesterday, but no reply.
If there is still no reply today thought of taking legal action against them. Any action you want to initiate against them I'm in. I'm reachable at balajid@hotmail.com.
Can we book through RCI directly if we have their membership obtained through lander ? Could this sort out the service issues ?

There is no point in just spreading this message. instead we all should take severe action against these decoits.
WE SHOULD SEE THAT WE GET REFUND OF OUR AMOUNT. THEY ARE NOT THE MEMBER OF RCI I THINK.
WE SHOULD SEND THESE MAILS TO THOSE CULPRITS & MAKE THEM AWARE WE ARE NOT KEEPING SILENT.
ATLEAST WE SHOULD MAKE OTHERS AWARE OF THIS UNDESIRABLE ELEMENTS.

RCI is not so worth, But this will be useful only when u go holiday frequently, like thrice a year ... I have tried once using RCI to banglore they gave me Elite room and it is good, and one time i was unplanned and needed to goto to kotayyam, they told i need to book before 1 month, i asked hime then ehat is the use of this RCI ?
Also Now lander is no more think so they ve changed in to aj-groups
any way Be alert .
The Free Holiday offer given to me was not offered to me yet .
BEWARE
they are best cheaters, they make you pay for all days whether you use it or not and if you need rooms they book it from your money they take when you book room.

In 2008, i was cheated by this Lander management. They didn't even give time to think and forced to take this membership saying te offer is only for today and so on. I got this membership for 80, 000. I have never used this membership. and now they are asking me to pay 24, 000 as annual maintenance for 3years. I would request all you guys to join together and we can file a case against this Lander management.

I too got carried away by the modus operandi. I became a member in 2007 but i have yet to go on vacation. The free holidays was never finalised, every time the sales manager used to evade. I am asked to pay annual management charges by them, even though i have not availed any holiday. I did not want to pay but eventually have paid.
