Lane Furniture Company review: Foot release mechanism for recliner keeps breaking

I have a Lane's sofa and chair set. The release mechanism that's located on the sides of the sofa, that releases the footrests, has broke. In the past, Lane's replaced it free of charge, which I was most appreciative. How do I get in touch with them, to get another replacement?
