On March 16, 2021 I responded to a Facebook ad for a "Super Fast Handheld Laser Engraver & Cutter for $39.99. Since it was on Facebook and they accepted PayPal I figured that everything was up and up. I then authorized a PayPal payment of $39.99, to Lanshandist, ([protected]@outlook.com). The Transaction ID: 8V8689396J8798015, Mar 16, 2021, 20:20 PDT. My conformation reflected the item # as LLQ0139I1. Order N202103170320937807. Email address: neopouse.com.
On April 4th 2021 I had a heart attack and had a 4 way bypass. Needless to say I couldn't follow-up on the order. When I was well enough to check up on this order I e-mailed both [protected]@outlook.com and neopouse.com. I received no reply. I thought that due to COVID 19 items from China were taking very long to get to the U.S. Again e-mail to both and again no response. Now I'm running out of time to file complaints and I would of course like to have the product (since I did order it) or my money back. I admit I'm old (79) and should know better. This is not the only product I ordered while on Facebook that I didn't receive. I will no longer purchase items that are being sold on Facebook.
