Laybyland review: My refund

Hey I was just wondering if you guys can help me to get in touch with layby land and get them to refund my money back. I have left them emails and not once I have heard back from them about the refund that I cancelled. They have told me they will refund the whole amount and it will be coming within 10-14 business days and I still have not received anything back from them at all. Im very angry with them and decided they will keep ignoring my emails about the refund. Please can someone help me sort this issues out please.
