Hey I was just wondering if you guys can help me to get in touch with layby land and get them to refund my money back. I have left them emails and not once I have heard back from them about the refund that I cancelled. They have told me they will refund the whole amount and it will be coming within 10-14 business days and I still have not received anything...

I have $4000+ on file to use, for 2 years I've been arguing with them back and forth over the amount. They finally looked into it properly because I said I was going to consumer affairs. They came back and said what I already knew, confirming that I did in fact have $4000+. As I don't trust them to do this again I said I want a refund. They said it will...

Laybyland Giftcards

I laybyed giftcards from this company, didn't have an issue until I had paid a fair fee hundred dollars, now I keep getting late fees of $3, & dishonour fees of $5 from my bank because they are taking money on a day that was assigned in my original contract, I have complained three times on the phone today & was told I would have to pay to pay 10% of the whole order total, if I wanted to cancel and that it was my banks fault? I have taken this up with my bank & also consumer affairs, they shouldn't be aloud to do such thing I'm financially struggling at this time with going through a pandemic and also caring for my alderly father, Plus having 3 small children I would like to be refuned, instead I was told to take a giftcard of the value I have paid, witch is no good to me at this stage when we are locked down and carnt go out to spend it, they have made enough through ‘dishonour fees' I'm very disappointed! I also have sent them my bank statements showing I had money in my account at these times of them taking my money and saying there where no funds available

I have been mucked around by Labyland for an order and they offered gift cards and they still haven't fot them in stock as well. I don't recommend using Laybyland andjust save up or layby itwm instore, at least you won't get ripped off by them.
