I bought a black signal Leatherman utility tool 'bout 35 days ago, and there was this part that was all messed up and broke. So, I sent it back with the proof of purchase like they asked, but now they're giving me the runaround 'cause they can't find it. This ain't cool, man. They gotta replace it, no questions asked.

Leatherman Tool Group I bought a Raptor from Leatherman Tool Group Inc and the clip broke in a week

I bought a Raptor from Leatherman Tool Group Inc and the clip broke in a week. I filled out the warranty online and sent the product back certified. They got it on January 21 and I emailed them twice. They said they haven't received it yet. My daughter needs these for her job as she's an EMT.

Leatherman Tool Group I was paid to send in a tool for warranty

I was paid to send in a tool for warranty. They sent the wrong one back, a lesser model. They completely lost my tool, which had sentimental value. I am still waiting for my replacement, and it's been over 2 months since I sent my tool in. Every time I call, I just get the runaround and no proof that anything has been done.

Leatherman Tool Group I ordered from Leatherman Tool Group Inc on October 18, 2022

I ordered from Leatherman Tool Group Inc on October 18, 2022. Unfortunately, I discovered that Leatherman does not use ***, so I decided to cancel my order on October 27, 2022. The cancellation was due to ongoing delivery issues with certain vendors, like *** delivering to my residential building. According to the tracking number 1Z7881280301173021, Leatherman received their product back from their shipper on Friday, October 28 at 9:25 A.M. at Dock. I never had possession of the item because I canceled it just as they were shipping it out. Despite multiple phone calls and emails, Leatherman has not refunded my payment of $210.30. The payment is due on November 30, and I would really appreciate getting my money back.

Leatherman Tool Group We had to return one of their tools through *** and it was in January 2022 with no notification of receipt or credit to our account

We had to return one of their tools through *** and it was in January 2022 with no notification of receipt or credit to our account. I called them and they requested a tracking number from *** which I didn't have. I don't know where their returns are processed but as a business I would certainly have a way to process them. If they received our return and opened it they would have found all of the information that they would need to credit our account. It seems that they will not proceed without their requested tracking number which I am unable to get. Any help that you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Leatherman Tool Group I bought a Leatherman product on June 24th

I bought a Leatherman product on June 24th. It was sent on June 26th and was supposed to arrive on July 1st, but it never came. I waited a few days before reaching out to Leatherman and ***, as my package had been stuck since the 27th. *** didn't respond, but I managed to contact Leatherman. In my past experiences with shipping companies, if something isn't scanned for a few days, it's usually "lost" (stolen), and I won't get my product. I told Leatherman that I want a refund, but they refuse to give it to me. They say they'll send another tool, but I don't want to do business with them anymore. They say they need the tool back to issue a refund, but I don't even have it. Right now, $100 is a lot for me, and since I don't have my product and the company isn't helping me, I just want my money back. I feel helpless and like I'm going to lose the money I trusted this company with.

I ordered somethin' from this company on October 18, which got shipped on October 21 via United Parcel Service, and it arrived in my city on October 23. Then it got transferred to US Postal Service with a delivery date of October 24 by 9pm. But since October 23, there ain't been no update on what's happenin'. It's now November 5, and I'm still waitin'. I reached out to both shippin' companies, and they just keep pointin' fingers at each other. One says they transferred the package like their trackin' system says, while the other says they ain't received it yet. I also contacted Leatherman Tool Group, but they didn't seem too bothered by my concerns. They just told me to be patient and assured me that the package will arrive on time. When I asked for a refund, they straight up said no 'cause they don't have the package. They even had the audacity to tell me that they ship hundreds of packages every day and sometimes it takes weeks for the handoff, even though they promise a delivery window of 3-12 days. It's been sittin' in my city for a whole 14 days now. Someone in the shippin' chain must've swiped my package, and the company couldn't care less. I ain't gonna do business with 'em no more. I'll be takin' my business elsewhere from now on.

Leatherman Tool Group I've been buying Leatherman stuff for like 20 years, and man, this time they really let me down

I've been buying Leatherman stuff for like 20 years, and man, this time they really let me down. I feel like such an idiot for talking them up to everyone I know. I've bought their gear for myself and as gifts for others, thinking it was the bomb. But now, I'm not so sure. So, I ordered something from them on November 27. When it arrived, I wasn't happy with it, so I sent it back using ***, and it cost me a whopping $18.00 for the return postage. The item itself cost $88.24. Before I sent it back, I called them up and they said no problem, I'll get a refund. They even gave me an address to send it to: Leatherman Tool Group Returns Department ***. I shipped it off on December 9, and it got delivered on December 16. Fast forward to the end of December, and I started calling to check on my refund. I talked to a bunch of different people over a few days, and they kept saying they didn't have the item. I called on January 4th, 2022, and was like, what's the holdup? Then today, January 7, 2022, I called again, and they said they sent it back to me on January 4th because it wasn't addressed to Leatherman Tool Group at ***. But that's not the address they gave me over the phone! I don't get why they couldn't just forward it to their other address in town instead of sending it back to me over 2,500 miles away. Today, they told me I have to ship it back to them again to get my refund. That's gonna cost me another $18+ in shipping, so I'll end up spending over $36.00 just to get my refund of about $50.00. This is so messed up, and they shouldn't treat people like this.
