I got charged 38.95 bucks on my AMEX card for a membership fee from LegalNature. I never even signed up for it. The charge went down on June 11th.

I paid $*** for an expedited change of address for my biz and nothin' was done. After 2 weeks I called and got the run around so I took care of it myself for $40. I want a refund.

I never signed up for LegalNature. I signed up for Legal Depot in January, but cancelled in February. However, I keep getting charged again and again. Legal Depot/LegalNature is taking money from my debit card without my permission. I don't have a subscription!

I got charged *** every month for Legal-JA Com membership, but I never signed up for it. They charged me for stuff I didn't ask for and never used. I don't know how they found me or how they tricked me into signing up. I saw on your site that other folks had the same issue with these guys.

I used LegalNature to make a POA document on May 21. I cancelled the service on May 25 to avoid monthly charges. However, they still charged my credit card in June and July. When I tried to fix the issue with the company, they didn't care. It's a scam.

I tried out LegalNature for a week and decided to cancel on the seventh day. However, they only gave me a partial refund instead of the full refund they promised. Apparently, they said I started the trial at 4:52 PM and canceled after that time. But nowhere on their website did it say that I had to cancel at the exact minute I started the trial. They charged my account $38.95, which is not fair.

I picked out ONE paper from LegalNature in May and paid for it. But now, they charged me FOUR times for that same paper. I only wanted to buy one paper and made an LLC Articles of Organization. I paid for it in May . But LegalNature says I bought a subscription, which I didn't. They charged me four times in the last four months. I called to complain, but they wouldn't give me my money back. They only gave me two of the four fake charges back.

I bought a legal document from LegalNature on Sept 22, 2019, but it turned out to be a total scam. They sent me an email that I didn't expect, and if I didn't cancel from the email, they kept charging me. It's so sneaky! They don't make it clear that you'll be enrolled in a subscription, and you have to cancel within 7 days to avoid monthly charges. They only tell you that in a separate email. I got charged *** for 10 months! When I finally called to cancel, they only gave me a 1 month credit. I tried to dispute the charges with my bank, but they denied it. Don't trust LegalNature!

Today, Dec 29, 2021, I was lookin' on the web for a free pdf document and stumbled upon Legalnature.com. I downloaded it and found the document I needed. I filled it out, but couldn't download it. Before I could finish, I had to pay with my debit card. I read all the details of the agreement using this app. After payin', I was able to finish fillin' out my document. I tried sendin' it to my email, but it wouldn't work. Then I tried sendin' it to my text messages and it went through, but I couldn't open it. I kept tryin' to open it, but the website kept crashin' and bufferin'. I found this website address ***, but it won't let me open it. How do I unsubscribe from it? I hope they don't use my debit card again for this shenanigan of business.

I tried LegalNature's free trial to make a quit claim deed on October 10. I canceled within the 7-day period to avoid being charged $38.95 per month, but I didn't receive a confirmation email. I didn't notice the monthly charge until April , and I was shocked to find out that LegalNature had been billing me since October . I called them, and after a long conversation, they agreed to refund the entire amount billed and cancel the service. They informed me that the annual fee was $84.00 per year, and I pointed out that I would have chosen the yearly subscription if I had known. They offered to cancel the service and refund the entire amount billed. However, I was alarmed to find out that LegalNature had not canceled my subscription and had continued to bill me monthly for 14 months. I filed a dispute with my bank, and LegalNature canceled my subscription and issued a one-month refund. When I called to explain that I had already canceled in April and had been promised a full refund, the rep on the phone called me a liar and refused to refund more than a month of service. I hung up and called my bank to dispute all the charges. It's a laborious task, but I hope to get my money back.
