This is a scam. If you need to ask a question you are sent to Ask Crew. They explain a $1.00 charge that is totally refundable. What they don't tell you is that there is a monthly charge of $74.00 for a subscription so you can ask questions anytime in the future. But you have to pay the $74 before you can cancel the subscription.
This was meant to be a 1 off payment for advice for $1.00.
Firstly they charged me 4 times ! on 15/10/22
Pay Pal $ .50 Lemondale
Pay Pal $ .25 Lemondale
Pay Pal $ .25 Lemondale
Pay Pal $ 1.00 Lemondale
Then on the 22/10/22 they have then deducted US 74.00 from my paypal account as a monthly subscription I never authorised !
..and they wont respond to emails !
Desired outcome: Full refund $ 74
Lemondale limited needs to refund all my money they have taken from pay pal account I only signed up up for trial run but there few transactions where they have taken $79.45 if I don't get my money back o let my bank dispute it and will b going to police
These charges are being made through my PayPal account.
There are currently 3 separate charges,
Two for $.25 each and one for $.50
