We had a 1970 Buick Electra inspected in IL in March. The vehicle was meant to go to Switzerland, if in good condition.
The technician delayed the PPI several times and when it finally happened, the report stated "minor surface rust" on underbody, "frame good".
Vehicle was bought and transported to Switzerland, put on a lift and thoroughly inspected. Outcome: rust holes in underbody/floor pans, frame rusted out, body mount supports rusted out, tank heavyly corroded.
The vehicle would not have been bought and exported for thousands and thousands of dollars if rust in frame would have been reported.
Lemonsquad doesn´t disclose their email address and the contact pages doesn´t work. They make it extremely hard to get in touch with them.
Desired outcome: Refund of PPI fee, participation on costs for transportation and repairs.
Update: Three weeks after complaining to Lemonsquad and several reminders later not a single line from them. --> Customer service at it´s best!
