We bought and purchased (2) Ramrod 1350's and an auger setup in Nov. 2022. Paid in full upfront. We were told 4-6 week lead time. After the (3rd) month with no machine they agreed to pay for a rental machine. They made a few payments as we agreed but now are (5) payments behind, I have no machines, and we have lost an entire summer with only have (1) rental machine vs. (2) that we anticipated.
We have requested the machines be cancelled, our original payment refunded, and the balance of the rental payments be paid, but this has fallen on deaf ears and we can not get an actual answer from this company. All we get are responses such as "I'll check into it and let you know next week" or "The accounting department is out sick, we'll let you know next week" etc. the list can go on.
They are very deceptive and cannot be trusted.
Sad because we have had (2) of their machines in the past and they have performed great for us. Company has went downhill and we, right now, are at the bottom.
Desired outcome: We want our original purchase price back and all of our rental payments owed thru today paid back to us in (14) calendar days or less.
