Leon Mfg. Company - Failed promises for 7 years
John Malinowski and I have been in touch for years where I as a dealer made a deal with them as they found a buyer for my Ramrod Taskmaster 1350 Diesel with tracks. The deal was they/their customer was to pay me $18500 for the machine and around $2000 as I shipped it to Provo Utah to meet them as they left the Las Vegas, NV mining convention to meet me with...

Failure to deliver product paid in full. Failure to issue refund
In March of 2022 i requested to purchase a new Ramrod 1350D and extra attachments. I was told by salesman Tony delivery would be 4 weeks. I paid $33,400.00 in full. April 2022, no machine...in fact after calling and emailing nearly weekly for 6 months, still no machine, although i was told every time that it was still coming. In Sept 2022, i cancelled the order, filed the necessary
paperwork provided by them, and was told a refund was on the way. Here it is Oct 2023 and still no refund, although several times in June and July by Kavita Patel, i was told the check was being cut and to expect it in 10-14 business days. They have deprived me of the use of my money for 18 months. They have cost my business financially by having to rent equipment because i couldn't
afford to by a machine from anywhere else because Leon Mfg has my money! I've had a Ramrod since 2006...this is how they treat a return customer. Leon Canx Order #L23885. Customer #000761.
Claimed loss: $33,400.00
Desired outcome: Immediate Refund
RamRod 1350
We bought and purchased (2) Ramrod 1350's and an auger setup in Nov. 2022. Paid in full upfront. We were told 4-6 week lead time. After the (3rd) month with no machine they agreed to pay for a rental machine. They made a few payments as we agreed but now are (5) payments behind, I have no machines, and we have lost an entire summer with only have (1) rental...

I ordered a dozed blade for a tractor
I ordered a dozed blade for a tractor. I placed the order on February 1 and sent the payment of $27,700.00 at that time. Since my order was placed I have been told numerous times that blade will be shipped and to this day it still has not been shipped. I have been hung up on when I've called asking for it to get shipped and been lied to repeatedly about the status of my shipment. By looking at the other reviews of this company this is a common practice of theirs.

We placed an order on 09/14 sales order *** and have been told repeatedly that it's shipping or will ship next week. Now I'm not getting return calls. previously when I asked they said they would include a bulk material handler to offset the cost of rental machinery we have been incurring. I need a realistic shipping timeframe to budget for the future delay of work or a full refund asap so we can source equiptmetn elseware. Thanks
I have a fence installation business
I have a fence installation business. I ordered a Ramrod 900T with bucket attachment, 3 auger tips, power head and pump from Leon Mfg in June , paid for with wire transfer in June . After many phone calls and emails I finally received only the Ramrod and bucket in October . After many more phone calls and emails I received the power head, pump and 2 auger tips in January . I did not receive the 12-inch auger tip so I had to order one from another company. I have repeatedly asked Leon for a refund for the 12-inch auger tip. I have not received a refund as of yet.

I made a deal with *** from Leon's MFG in Yorkton on a Leon 4000 series Dozer Blade from Leon Mfg with a 6 way attachment on May 13 for the price of $34,020.00. They wanted paid in full as they told me the blade was loaded on the truck and would be delivered the week of May 17th and installed by their technicians. I direct deposited in full to their account May 17th. Immediately the day after I paid I tried to contact them on the arrival time and they wouldn't answer text messages or phone calls. I have record of these messages. After several text messages, calls and leaving voicemails. *** then text me to say was being delivered June 12 at 1130am and installers would bring tilt and would be there June 16. Was not delivered until June 17th and did not have 6 way attach and hydraulic coupler. Installers showed up in a rental car with no tilt and needed me and my machinery to help install. Sept 14th and we still are out $4000 in parts. They will not answer my calls or messages
I ordered a landscaper model 650 SHR On September 3rd and did a wire transfer of 16,270 dollars U.S. the same day. I was told to expect 2 weeks for delivery. I have been told many times that I will receive it in a couple weeks. I have had to rent a scaper to get my work done. The last time I talked to *** he said it would be shipped Aug 31, 2021 and I should receive it by September 4. I hope they are telling time the truth this time.

I purchased a ramrod mini skid steer February 4th, I've paid for it on that date, and since then have purchased other accessories for the machine, Leon's Mfg company has taken the money without a problem, but refuse to send me the machine, I've lost my street sweeping opportunities, to this date customers have been waiting 2 months for me to start jobs that rely heavily on this machine, I get promise after promise saying machine is on its way, blatantly lied to by 3 different employees saying it's been shipped, excuses are starting to sound ridiculous.. from reading reviews, they don't come through, and don't pay the money back, I'd like for them to prove the reviews wrong, give me the machine immediately, or the money back.

We ordered a products from Leon Mfg. back in February 26, the amount of the invoice was $21,000.00. We paid them by wiring that amount to their bank. We called them numerous times and they kept promising that we're getting our item soon to the point that they stopped returning our calls. We said we wanted our money back multiple times and finally we received a check from them on September 17. We deposited the check back into our account that same day and they put a stop payment on 9/28. We want our money back from them

Purchased a dozer from *** at Leon
Purchased a dozer from *** at Leon. Wired the money $17,500. Supposed to be here in 1-2 months. 4 months later they sent a model that did not fit. Contacted them 4 times over the next six months always said they were cutting parts and would have it ready to ship in 2 weeks. Contacted them again and demanded a refund as they were lying to me repeatedly. They agreed and sent a check with the driver who picked up the incorrect parts. The driver gave me a check and then changed the serial number plate on the equipment and told me he was delivering it to Wisconson. The check was returned because of stoped payment. After weeks of them pretending to try to wire us the funds they again sent us a check. 2 weeks later it also was returned.

purcahsed new manure spreader which was to be delivered on Dec, 9 2020
purcahsed new manure spreader which was to be delivered on Dec, 9 2020. I was told that it was to be completed in 3 weeks. That did not happen. Months later after numerous phone calls and stress associated with all the lies on or about June 30th I was informed that they could not supply and yet I was told they were making it. They even asked what paint color we wanted. So now to the refund of the mega thousands of dollars paid upfront it has been one lie after another. This has been going on since July . Lied included we have to get someone to sign it. Then give us a week to get it in the mail. Always one lie after another and now as of yesterday Aug. 5th it is being delivered. No faith in that. Also there are payments being made on the loan. We also feel we should be compensated for all the stress and the interest being paid by me for the loan. This is just a summary of what has transpired.

Failure to Deliver a Machine Payed in Full From April I am extremely disappointed in the complete lack of integrity from this company i paid for my machine in full over a year ago, They lack the common decency to even attempt to communicate there progress I have made over 100 phone calls just trying to get a response to when i can expect to receive my machine i was sold a "Demo Model" which i highly doubt ever existed. These guys appear to be in well over there heads. I have discussed having legal representative to represent me. Still they don't seem to care in the slightest this is the most disgraceful company i have ever attempted to work with. I write this complaint today at the very least to try and warn other want to be owners to save there money for a better established company and never pay for anything before delivery.

I ordered a ramrod 1350
I ordered a ramrod 1350. I was told it would ship in 7 days. I wired $22,730 on 01/19. I have spoken with multiple people from the company, every week since. Every week I am told the unit has shipped, or will ship next week. I was told they were waiting on motors, asked to switch to a kohler motor, I accepted, then they insisted the motor I ordered was received, the next week said it wasnt received. They stated they would pay for rental equipment but do not discuss it when asked. I have repeatedly asked to have the unit shipped or to refund my money. When I request my money back they refuse to discuss it. I spoke with the manufacturing manager on 06/04 and was told I would have a shipping confirmation by the end of the day. I never received confirmation. I have lost a lot of time & money due to this delay. I told them I do not want the unit, I want my money back. I plan to seek legal action if money is not refunded.

I ordered a model 5000 dozer blade for my 4wd tractor in March
I ordered a model 5000 dozer blade for my 4wd tractor in March . $30,000 was wired to Leon mfg the same day. I was told the blade would ship and an installation team would arrive within 2-3 weeks. After a month I was told they were having trouble clearing customs. After 2 months I was told my invoice was misplaced and paperwork had newly been submitted for clearing customs. Began calling in august and was told my blade had not even been built yet. Corn chopping season came and went and I was forced to find a different blade to use this season. September through October over many phone calls i was told my blade order cannot be canceled or fully refunded. However i could receive a $5000 refund for interest incurred and rental fees for using a different blade this season. As of November I have been told my blade is finally finished and just waiting on shipping. It has been 8 months and I have not received my blade or my $5000 refund.

I bought a ram rod on 07.29.21 and was promised delivery in the week of 08.09.21.
I bought a ram rod on 07.29.21 from a store and was promised delivery in the week of 08.09.21. I received an invoice but no updates, so I inquired and was told on 08.18.21 it hadn't shipped but would within 5 days. After no delivery, I learned it was at the US border. Later, I was informed it was back at the shipping yard and would ship the next week with a different carrier. Despite requesting a tracking number, I didn't get one until 09.22.21. Ten days later, the machine still hadn't arrived. I contacted the carrier, but they had no record of it. My calls go unanswered, and I'm disconnected when I try to reach out. I'm paying for a machine I don't have, losing money and patience.

No payment on work authorized with a PO
No payment on work authorized with a PO. We received PO#*** from *** on Sept. 5, 2019, in the amount of $4966.77 before tax. It was agreed that we would schedule this when we were next working in Yorkton, so expenses could be divided with another customer/service. We were able to complete work at this facility Jan. 7, 2020, and issued the invoice for this service on Jan. 10, 2020. The invoice was originally sent out by mail. Our accounts payable contacted them regarding the outstanding invoice and emailed a copy to *** on Mar. 24, 2020, with no response. She then contacted Leon's again on Apr. 7, 2020, and was asked to resend the invoice to ***, which she did. Our A/P called them again on May 5 and spoke to the receptionist, who was to pass along the message that we were following up. May 29, our A/P called and spoke to ***, and was asked to send the invoice to his email, which she did. As we did not receive any response from them again, she called on June 4, and left a message again for ***. We still have not been contacted by them to confirm that this invoice has been received, and that they intend to pay on this. We have issued an additional finance charge on this invoice, emailed to *** on June 9.

On 8/27 I wire transferred $25,000 to Leon's Manufacturing
On 8/27 I wire transferred $25,000 to Leon's Manufacturing. Paying in full up front for a mini skidsteer and some small miscellaneous parts. I did this as a direct result of the parts department explaining the extended expected delay of the parts I ordered, and after speaking to a salesman there named ***, and promised that a new unit and the part would be at my doorstep the following week. I only inquired about a new unit because of the parts issue. This salesman was promising to solve my problems by the following week and I needed my equipment to get jobs done. Knowing this, *** said what he said in order to get my money wired to the company, make another sale, and get his commission. The only problem was the parts and unit never showed up as promised. They never showed up the week after, or another week after that. After trying a multitude of times to inquire as to when I would receive my unit, and continually getting the run around from sales, parts, the production manager, and accounting, I finally decided after the fourth week that I wanted a refund of my money. Since then, it has been nothing different from every person I have talked to. They comfort you on the phone, they say what you want to hear, but never follow through. We are now 5 days shy of two whole months of this episode of "How To Defraud Potential Customers", and I am now considering legal action, and am thoroughly convinced this company is now stolen my money and refusing to give it back. There are laws here in the United States that side with consumers in these type of instances. I have all of my correspondence with the salesman, and the Accounting Mgr. with text messages, emails, receipts, wire transfers, and all dated pertinent evidence to prove beyond any doubt that exactly what I am saying here is 100% true and correct.
