My wife and I purchased a truck from Leonard Evans our salesmen were Pete Patino Jr and Radek Myslak. They both claimed the truck book valued at 17,000. and that the truck passed a 79 point inspection and was ready for long distance trip. they done no work on it as reflected in the car fax all they did was the inspection. well the truck died in the middle of the road less than 2 miles from the lot. After laughing at us Radek claimed we had no recourse and if they did anything at all it was because he is so nice. Washington state has lemon laws and that is why the sent us a loaner car and towed our truck to there service department. we got the truck back a couple days later and less than 30 miles later it died in the middle of the road again. Radek came out with a loaner truck so i could get my travel trailer home. I got the truck back a few days later and when I got it home it was leaking oil all over my driveway. Didnt leak before. so they kept it for a few hours and gave it back still leaking oil. Trey Huff is the service manager who told me he did in fact do work on the truck when they first got it because it stalled on them just like it did me. Radek refused to give me my truck back. said he sold it to a girl who already left to Texas. I seen the truck in town 3 days later. even took some pictures. If i had known it had electrical issues I wouldn't have bought it. I ran the vin # and in #1 condition it book values at 12,000. Its no where near #1 condition. Trey admitted he never did any inspection but would fix it. but than he couldn't. the truck is in another shop right now, hopefully getting fixed. there is a lot wrong with it. because I was lied to about its value and it passing inspection I am looking at over 5 thousand dollars in loss. I found out Radek was hard driving my truck while it was there for service. so I sat across the street and seen him leaving in it. why would a sales manager be hard driving my truck?. because he was trying to convince me into buying the red loaner truck for an extra 40 thousand dollars. This place hides there poor reviews. while broke down along side the road several people stopped to tell me their bad experience. I had to remove the Leonard Evans License plate holders to stop people from telling me their horror story's. Radek, and Pete lied to sell a vehicle way over value knowing it has mechanical problems they cannot fix.
Desired outcome: Leonard Evans should be made to refund me 5,000.00 dollars. Thats me still paying over the blue book value. Pete showed me on his computer the truck blue book value. but I cant find it that high using the vin # look up. they are criminals.
