The boxes and tutorials are dope and super easy to follow. But, I was bummed to see that the art books and coloring books are way more expensive than other places. Gonna have to do some shopping around before I buy from them again.

Bad customer service. You gotta call and email a bunch of times every month to get your stuff. If you do get it (big if), the kit is pretty good, so 2 stars instead of 1. But they just say "oops, processing error" and don't do anything to fix it, just say they'll send it when they can.

this biz is dope! I'm from SoCal and found Let's Make Art online. They got everything I needed for a chill weekend of painting. The Customer Happiness Team is legit and answered my questions fast. Prices are on point and the videos are lit. It's mad nice to paint with Let's Make Art on the weekend, it's chill, fun, and cheap. Monica

I luv Lets Make Art! They're so cool! If u got a prob, just call or chat and they'll fix it right away. Someone was whining about payin ahead of time, but duh, they gotta know how many kits to send out and who's gettin them. It's easy to skip a month if u want. One time they sent me 2 of the same thing by mistake, but they said to keep it and give it as a gift, so I gave it to my sis. I luv them and hope they keep killin it!

I'm so done with Let's Make Art Holdings, LLC! They ain't no good, honest company. The idea was cool, but they charge you a month ahead before you even get the stuff. I got charged for three art kits on a monthly thing, but they only sent me one. It's so embarrassing 'cause I gave it as a gift for the whole year. I signed up for a year, but it's impossible to get a hold of customer service. They keep makin' excuses for the shipping. I order from other companies outside of Amazon all the time, and I got everything on time before Christmas, even last-minute orders. This delay shipping thing they talk about is fake. I didn't have any delays this year with shipping.

I been getting LMA's watercolor box every month since 2019. It's a good deal cuz you get lots of stuff (watercolor paper, paint, pics to paint, step-by-step directions, and a extra thing in every box). The videos are fun and teach you stuff, and sometimes they do different things like gouache or irridescent watercolor. If there's a problem with shipping or something, they let you know right away and say sorry. They're a small company from the midwest and they're growing, so they mess up sometimes.

I'm kinda bummed to see some bad reviews, 'cause my experiences with Let's Make Art have been nothing but good. Shipping takes a bit longer than Amazon Prime (like a few weeks instead of a few days), but it's a small biz and it ain't like I need my stuff right away. I'm happy to wait a bit longer to support a small biz. The online tutorials are dope and the materials are top-notch. They even give you outlines and tutorials online for free! If you got paint and paper, you can follow along. I only had to hit up customer service once, but they got back to me quick and fixed my problem good. Painting is so chill and I'm thankful to Let's Make Art for helping me find some peace.

I ordered some stuff from Let's Make Art Holdings, LLC but it never showed up even though it said it was "fullfilled". I tried to contact them but the chat window was never live and it took them days to respond. They said they would ship it again but after 2 months, I reached out again and they said they never actually shipped it because they ran out of one of the items. They marked both orders as "fullfilled" even though they weren't. They said I could get part of my order and the rest would be shipped later but that never happened. I still haven't gotten my missing stuff or a refund. They need to have a way for customers to contact them outside of the chat window. It's not cool to lie to customers and make them wait for months.
