Dealt with Tyler from inspection to choice selection on roofing style and was pleased with his professionalism. The crew that came to install my new roof were polite efficient and left my yard clear of debris. Would highly recommend. Very pleased from start to finish.

They are responsive throughout the process and excellent at interfacing with the insurance company. They kept us informed at every step, and went above an beyond in the little things like clean-up afterwards. Their employees were dedicated, expert, and friendly. I was impressed.

We have tried several times to have a new roof and 3rd time is a charm with LevelUp Innovations. I do not know where to start. The company was really helpful in explaining the insurance process and was very professional, courteous and affordable. My roof replacement was was completed on time and when the workers were done they cleaned up so well I couldn't even tell they were here. I will be using their services again for other home repairs/upgrades.

I would highly recommend this company! we had storm damage to our roof and were so worried that we would have to take thousands of dollars out of our pockets to replace it. Tyler worked with our insurance and our roof was covered. He was so prompt and quick with everything from start to finish including replacing our roof with a brand new one. I would refer anyone to Tyler and this company.

I just had my roof replaced a few weeks ago. I worked with Amanda who was very professional and always communicated with me throughout the whole process. They examined my roof and determined I had storm damage. She worked with my insurance company to get my full roof completely covered. They did great work and got the job done in less than a day. My roof looks great and the clean up was just as good. 10/10 recommend --

Level Up Innovations was very helpful in completing our renovations. We have rented solar that created a lot of challenges in the process. Level up was flexible as we worked through the Solar Process. the install was performed as promised. The team did a great job removing old debris and completing our roof install in one day. I will definitely use Level Up for other work I need completed and would recommend to my friends.

Cole and Tyler were great to work with. They both were flexible and made sure that all of my questions were answered. They did a great job from start to finish. I appreciate the great communication, they continually reached out to me to give me updates on the work that was being done and when it would be completed. This local business has been doing such an amazing job for us over the past few months, and I feel like praise is in order.? Let me preface with this: We were not offered any discounts or other perks in exchange for a good review. They didn't even ask us to write a review, but when I receive bad service, I put something out, so when I receive over-the-top remarkable service, it makes sense to put that out as well. Will Arnold at “Level Up Innovations" has been working relentlessly with our insurance company for several months now, and let me tell you what, never would I have thought having such extensive work done on our home would be completely 100% stress free. ?Seriously, they've handled literally everything. Level Up got our entire roof replaced at no cost to us, and their incredible team had all of the work done (unload to clean up) in one day. It looks amazing! Aside from the roof, Will and the Level Up team has also been working to get our entire house rewrapped with new siding too (it's in really bad shape), and they're almost done with that approval process.
