Lezhin Comics-Premium Webtoons review: Locked out of purchased content

Have been using an account on Lezhin US for some time and accumulated a few hundred euros worth of content; was very happy as I had zero issues for the longest time. However, at the end of June I was suddenly no longer able to sign in with my email, and instructed to contact Customer Service to resolve the issue. As of the middle of September and after plenty of attempts to contact Customer Service, I am still locked out of my account, since nobody has ever gotten back to me; it's as if there actually is no Customer Service at all, seeing as the website claims to get back to the customer in 5 working days and I have been waiting for 2 1/2 months.

While I can and have created a new account for myself to continue following a couple of updating titles, I am still missing all the content I have previously purchased (and there was truly a lot of it!) and honestly a little wary of using the wesite at all anymore, since now I know that any purchase I make might be taken away from me along with my account, at any time, for any reason, and there is literally no way to get it back, it seems. None of the attempts to contact Customer Support generate specific customer-facing ticket numbers, so there isn't even a good way for me to follow them up. I am extremely disappointed.
