First things first, this will be the third time someone had to come out and repair my refrigerator and I had to miss a day of work AND they still haven't shown up. My appointment was for 10/11/23 from 8-12. After 12 I called and they said he was on customer #2 and I was next. (#3)
After 5 O' clock rolled around I called and they told me his truck got stuck. I was willing to wait for him even after 6, but I was told his truck got stuck and they were closed for the day. Now, 10/12/23 I am supposedly going to get a call between 8-9 this morning for service.
My daughters birthday is today and we're going to have a house full of people this evening with no refrigerator. On top of that I've been on the phone with customer service multiple times for hours at work and at home. I am very DIS-satisfied with LG's customer service and product. I will let my family and friends know that if LG products are purchased and you are needing repair to expect long delays, countless phone calls, lots of headaches, and wasted time!
