LG Customer service sucks, I have spoken to customer service reps.that were rude and nasty and hung up on me. My refrigerator was not working, they sent out. technican named J. he came out messed around with my refrigerator and then it stopped working all together. it took him 1 week to come back then he called himself fixing again it did not work. I had to throw out 600.00 worth of food that i brought for my family of 8 and then each day spend a minimum of 150 to feed them breakfast lunch and dinner each day. Jason was to come on 10/9 between 1-5 he sent a text message at 2:45 that he was still coming but didn't arrived until after 6 and them spent 2 hours doing nothing really to my refrigerator and then left without saying anything I didn't even know that he had left. I spoke with [protected], and the last person M. the sevice Manager. All these other people other thn Micheal the service manager was rude kept bouncing me around and hung up on me. I spent 2-4 hours a day on the phone with this nonsense, and today 10/10 I spent another 4 hours on the phone. Someone name Carmela who this was escaled to never called me back. LG Customer Service really sucks no one cares and they are rude as they can be. I had to spend 1800 for another refrigertor because they wanted me to wait another week for someone to come out and see if they can fix my refriegerator when I had to threw away 600 in food and spending another 150 a day for food for a family of 8 which coms to 1500 in food and then spending 1800 for a new refrigerator which comes to a total of 3300.00. for all the aggravation and money spent, gas riding back and forth to the store LG needs to reimburse me at least 2000 of my money especially for they took me through and the incompetent sevice tech, and still no one called me back about the escalation of getting a refund. This company s horrible.
