I had a really bad experience with LG Outdoors
I had a really bad experience with LG Outdoors. Their customer service was terrible. When I got my product, it was damaged. I contacted them through Amazon and sent pictures of the damage. But they kept giving me the runaround for two whole weeks. They just kept saying that the shipping manager was still looking at it. Finally, I got so fed up that I told them I was going to contact their corporate office. Only then did they offer me a refund. But it's been another two weeks and now they're saying that their accounting department is reviewing my case. This is such an unprofessional company with really bad customer service. They don't take care of their customers at all. I'm never going to buy from them again.
Got some hunting boots from LG Outdoors on Amazon
Got some hunting boots from LG Outdoors on Amazon. They ain't Prime sellers so we had to pay to send back the boots - almost $! Then they said we used the boots when we didn't. They charged us a big restocking fee - almost $***! That's 50% of the price for ONE pair of boots! We told Amazon and they took care of it. They gave us our money back. Amazon said they won't work with LG Outdoors no more. Hope they never come back!
Purchased an item from LG-Outdoors on Gunbroker on 04/01. Item showed as in stock, actually showed 4 in stock. Finally, after a couple emails, I was told the item was not is stock. Asked to be immediately refunded the $171 for the Sightmark Lopro Mini Combo. Well, to day is 04/14 and still no refund. Finally had to open a dispute with my bank. LG-Outdoors is blaming it on my bank and saying they issued the refund on 04/03 and it's the banks issue. I used to be an AVP at the bank in question. They don't take 11 days to post a refund. Can only guess someone on LG's side mis-keyed the account number, but they keep saying they did it correctly. Still I wait! I've done business with literally dozens of similar companies over the years/decades and I've never had this problem nor dealt with such terrible customer service in all those years. I will never do business with LG-Outdoors again!

Only to discover they hold your order for a week (at least! as mine still has not been shipped) Even though they send me a CONFIRMATION 4 days ago that it had indeed been SHIPPED. If I have to wait for over a week, and still waiting.. after being LURED in with 2 day shipping, there is no sense in even sending the order. BUT unfortunately the website is NOT USER friendly! So there is no way for me to email or contact anyone to cancel an order that still has not been filled. IF they are so "busy" they should inform customers of that BEFORE the order is placed! They've had my money for a week now and have not done anything about it, except a computer generated "thanks"

Don't buy from LG Outdoors! They took my money and I had to wait over 90 days for my bullets. I ordered them on September 13th and they were supposed to be in stock. I waited for an email saying they shipped, but a month later in October, I called to ask about my order. They said the manufacturer was behind and it might not ship until December. I was upset because they said it was in stock when I ordered it! They said I could cancel the order, but I'd have to pay a restocking fee and wouldn't get reimbursed for shipping. I decided to wait and finally got my order around Christmas.

LG says they need to hear from the warehouse before they can give me my money back and I gotta wait 48 hours. That was like three weeks ago! I been tryin' to email the corporate office but they ain't respondin'. Customer service ain't no help neither, they just keep tellin' me to email corporate. One of 'em even said I gotta talk to the CEO if I want help. Plus, the thing I ordered is real small and they shipped it with some company that gotta "install" it. All I gotta do is plug in the dang microwave! Woulda been way easier if they just used UPS or somethin'. Still ain't got my refund yet.

I ordered a scope from LG Outdoors and needed it fast for a hunting trip. I paid extra for shipping, but it didn't ship the same day. I called and they said they don't guarantee same-day shipping. I cancelled the order, but they shipped it anyway. They gave me a return authorization, but charged me a restocking fee even though the item was still sealed in the factory box. Be careful ordering from them and expect delays. The restocking fee is unfair and I'll be telling everyone about it.

Pre dated policy changed that say different and opposing things that they will use if they want. Do not do business with these clowns.

Wow I am obviously not the only one! Thank goodness. This is a fraudulent and predatory merchant; buyers beware! They will do everything to reject returns, even if you sent them the item back and they will outright steal from you. They were rude and threatened me for thousands of dollars if I disputed the charge on merchandise I don't even have. Hands down the worst buying experience I have ever had.

To my surprise, ten days later the product arrived at my home. I requested a refund for a return only to find out that not only would I have to pay a 20% restocking fee, but I would need to pay for return shipping as well, which essentially means that I would losing a significant amount of money just to get rid of the product that I cancelled the order for. Customer service also either has poor attention to detail and/or just doesn't care. The customer service rep that I spoke to kept putting all blame on me instead of accepting their inability to perform customer service requests, they used poor wording, and even had a rather smart a*** reply in our last correspondence. Their cancellation policy states "If we are unable to cancel your order, you must accept the delivery and contact us for return instruction" which tells me that they have a very poor shipping/return process in place which puts zero emphasis on customer satisfaction and return customers. I will never order from them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone I know. Despite the fact that LG Outdoors has done nothing but waste my time and money, I'll throw them a bone and let them know that they should spellcheck their Amazon page and also learn to understand the difference between "our and are."

if it would let me leave no stars i would, nothing but trouble, i bought an item that was "in stock" in their "live inventory system"and payed with a credit card instantly. after waiting a week with nothing from them, sent them an email, get an email back " we have had a rise in sales, thus more orders for the warehouse to process. They are working as fast as they can to get orders shipped out" and are supposedly shipping 24 hours a day and it could be 3 to 14 days (wish they stated that plainly in the auction like some of the other sellers did and i would have never bought it ), (also remember that length of time ) , so i start reading the feedback reviews on gunbroker, out of 320 something posted in the last month, 36 were bad ratings (more than a 10 percent negative feedback not including the Neutral feedbacks ,most of them listed a "cancelled by LG " order that showed in stock on their system when they bought it), so after 11 days , they cancelled the order and issued the first refund, for the wrong amount, i emailed them, they "made a mistake" and were issuing the rest, to with they kept a $10 cancellation fee. still trying to get my last $10 back for something i didnt cancel, they did
after they cancelled the order, i ordered the same set of reloading dies from *** on a Friday afternoon (5pm EST on 3rd of july )and HAD them in 4 days (the 7th with standard shipping) pretty bad when a MUCH larger company can process (got the *** tracking number in an hour and 32 minutes after my online order) , ship from further away from me and have delivered the same item in less than 1/2 of the time elapsed at the time of cancellation. i will never order from them again and will tell everyone i know to never deal with them

I called them up right away to tell them they messed up, but they said it was my fault and that I had to pay to send it back. I don't understand why I have to pay for their mistake! I talked to a supervisor named Ben but he was no help at all. He just said I had to pay the fees. This is not good customer service and I won't be ordering from them again.

I didn't hear anything for a long time so I had to talk to Amazon again. Finally, 6 weeks after I sent it back, LG Outdoors said they would give me some of my money back. But they only gave me 2/3 of what I paid. They even took some of the sales tax I paid! This is not good customer service and it's not good business. I told Amazon about it too.

Got an empty box, no product. Talked to Customer Service on Aug 14, no fix, they keep saying they're waiting for Warehouse response. Bought a Trijicon GL-201 Night Sight set from LG Outdoors on Amazon on Aug 8, 2020 (Order# XXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX). Delivery was supposed to be between Sept 2-15 but I got a package from the seller on Aug 14. When I opened it (box not messed up), there was no product, just brown paper and shipping slip. I told the seller right away. A Customer Care Rep (***) got back to me quick and asked for pics of the box and content, which I sent. *** said she'd send the pics to the warehouse. Later (Aug 17, after I sent another message), she said the warehouse got the pics and was checking it out. On Aug 20, I asked again (and asked for a refund if they couldn't fix it) but was told they were still waiting to hear from the warehouse. I haven't heard back from them since and I can't open a case with Amazon cuz the estimated delivery date is Sep 2-15. This doesn't make sense to me unless they send empty boxes first. Plz help.

They charge too much for restocking and shipping. I bought something on my phone from Amazon on May 16, but it was the wrong size. I returned it right away, but they won't give me a full refund like they said they would. They only gave me $38.28 when I paid $63.98. They said they have to charge a 20% restock fee and the original shipping cost of $12. I showed them the ad that said "FULL REFUND NO SHIPPING," but they said that only applies to things shipped by Amazon. They're not Amazon, so they can charge whatever they want. I sent them a picture of the invoice, but they still won't give me my money back. They said they already refunded me on June 22, but they took too much money.

Instead of telling me, they sent me the one box and charged me $120.34. I called them and they said they would give me a refund. They only gave me $92.49 back, so I still had to pay $27.85. I told them I shouldn't have to pay for shipping because I wouldn't have bought one box. They said I had to talk to a supervisor, but he wasn't there. They never called me back. I called again and they didn't care. I ordered 10 boxes for $12.03 each, but because of their mistakes, I had to pay $27.85 for one box. This has happened to me before, but other retailers were nicer. LG Outdoors is not nice.

This company is not good, their return policy is not good either. I bought an air cylinder from LG Outdoors on Amazon for $272.15 in June . When I got it, I took it to a dive shop to fill it with air, but they said they couldn't because it didn't have an inspection stamp. The item description on Amazon said it did have one. I decided to return it, even though it was past the return window. LG Outdoors accepted the return, but then they didn't respond to my emails for over a month. When I finally called them, they said they had the item but wouldn't give me a refund because it wasn't in the original packaging (even though it was). They were very rude and told me I had to go to UPS to get a label if I wanted it back. I don't recommend buying anything from this company, they are shady and not good to deal with. I wish I had checked their ComplaintsBoard.com reviews before buying from them.

I contacted them and they admitted to "making a mistake" and promised to refund the remainder, yet they withheld a $10 cancellation fee. I'm still trying to recover that last $10 for a cancellation I didn't initiate, they did.
After they cancelled my order, I placed an order for the same set of reloading dies from a different retailer on a Friday afternoon (5pm EST on July 3rd) and received them in 4 days (by July 7th with standard shipping), which is quite impressive considering that a much larger company was able to process (I received the tracking number just an hour and 32 minutes after placing my order online), ship from a greater distance, and deliver the same item in less than half the time that had elapsed at the time of the original order's cancellation. I will never order from the original company again and will advise everyone I know to avoid doing business with them.
