We owe over $4000.00 in bills which Liberty HealthShare says they will pay, but can not promise WHEN the payment will be made. The companies will not agree to this unspecified payment and are turning everything over to collections agency. The dates of service are from 08/2021 to 11/2021.
In addition, they made us pay two final months of "insurance payments", but refuse to pay for any bills processed during this time. Liberty wants us to pay the bills and they will reimburse us. But they never reimburse the payments.
Desired outcome: For Liberty HealthShare to make the payments due for these bills so they will be taken out of collections and not ruin our credit rating.
They are the worst... please contact your Attorney General as well as the Ohio Attorney General. They have a settlement with the Ohio AG that eventually will help people owed money by Liberty. Their vendors are paying large fines and that money is being held in reserve by the AG so important you let them know what is going on... So sorry you are going through this...
