I have been applying for service since September this year. The online portal process is too slow and they give out contradictory information. They take weeks to review your documents. My family and I have been in the cold since September. I've called multiple times only to be told to upload more documents instead of making sure I have everything the first time I called. And what we suppose to say or live in the library until the portal to open not only that why not accept application's from the elderly those who are over 55 of age and older what's the problem with that I don't know if I can ever get help from liehep again I'm 55yrs old my mom is 81 years old my aunt is 70y old and we need all the help we can get
