Hi, I place an order on Limelight to buy a jacket on 30% off on exactly 8 December, 2023 via online and I recieved the parcel yesterday dated 11-12-2023.
But it doesn't fit in as I order small size. I paid 5249/- rupees for the product. Afer recieving the order, I instantly call at Helpline on 042-[protected] and talk to Ayesha Javed their customer representative. She asked me to visit the outlet to change the size. It visit the outlet on 11-12-2023 at around 6:00PM.
They said they doesn't have the same article or size.
I again called on their helpline at talk to a male at 6:16pm saying sorry, size isn't available we cannot exchange the item.
Now the product and amount 5249/- is a total waste for me but it could be helpful for the outlet as they have regular customer who can buy it but How I can make use of it?

Plus I am their regular online customer who recently bought 2 3 dress also and use to shop constantly at their online store and if they cannot help/faciliatate their customers then why is their any customer care?
I am not looking for any payback. I am just request that please either help me find the large size of the product or allow me to replace it with any of their other product so my money doesn't go waste and I can make use of it either way. Please help me in this regard. : (
Claimed loss: 5249/- will be a waste if the large size isn't replaced or if the outlet won't allow me to make changes to me my order.I try to seek help on every platform but still no positive response.
