Losing my brother, my partner in crime since we were little was one of the worst days of my life! Thanks to a Lincoln Heritage they helped me soo much in all the arrangements. They have a wonderful funeral concierge service that spoke to the funeral home and helped with all the questions, they took care of the claims and worked fast and efficiently with the funeral home. I received the death certificate, ashes and the rest of the insurance so fast. We were able to do everything the way my brother wanted with the help from Lincoln Heritage and Im glad my mom is also insured with them! Thank you so much for helping us during one of the darkest times in our lives!

My mother passed away at the end of November . Her death wasn't expected so things were very difficult, confusing, and honestly, everything was a whirlwind. One thing that wasn't a hassle or a problem was the process w/ the life insurance. Lincoln Heritage made things as easy as possible and there's no way in expressing how grateful we are for that. The representatives were so kind and compassionate and once they got my mom's death certificate, the money was in my dad's account the next day. We couldn't believe it. We are so thankful that my dad is insured w/ you, as well. Whatever you're doing there, you're doing it right. We will forever be grateful and will always recommend you to others.

I wish there were enough words to truly express how grateful I am that my late mom had a policy with Lincoln Heritage. My mom passed away in May, I submitted my claim in late July. When I called Lincoln to ask what would be needed to submit my claim the agent was kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. She explained the process which was very simple and within 72 hours my claim was deposited into my account. Lincoln really mad a very difficult time easier to get through. My mom had several policies with other insurers and none of them were exceptional in fact I am still going back and forth with one of those insurers. I wish that other companies would take note but Lincoln Heritage has the blueprint for professionalism, compassion and an all around speedy process. Thank you so very much!

DO NOT BUY *** Complete Rip off.. they are basically thieves selling Life Insurance to house bound elderly, then returning a year later and adding more on. Lincoln Heritage and its sales rep name I am leaving off but is from Dedham MA. Fooling my Dad into thinking their $1100 policy would be a huge "help" to the family when he died. He paid just over $3000 after they came back 12 months from start and increased the monthly rate 50% to include accidental death.. DO NOT BUY , check your parents accounts before its too late, the only positive is that my father died thinking he did the right thing, where the entire team at Lincoln Heritage Insurance was only out to steal his few remaining dollars. Hope this prevents some people from buying and alerts family members who can stop it sooner rather than later.

RY I have been a policy holder with Lincoln Heritage for a number of years now. when my mother passed away four years ago, Having to call the Insurance Company was a hard thing to do. I was very sad and was hoping that I would get to talk to someone who would understand my situation. From the moment the employee answered the phone, they assured me that everything would be ok. They were very compassionate, considerate and supported of my circumstances from beginning to end. I gave them the information that was needed and in a matter of two days my check was deposited in my account. I felt so relieved. Unfortunately I had to call back again this year and had the same courtesy that I had the time before. If anyone would want me to recommend a life insurance company, I would say Lincoln Heritage in a heartbeat. Keep up the good work you guys. The blessings of the Lord be upon you.

I'm really disappointed in this company
I'm really disappointed in this company. I accidentally lapsed after not receiving any notifications and when I realized it was an error on my part I reached out to get it reinstated. They sent it back saying that they needed a wet signature, so I resubmitted the information and then they callously sent me a reply that because of preexisting conditions they would not reinstate me. This past year I've been dealing with the death of my mom and caretaker for my grandmother. I expected a bit more compassion for a company such as this. I have paid this policy for 18 years. In two more years I wouldn't have to pay anymore. Coincidence that they chose not to reinstate. I doubt it. Just so disappointing. I'm sure they will say something like, its just our policy. Too bad a company that trades in a emotion-driven industry has no compassion to show a customer of two decades. No humanity. Wish I could give 0 stars.

When I contacted the home office as to whether or not they received the email, again the communication seemed to be not rude but short on vocalized empathy. However, the bottom line of an insurance policy is the speed in which a claim is settled and the speed was so fast I was left a little astounded. When I contacted your home office to inquire if they received my email they told me yes and the checks had been issued! So having the resolution of the claims so promptly was just what I needed. I do want to say that I understand that you were also dealing with the COVID and your employees no doubt were much concerned about their own lives and those of their loved ones. Considering the speed with which my claims were handled and the overall "new reality" around us I must say I would also give you all an A+ rating!

I didn't ask for any info from or about this company. But I received a few phone calls from a pushy sales lady. I told her I already had life insurance from another company. She was persistent to know who it was. Kept asking if she could just stop by for like 15 minutes to give me info. I told her to call after the holidays. I come home with a note on my door saying it will try to deliver again and to call to *** up a time and date. I called the number and it was her. I blocked her number plus the other 2 she has called from. Now her and another lady comes to my door expecting me to let them in so they can give me their info and to sign up. After repeatedly telling them that I'm not interested in their insurance I finally shut the door on them. She said that I had requested their information on life insurance and was there to deliver it to me. So rude and pushy. Definitely are not trained in customer service. After reading a few of the other reviews on this company, lincoln heritage life insurance, I don't see why anybody would request anything from them. And I'm not saying that ALL lincoln heritage offices are like this, but the one here in ***, *** is totally ridiculous.

A few months ago I signed up to work for The Parker Group my license is contracted with Lincoln Heritage Funeral Advantage but the Universal Benefits Insurance UBI the marketing firm is the company you really work for. You have to pay for training and as well as Business Cards, Promotional Fliers & Inserts, Website, Polo Shirts and Leads where they will credit you instead of you paying for it out right they call it an Advance. Okay fine they they ask you to bring in $4K from your warm market before you can purchase leads. Okay now you spend all your hard earned money , contact your friends, family and coworkers even brought a couple policy yourself. Made phone calls, went out door knocking left their door hangers that you had purchased also mailed out 100s of their TV inserts that you order for about 3 months you went to the team meetings, core training, wakeup, Fridays and Mondays calls, even brought the books she recommended. No Sales so you decided to purchase some leads NO SALES and wow you get a TERMINATION letter from UBI asking you for all the chargebacks and leads cost that your owe them and if you don't pay he will notified VECTOR and you will get a bad report against your license. When I contact Jessica Parker she just keep telling me I did work the process. SCAM is what I told her they don't want you to work the process if they did why only 30 days to do it. When you get a new job you get a 90-day probation. Really Agents BEWARE!

I called and left a message on the agent answering machine and she immediately called me back. I explained I decided against their company because I found a company that offered me the amount and price I was looking for. She became irrational about the situation telling me the other agent I was working with was irresponsible and didn't know what they were talking about and the company I choice was no good. They have been in business longer than Lincoln Heritage. After repeating myself four times not to put the payment through that I was canceling the policy she said she was going to put it through, I repeated myself not to put it through my account that as far I was concerned the policy with Lincoln Heritage is canceled and she was not to process anything through my account. Then over the weekend I received a letter from Lincoln Heritage stating that the policy was being issued and payment was being drafted on my account. I had to call and ended being put on hold for fourty minutes before speaking to someone, this is after I called my bank and canceled the payment and placed a do not pay on the account for the payment amount for life, the person I spoke with had no idea that I canceled. Your Agents are pushy, in polite, rude, and I will worn every senior I know or hear talk about Guaranteed Life Insurance about your company.

I agree with all the bad reviews given about this company when it comes to paying out! My brother was recently murdered in April.. yes we are grieving badly! My mother had this life insurance paid up to date for my brother. When it came to processing his death claim, Lincoln Heritage Company have given us nothing but ***. Yes, they have made the tragedy of our loss a lot more frustrating to the point that it's unreal. We sent them his death certificate a week after his death which reads "homicide." After they received the death certificate which was in April its been nothing but a whole mess. First they said they couldn't get his medical records report, but we was able to get it to them with no problem. His medical record read how he was shot & of any health issues he had from the hospital which was nothing but shell fish allergies & a sore arm where he once went to the hospital before. They said they was waiting on the police record which they asked confidently questions about the investigation that the detective said he could not answer & that he never seen those questions asked from any insurance company before other than if the policy holder was involved in the homicide. My brother was murdered 4/9 & It's now June 21 & we have yet to receive a dime from this insurance company. They have everything they asked for previously & now they're saying they have to scan all the hospitals to see if he had any other health issues, but remind you he died by homicide & they already have his medical record from the hospital where he died. This company is a total rip off. My mom have other policies with this company & the only thing left now to do is to *** them for the money & drop the other policies. Please don't put your family through this stress. It is one of the worst things to deal with right after the death of a loved one. My brother's tombstone process is delayed because of this, and not to mention, he left six children behind that we have to care for. I've asked other folks who've lost a loved one by homicide with other insurance companies & they said they did not have to go through any of this. This company will definitely be looking for a reason not to payout even if there aren't any. The only reason I can think of that they're doing this to us is that *** wants to reveal the truth about this company. There you have it... take heed! Lincoln Heritage Funeral Advantage tricked my late father into purchasing their unfair life insurance. They took away a large sum of money from him. They claimed that he would be covered right from the start. However, now they are trying to argue that because he passed away just one month shy of two years, the claim can be disputed. IF THE CLAIM CAN BE DISPUTED, THEN HE WASN'T ACTUALLY COVERED FROM THE BEGINNING, RIGHT? They have been prolonging this matter for several months. They didn't provide any assistance for his funeral or cremation expenses! They have only added to the burden on me and my father's estate. PAY WHAT YOU OWE, YOU UNETHICAL INDIVIDUALS! I might even consider flying to Phoenix to personally file a civil complaint against you! I've had enough of playing games with you! Right now, I am going to file a complaint with my state's insurance division. And to top it all off, they keep sending insurance offers to my deceased father. My dad had a life insurance policy with Lincoln. He died in November . I'm his only heir. I tried to find his info and see if he had any policies. After sorting out his estate with a lawyer, I got his bank records. Turns out he was paying Lincoln financial life. This was in February . I filed on their website and talked to someone. They gave me a number to call. I spoke to another person and they said since no payment was made in January, the policy got canceled. They also said the account was deleted and they couldn't access the policy details. I accepted it as it was. Last week, I talked to an insurance worker who said they should have a policy on record for audits and stuff. They basically brushed me off to avoid paying. I'm not trying to be greedy, I just want my dad's policy. How do I get it?

They come to my house when I've never asked them and they will not see sending me letters. And I got a phone number. So I call and I've called several times today and they tell me they're not affiliated. I came to this company as an agent with 16 years of experience and have never had an owing balance due to leads. Now this company sent me leads that were 3 months old and charged me 34 dollars a lead (that's the going rate for new leads). I told the District Manager that if this is what this company is doing I do not want them at this price. he told me to just go ahead and just do what you can and I will send you newer leads as they come in. During COVID-19 we were not able to go to homes yet I was sent leads with no phone numbers. I requested that the company try to help out by sending a letter to client reminding we would be calling but they said they could not do that because of the age. I now owe 1061.78 for poor leads at premium lead price, and if I pay they will not give the leads.

A Lincoln Heritage employee has shown up at our door, without solicitation 2 day's in a row. He parks in front of our house, rings our doorbell & knocks several times. He stands & waits at our door for a good 5 - 10 minutes. On day one it took him a bit to finally realize we were not going to answer our door. He left a deceitful 'missed delivery notice' on our door that stated I personally requested their Funeral Advantage plan with a phone number telling me that I need to call them within 24 hours in order to get the materials I requested. He then got in his car & drove away. Obviously he wants something from us. He came to our door again today & did the same thing. I did not request & do not want any materials & or anyone from Lincoln Heritage to come to our house ever again. Who does this? It isn't an effective way to attract business. We feel like targets of an unscrupulous business & or scam & we feel safe assuming Lincoln Heritage could be both.

An insurance sales rep for Lincoln Heritage on 5/22 went through our Townhouse community and placed her business card in everyone's mailbox. Not only is this against the law, as she unlawfully entered my mailbox and other mailboxes, but this is an unscrupulous practice for a funeral insurance company. How disrespectful for an insurance company to advertise this way during a national health crisis that people are dying from. The person whom the mailbox belongs to could have a family member seriously ill or may have just loss a family member. They (Lincoln Heritage) probably encourage their insurance sales reps to do this sort of advertising. Additionally, we have had a rash of mail theft recently in our community and the surrounding neighborhoods. Who is to say, that this agent is not taking mail as she enters illegally into mailboxes? Is she using the guise of leaving her card as a reason to go into mailboxes and take mail? I am not accusing her of this, just pondering the question. Is Lincoln Heritage wiling to vouch for her honesty with a doubt?

Lincoln Heritage Funeral Insurance is harassing my family. I have requested for 23 months for them to stop sending mail to my seasonal home. They have continued to do so and have ignored my repeated requests. I researched Lincoln Heritage and discovered they are no longer licensed in the state of Arizona.Their constant mailers have jeopardized my family’s safety. We had an attempted break in ?at 3:00AM? one morning. It was a harrowing experience for my family. The intruders tried to gain access to my home occupied by myself, my Korean War Veteran grandfather in Hospice Care and my teenage daughter. I stood on the other side of the door on the phone with 911 with my gun in my hand. 911 instructed me to not allow them access into my home and to do whatever I had to do to stop them from entering. The intruders went to all the exterior doors of the house. They tried to break in my teenage daughter’s room She was so terrified, she missed school for a few days for lack of sleep. When I announced I had a gun, they left our home. The deputy stopped them leaving the neighborhood. The deputy returned and told me to stop all unnecessary mail in the mailbox. This is a seasonal home and the intruders did not think anyone was home because junk mail had accumulated in the mailbox. We forward our mail to our permanent home. We were at the house during the off season to care for my grandfather. I have personally sent Lincoln Heritage and Funeral Advantage Program/Processing Center letters requesting they stop for safety reasons and that we are not interested in their services. They have refused to honor our requests. Please stop this company from illegally selling Funeral Insurance and sending me anymore mail to: ?***. ?Dadeville, AL ***? I am requesting $100.00 for every month I have had to stop caring for Hospice Patients to send them notices to stop. The terror their actions caused our family. The harassing letters they have sent for 23 months

Reasonable cost for ins. When notified of my wife's passing I was given options for getting them the Death Cert., I chose FAX and expected an extended wait due to the Holidays. Was I ever surprised when the check showed up in the mail within a week of notifying them. If only all the other companies were as easy to deal with and as pleasant as Lincoln Heritage it would make this most difficult time so much easier.
