Pool liner
After much investigating I decided to purchase a my Liner from Liner World, I ordered a 30 ft 72 inch expandable liner that was advertised as 25 gauge. As soon as I took the liner out of the box I noticed in felt very thin compared to my old liner of 15 years which was also a 25 gauge. I actually felt so thin I thought it was going to tear apart just trying to move it. I measured the old liner and it measured.00257 a little over 25 gauge, I measured my new liner from Liner World and it measured.00176! So the liner is less than 18 gauge, this is false advertisement. I had my last liner for 15 years with not one hole or leak, while I was trying to move this liner and install it I had to repair 4 tears! Now the other serious problem is that I have no Overlap, one side of a 30 ft pool I have 1 1/2 inches and on the other side Nothing, I had to scratch the liner up and tape it! I believe they sent me a 60 inch liner instead of what I paid for a 72 inch liner. After contacting their customer service the Lady had No clue to what my issues were and continued to say all their liners are 25 gauge and that the walls have notoriously do with the overlap. After multiple messages back and forth, she rudely stated that "we are done" and will not respond! This is the worst Customer Service I have ever dealt with in my Life Time! They are stealing from customers paying hundreds of dollars! After leaving multiple messages that I needed to speak with her manager or Supervisor nothing! I would never recommend Liner World to anyone.

Pool liner .012/12 gauge sold as 25 gauge
I ordered a pool liner on May 28th. i purchased the liner for $269.00 with skimmer gaskets. Before I could hit the buy button the coupon code for the gaskets was gone. I emailed them and instead of the gasket deal they sent me a 10% off code to use. The liner price was then reduced $27.00. The total purchase price was $242.00, with free shipping. Arrived June 1st and installed a few days later. Seemed a little stretchy but went in fine. Started adding water, got a little past half way full and one of the corners started separating liner from the bead. Both bead and liner looked perfect but no signs of glue or weld. Contacted the company, they responded by telling us they would send a new liner or we could have a refund. Now it's June 15th, all memorial day sales are over, the price for the liner now is $380.00 at Liner World and $450.00 and up everywhere else we looked. So, we got the replacement. While waiting for the replacement 2 more corners gave out on the liner. I emptied the pool and measured the thickness of the vinyl and it was only .012 /12 gauge thick. Sides and bottom both the same .012/12 gauge. Not 25 gauge as advertised. Got the new liner and measured it and it was also 12 gauge. Contacted the company and I was told "You are talking about MIL….you can physically measure MIL…you cannot measure gauge with a tool. Gauge is a quality measurement even come close to comparing with 25 gauge at any other pool store. Our old liner we took out was .024 after 10 years. I don't believe this .012 liner will last very long at all. It's half the thickness as described. I would like my money back with return shipping! I was told I could have my money back but that I needed to pay for return shipping. That's not OK because I lost 5/8th pool full of city water, all the deals for memorial day which is about $225.00, shipping costs of roughly $50.00 and the days lost of summer. They could return and resell the liner that we bought and still make money! I think I am being more than fair. .012 is just way too thin for a pool liner especially when they led me to believe I was buying a 25 gauge "quality" product!
This company has already cost us enough time and money! Asking for return shipping is being reasonable! Why should I have to pay for their false advertising?
Thanks!

Stoney creek print pool liner
Stoney Creek liner. Poor seem mostly around the whole pool. It Has 3 visibly holes where seem are thinly seemed. Hardly any overlapping for strength. Is this normal? One side of pool leaky/wet on ground. It Only had a couple inches on a warm day that created this issue. Curious if you had any other complaints with this specific print? It was for a 30 round pool. Liner was purchased in May 2020. Any information would be helpful. Thank you.

Winter pool cover - return policy
They advertise a warranty of 15 years implying good long lasting quality. But when you get the product, you find the quality is crap and the warranty is 90 days.
When I called to return the product, they said they would send me email instructions. Never happened. The return policy says 10 days which is pretty restrictive. But I called on day 10.
Then there is a 25% restocking fee for the privilege of being duped by their awful product and policies, and misleading product description.
I've learned my lesson. This cover will go in the trash, because that is what it is. I feel like I've been robbed.
Don't believe them when you read:
"We are very friendly and want to help our customers get back into their swimming pool without too much hassle."
They're not. Their goal is to dup you into spending your money and making it as difficult as possible to get the FULL refund you deserve.

Absolutely 100 percent accurate description of this dispicable company. Throw it in the trash and buy from a real company. This one won’t be around for long, not if I have anything to do with it.
swimming pool liner
Purchased a 18x33 liner in May of 2017. It is August 2019 and the liner has almost completely faded and the bottom peeled causing the water to leak out as well as my sand. Reach out to Linerworld and was offered a discount of around $100. I'll be out more than that to get the liner replaced and filled back up with water. Very disappointed with their product. Attached a picture of the liner..

Same thing here. This company is awful. Completely faded piece of garbage liner with a fake 15-25 year warranty which really means 90 day and then we will sell you a slightly discounted piece of garbage liner. Your liner will be white in a few months if you buy from them. I’d have had better luck with a garbage bag.

We purchased a liner from Linerworld in July 2019. After the installers installed the liner it had a leak at the seams. We also found a 1/4 inch hole in wall of liner. These liners are not very good. I e-mailed with no response. You will out of cost of liner and the installation and money that you paid for water to fill pool. Do not waste your money on a liner from this company.

pool liner
I have purchased two pool liners from Diggers (Liner World)and both have only lasted 1 year before separating at the bead. I thought the first liner was just a fluke but having two give out the same way and they don't offer much other than some in store credit if you have a failure. I think this is some sort of scam that they know will generate return customers and it did once for me because I took the discounted sale and bought a second. The very first pool liner I ever bought was from someone else and it lasted great until my dog got in the pool and shredded the side. I don't know why these have not lasted but it sure appears to be poor products and a predatory warranty policy. I am posting to try and warn others who might be considering a purchase to stay away from these people.
The only way you could possibly make it right at this point would be to give a refund or even a pro-rated refund. Your team already told e you do not offer any sort of refund. Posting on here to try and seem like you have resolved the complaint is just more of the scam. If you decide to step up and refund a reasonable amount I will gladly acknowledge it here on the complaint board forum. If no one hears from me they know the real story. I am not buying another liner. Basically bought two in 2 years. Total out of pocket around $500 for two years worth of liner.

Wish I would have read your review before dealing with this awful company. They know they are selling garbage, it’s part of their sale plan. Sell garbage then offer to replace it with more garbage for a discounted rate. Buy somewhere else. Fake warranties, no resolutions. All fake.
liner return complaint
Ordered a liner didn't show it processed so next day I ordered and all of sudden shows 2 of the same liners being shipped. Emailed them and informed I only ordered and want one liner. Two were delivered tried to return one of the unneeded liners and was informed I was responsible for 69.00 shipping. Rediculous when they sent 2. Any other company would send a free shipping label to return. Won't order from them again. I had used them in past but more.

pool liner
Purchase a pool liner for my 24' round above ground pool. It has already faded out and began "shedding" which means when you brush the pool bits/pieces of the liner come off. This liner will not last a second year and I had reached out to LinerWorld and gave them all the info they requested and they came back and told me that neither issues is covered under the warranty (go figure). Product does not live up to the description on their website at all. Company not willing to assist on an obviously defective product. STAY AWAY from them and do your research before buying a liner. Now I am out the cost of another liner, labor to install a new one and the water to fill.

Scam company! Do not buy from them ! They make money on their fake warranties selling garbage and replacing it with more discounted garbage!
ripped seam
Received a liner from LinerWorld. We had it installed by our pool company on Friday and within 3 hours, my pool - all 12, 000 gallons of water, was empty. Seam ripped. this cause considerable wash0-out damage around the pool. We had 2 other pool companies come up to look at and the conclusion was the same - defective liner. Installation was done correctly.
Upon calling LinerWorld, we were told that it was not covered. We were told to send pictures and we did. The response from them was that "we can purchase a new liner for a flat rate of $150 per our pro-rated manufacturers warranty" .
We are now on the hook for a second liner, install and water. We will not be buying a second liner from this company - we are just looking to get some sort of restitution.

scammers
Do not and I repeat do not order any products from this company. AKA (Diggers Pool Services) (linerworld) (Shopthegreatbackyard) (pool experts on Ebay} they also sell on (Amazon) Customer Service so called manager "BRITTANY" is the rudest women I have ever had to deal with. She refused to give me her last name. Not only did she take my order wrong she literally told me I told her the wrong size. She also told me liners stretch to 72 inches so that means the expandable liners they sell are just regular liners which they are selling as expandable. She hung up on me 2 times, and when i informed her that i wanted to talk to the owner, which after research i find out his name is David Phelps. Of course she handles everything and he could not be reached. What a JOKE. She did not want to admit she took my order wrong she also said i am at wrong. She has the worse attitude ever. PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM...

wrong size liner
I thought we were buying a liner for a 24'x52" pool. Liner arrived and will only fit a 24'x48" pool. Notified company who insisted it would stretch enough to fit and we must have installed it improperly. It is a unibead liner meaning it has a j-hook option. Well the J-hook doesn't work. The minute there is any water added to the bottom of the pool and you have warm weather ( which is what the company says you have to have in order to have the liner stretch) the liner will pull out of the j-hook. Well we installed it by our selves the first time and it failed. Liner came unattached and we lost the water that we had put in. That water ran out and washed out the cove that was in there so we needed more sand to replace it and start again. The next time we hired 2 installers from a local pool place only to have it fail same as it did the first time. The company still insists that the liner is the right size and nothing is wrong with the liner. They refuse to replace it with one that is an overlap or one that will not need to be stretched at least 4" in order to fit the 52" walls. They will not refund our money either as it is over their refund time. Of course we have been trying to put it in for 2 months now as we had to have weather over 80 degrees with the sun shinning. They are nothing but a rip off. To date we have put more than $800 into this new liner and still don't have a pool we can cool off in. I am very disgusted with them and will never buy anything from them again and if you don't want the headaches and cost, do not buy from them.
wrong size pool liner was sent to me
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY RIP OFF SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO SELL POOL SUPPLIES
I purchased a new liner in the fall of 2016 to install when I opened the pool for summer 2017. They sold me the liner knowing it was suppose to fit a 24' x 52" pool that used a j-hook. It was made for a 24"x 48" pool and will not stretch the extra 4". They told us we didn't install it correctly so we then hired a professional installer and the had the same results. The liner pulls out at the top when you try adding water. When this happens the water runs out and washes out the sand cove around the bottom. We have been in contact with the company numerous times since 7/5/17. We have spent close to $800. trying to get the pool up and running with this liner that is too short. The company refuses to refund the money for the liner or replace it with one that will fit and they definitely will not reimburse for any additional costs like the loss of almost 10, 000 gallons of water, 2 loads of sand and professional installers as they insisted we had not installed it correctly.
I have tried attaching photos but it keeps saying the photos are too large to attach, also it will not allow me to add all the emails that have gone between them and myself.

Customer : Bernard Walker and Kathy Wright,
pool liner
After 3 years I have to replace the liner. Ordered a liner with a design after the first season it already started to bleach out on our 3rd year there is holes popping up in the liner everywhere. Just keeping my fingers crossed it will last the rest of the season. From the other complaints I have read I guess I should consider myself lucky its lasted us this long. Was offered a $50 credit towards the purchase of a new liner but would never purchase from here again.

defective product
Back in October, I purchased a liner from this company on the recommendation of my pool install guy. The liner I received was defective, had a hole in the seam, and LinerWorld offered a new liner to replace the defective one. They sent a new liner, but refused to pay for the install of the second liner. Since it was November when I received the liner, I could not install due to weather conditions.
I have now, being summer, installed the replacement liner they shipped out, and once again, the seam came apart and I lost water. I emailed the company and requested a refund. I was told they would not refund, nor replace the liner since it was in its "second season, " seasons ending as of December 31st.
Not only have I paid for two installs but also the cost of water replacement two times, amounting to about $300 just for water replacement alone. In total, they have cost me close to $1, 000 for this liner, which now has to be patched and used in an unsatisfactory condition.
I'm requesting a full refund of this second defective liner.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Did they make it right for you as they were not of any help to us and we are on our second installation and fill as well.
pool liner
Do not order from this company! It says by the price sell out high! I didn't know this because I ordered through amazon and this company's name was not shown it said the company was shop the great backyard. I found out the company when they emailed me back. I ordered the liner june 17, 2017 I got the email it was shipped the next day, 2 weeks later no liner! I sent them an email asking them where my liner was and they responded telling me my order was canceled because it was no longer in stock! I never received anything from them telling me this and my credit card was charged! I told them I wanted my money back and they refunded it but was no compensated for my 2 weeks without a pool!

liner coping
I purchased a liner from Liner World in the Spring 2016. During the winter the coping failed and half of the liner fell into the pool, draining the pool completely! I had a professional pool installer out and the brand new liner needs to be replaced because the liner has shrunk! He stated the coping is of inferior quality! The website states that it is highly recommended to buy and replace the old coping. That's exactly what I did! I contacted the company and their response was oh sorry, this kind of damage isn't covered and I I didn't need to replace the original coping, it's just highly recommended! Seriously? DO NOT purchase a new liner from Liner World! Horrible customer service! To get this mess cleaned up and a new liner and not to mention the less than 1 year old liner I cannot use now, I'm out about $1800! But at least Liner World is sorry!
liner too big
I ordered a liner but before I pushed the final part of the order through I called to make sure what I was ordering was correct. I told them my pool was a 28' and I needed an overlap liner and was 30' what I needed as I thought for an overlap you needed to buy a little bigger. They told me yes so I pushed the order through. I received the liner and went to install and it was way to big ( I am not even sure it was not bigger than 30') it possibly could have been. But when I called them they told me to send pics which I did and it showed end to end over 38' across and all they could say was you ordered a 30' to bad as you tried to install so it's your problem. I even said they can keep the difference between prices of that liner since I needed a smaller one. But nope they said they never said that and that they know cause there is only 4 people in the office and they would not have told me that. They said maybe you can sell the bigger liner on eBay or something. I do not understand the no return on a brand new liner to exchange when the liner they sent me was brand new and only taken out of box and I told them the way that we knew it was wrong was to install but the liner is in the same condition as I received it. They are the most rudest company I have ever dealt with. Never again will I order anything from them and advise anyone to steer clear of this company as they are rip offs

above ground pool liner
I ordered a 27 ft round overlap liner because my pool company said that is what I needed (Pro Atlas Pools). When I had another company go to install they realized that my old pool was a beaded liner I needed and not the overlap. I called Liner World and they said I was outside the 10 day return policy and they would not take back the liner and I was [censor] out of luck. What a waste of $300. The liner is brand new and in the unopened box. I spoke to a manager named Brittany and she was not help. All I heard was "I am sorry but that is our policy and we can not take it back"
I will NEVER again order from this company.
Company is not helpful at all !
wrong product sent
We ordered a beaded liner for our 24' above ground pool. As the weather had been lousy it took us a couple weeks to install the new liner. We took it out of the box, unwrapped it and began to install. it was what they called a unibead liner so we had to cut the top jhook portion off to get to the standard bead part. The bead was too large to fit in our bead receiver. My husband is a machinist and got his micrometer out and measured the old liner bead, the bead receiver and the new liner bead. A standard bead is 1/8 x 5/16 which is what our old liner and bead receiver are. The new liner was 1/2 x 1/4. It was too wide and too long to fit into the bead receiver. Contacted linerworld and they told me that they only sold standard beaded liners and that our bead receiver was the problem. We ordered a new standard beaded liner from a new company and it fit perfectly. Linerworld has told us that there is nothing they can do about it as we opened it and tried to install. What they sold was not what is advertised. They should be refunding us the money we have paid seeing as their merchandise is flawed.
