Great experience until my most resent order
I am not sure what I am most irritated about, the fact that my estimated delivery date was three days ago and when I called to ask where my order is the woman sounded like I just woke her up from a nap and really didn't care that my order hadn't shipped yet. It would not be shipped until Monday... She said she did not know why it hadn't shipped. My last order was $600.00 plus, last summer I spent thousands, this order was $190 plus. So looks like I have to wait and see if it arrives next week. My pet peeve is too many people today take zero amount of pride in their work and still expect to be paid. No compensation was mentioned. Looks like I need to look for another pool supply company for my next order.

Don't take their word for it
I purchased a replacement pool liner and an in pool ladder for my 18ft round above ground doughboy. The liner was dark river slate stone (black / grey) upon install we noticed a WHITE line along the entire bottom circle as well as across the pool. I contacted poolsupplies com. They asked for pictures. I sent them. They then suggested 2 options. They stated since the pool is now in use they will offer a 33% refund or for me to cut a 12x12 square out of the liner and return it to them for a full refund. 1st I said I'd take the 33% refund. They stated on Aug 28 2022 a refund would be issued. (5 days later) Sept 2,2022 I emailed again approx when I should be expecting said refund. Reply was allow 48-72 hrs. I replied stating the quality of the liner was far from what was described and I'm sure it was simply an oversight as they have been in business some time. I told them since the refund was never issued, I'd go ahead and send them the 12 x 12 square and rather than have them refund my card, please send a replacement liner. Considering the expense it takes to drain the pool, remove the liner, secure the base & coving, install a new liner & refill the pool. As well as the down time to do this... I take a loss. Not the company. To date 9/13/2022 I have not received a refund, replacement or a response.
As a company they should be embarrassed for the lack of customer service. I understand things happen. I stated it could have been an oversight. I gave them multiple opportunities to correct the problem. Based on what I've experienced, the management offers empty promises and returning customers are of no value. Buyer beware.
refused to fix their own mistake!!
I have ordered some pool products from www.poolsupplies.com and half of my order was incorrect so I contacted customer support and asked them to replace the wrong products but they refused.
All I wanted was to get what I paid for but they refused! When I told them that I want to return everything and get a refund they said that it was not possible.
These people are terrible and they refused to take any responsibility even though the whole thing was their mistake!
The seller simply refused to change the steps
We bought pool steps from the website www.poolsupplies.com. We received the steps yesterday, but the steps were scratched and looked used. We contacted the customer services and asked to change the steps. The seller was rude with us and refused to change the steps. It was awful, because we paid rather large sum for the order, but the services were really bad and inappropriate.

Filter without the parts
We recently ordered a pool filter from poolsupplies.com . It didn't come with the fitting that attach to the filter. i was told they would be sent out. After a few days and not receiving them, I called back, only to be told that the manager cancelled the order becasue they don't come with the filter. This manager told me that becasue we didn't order the pump also, we wouldn't get all the parts. I explained that the fittings are part of the filter, not the pump. They told me that I should have ordered all the parts I needed to begin with. I asked why the salesman didn't tell me, "By the way, this filter doesn't come with all the parts." The manager asked me how the salesman is supposed to know that. I replied, "Well, you are expecting me, the customer, to know." They are still refusing to send the fittings, so I am now stuck with a filter that doesn't have all the parts. The customer service department is a joke. Instead of sending me the three fittings that are needed to use the filter, they have decided they do not want my business, which is a paltry $400 + a year for them.

Baseed on the shipping notification emails I received the next morning and the tracking information they weren't shipped until several hours after I called. Now if I send them back they will charge a restocking fee. It's a rip off and I'll never deal with this company again and will make sure everyone I can will know how they do business.
"poolsupplies.com/Leisure Living is one of if not the worst company I have ever dealt with. We ordered expensive pool steps that were delivered in the pouring rain. The next day upon examination the steps were found to have scratches a protrusion and looked as if they were used. We emailed several pictures showing the defects and were told we signed for them and we were stuck, we simply wanted them replaced. Now they will have to go to court. " EVERYONE BE WARNED THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPANY EVER!
Crappy product
I purchased a deluxe solar reel with crank handle #989137 and after about 50 times cranking the handle it cracked in half. I tried repeatedly to get a replacement, sending in pictures, etc and they refused to send me a replacement unless I paid. So much for the 3 year warantee that was noted on their literature. I definately wasted more of their time than the replacement part cost, but they would not budge. I would never buy from these people.

Sold Me Used Equipment as New
I purchased an above ground pool on-line and opted to pay an additional $999.99 for their "Premium" package. After I assembled the pool, I found that I was missing several parts for the pump and filter. I called them and they said they would FEDEX them to me. They did, however the FEDEX was not overnight, it was 3-day delivery so, my pool sat full of stagnant water for 4 days while I waited for the parts. When the parts arrived, the base unit that the pool and filter sat on was used, obvious from the dirt and rust stains on the part. When we called the company again, we were told that this was a re-conditioned part, that the company that made the filter and pump had gone out of business and this is what they had. I guess this is what I paid the extra $999.99 for obsolete, used parts. Oh, they did give me a $20 credit for my next purchase...FAT CHANCE!
