Zero! Carmine talks a good game until it's time to get the job done! We were told to pick tile, so we went to the location of their choice and picked tile we liked. Tile company assured us it would be in stock in three weeks, perfect! 2 days before install, Carmine tells us that he never ordered it, (slipped his mind) and that we had to settle with a color that was in stock? A color we did not like! So, staying cool - we went with the color in stock. They installed it in wrong, they had to come back to fix everything or we wouldn't pay the next installment. Enough, already! Now, they want more money up front for pebble, which they can't give us a completion day. It's changed 10 times, this job was supposed to be completed weeks ago. It's been one problem after another, poor communication, their reputation is at stake, as we're a high profile couple (entertainment industry). News 12, 3 on your side, our social media platform alone has over a million followers. At this point we just want our pool completed after compromising on everything. Carmine said, Steve Schelthoff owned the company. Now, we're speaking with him. We're upstanding people with the best intentions. We've been understanding and compromised a lot on this job. It's now time for this company to get our pool completed or we're going public, as NO ONE should go through this. Reputation is EVERYTHING in this town.

The pool was refinished with pebbles but the company didn't reinstall the pop-up pool cleaners before they filled the pool with water. Now they ain't responding to my request to complete the job and get the pop-ups installed. I have called various contacts at least 7 times but so far they haven't installed the pop *** Now they have sent me a letter wartning me they are gonna put a lien on my property. I just want the job completed before I make final payment.

I hired Pool Innovations on March 29 to fix up my pool. I've already paid $18,000, and they finished chipping out and tiling on July 2. The guy I'm working with won't respond to my emails asking about when they'll finish plastering. He only gave me his email as the way to contact him. I also asked him to return some unused tiles worth thousands of dollars to the tile store, but he didn't want me to do it. The tile boxes are still just sitting in my yard. I called the office last week and today, during regular hours, but it went to the answering service. It's been over 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything from the company. I don't get why the guy and the company won't communicate with me.

We had our pool fixed and resurfaced in Oct 2017. Our salesperson, ***, insisted and wrote on the contract that we had an "extended lifetime warranty on the mini pebble". I noticed a crack forming again. I called the company in April 2022. They said they would look into it. Never got a call back. No replies to text messages. I called again on 9/12. Talked to *** and she said she would get back to us. Never did. I called again on 10/7. Spoke to *** and was told "I don't know, I'll get back to you". She did call back this time, but it took several hours. She said we didn't have a warranty and it expired after 2 years. I told her that my contract, written by ***, states that we have a lifetime warranty. She said if we had a lifetime warranty, we would have received a certificate. I told her we were never informed about a certificate and it's not mentioned in the contract. If we knew about the certificate, I would have insisted on getting it when the work was done. Her response was basically sorry, you don't have a warranty, it expired. I told her I felt lied to and tricked by *** and that he was just trying to get us to sign the 11k contract. *** knew I was worried about a warranty, so he added it. He wrote the cost of a lifetime warranty and then crossed it out and said it's included. We were told we had a lifetime warranty and I expect them to honor the contract and fix the crack that's starting before it gets worse.
