Got a pool from Pool Perfection, LLC. But they ain't doing any work no more. I went and put a bad post on their Facebook page, and now they're saying they won't do any more work until I take it down. But my post ain't got no lies in it, and I can prove it.
I signed up with Pool Perfection on May 5 to fix up my pool and deck
I signed up with Pool Perfection on May 5 to fix up my pool and deck. I paid them $19,993.60 as per the contract. Later, I gave them $500.00 more to buy extra pavers to finish the deck. But they messed up the measurement of the deck. They said it was 620 sq ft when it should have been between 750 to 850 sq ft. So, the work stopped. Mr. Shai E. asked me to pay $1,630.00 more for 216 sq ft of pavers, even though it was his employee's mistake. The Project Manager didn't check the deck size or the number of pavers. And now I found out that the pavers they used were of different sizes. That's why the workers couldn't finish the deck. I want my $500.00 back.

Pool Perfection ain't done puttin' in my pool and it's been 2 whole months since they got paid. They started on 10/28 and said it'd take 'bout 2 weeks, but it ain't done yet. They messed up installin' it twice, first time there was a crack and second time there was a leak. I had to fail the inspection before they'd come out and test for the leak. Then they took weeks to fix it. I had to keep buggin' 'em to come out and finish the job and now it's been almost 5 months and still no pool. They made me pay in full before inspection and now they still ain't finished. They're unprofessional and always makin' excuses. I'm worried 'bout more problems in the future 'cause of all the mistakes they made.
