I gotta say, Capstone Pool and Spa Remodeling ain't been the best experience for me
I gotta say, Capstone Pool and Spa Remodeling ain't been the best experience for me. I done paid 40 grand for a pool remodel, but they ain't been responding to my requests to fix it up proper. The waterfalls ain't working right, and there's calcium and cracks in the tile from a bad sealing and install job. Plus, there's a big ol' 2 foot crack on the quartz side wall, and the flagstone coping is coming loose. They promised me they'd honor the warranties and fix up the work, but they ain't been doing it. Not cool, man.
