Valley Oasis made our pool and put in a paver patio around it and a path from the driveway to the backyard. The pool had some problems, but it turned out okay. The pavers are moving and not straight. There are dips and gaps between the paver bricks. The paver bricks are coming apart from the pool deck and the path from the front is falling apart. The paver project breaks the ROC code for interlocking paver installation. The pavers have only been down for a year. Valley Oasis had to destroy the path and rebuild it after the first try. Experts say the underlayment of the pavers was not done right and that's why they're moving.

I signed a contract with Valley Oasis to build a pool on Jan 29, 2021. Before signing, I asked my salesman, ***, when the pool would be finished. He said it would take about 90 days to break ground and 3-4 months to finish. I agreed to the contract thinking I'd be swimming by August at the latest. Other companies like Omni Pool and Presidential Pool say it takes 12 weeks to finish a pool. I had the concrete sprayed for my pool in late June . Since then, Valley Oasis has been nothing but lies and excuses. I told them in Dec that I needed my roof repaired for storm damage in Feb and that I needed the pool pebble sprayed before then. I made my final payment on Jan 3 and was told my pool deck would be sprayed Jan 3 or 4. On Jan 5, I was told the scheduler was on vacation. I thought it was scheduled. Why wasn't it before I made final payment? I've emailed twice for answers and as of Jan 28, the pool isn't sprayed and they won't give me a time. It's been a year and my pool isn't done. I'm angry and want a partial refund for the stress. Valley Oasis has been unreasonable and should have been proactive. They misrepresented the next phase while taking my money. It's been 25 days since final payment and that's not okay.
