Terrible company
Terrible company...probably fraudulent. I ordered bath parts on 6/5, no reply to emails and you can't reach them on the phone. Do not order parts from this company!

All I can say is WOW! Amazing company! Great customer service. I had issue and they were there with guidance and problem solving. I will for sure be back for any parts that I need! They know how to take care of people
I am not impressed. I ordered a heater for my hot tub on Math 13th. I understand there would be shipping delays that it may take a week or so to get deliver, due to Covid, but the order has not even left yet. PSS quickly took my payment and have yet to send it out. I have emailed them twice and called twice. The first time I called, I stayed on hold for over an hour. The next time, it immediately said there were delays in shipping and left no option to be put on hold. The message said you could leave a message, but then you get a mail box full message. Today, I called and it rang once then rang busy.
Not too impressed. Have called numerous times to the sales department and no one ever answers the phone or returns a phone call. Also sent 2 emails. Was going to purchase parts from them but after a week of trying I will try to find someone else.
I ordered an A&A Manufacturing Gamma III in floor cleaning head for an in floor cleaning system off of the PSS website on 5/31. I received a confirmation email 5/31. Payment was made via PayPal. On 6/5, I received from another company (not PSS) an A&A Manufacturing cleaning head removal tool (that does not even fit the Gamma III cleaning heads). The packing or pick slip states it is a Gamma 4 cleaning head, but it is not. It is a removal tool. I emailed PSS 6/5. I completed their warranty/RMA form online 6/5, receiving an automatic reply that they got my request on 6/5. I completed the "contact us" info on 6/5. On 6/5, I called one number on the receipt email and it was not answered. I called the numbers on the PSS website 6/5 and left a message. I called again 6/8 and left a message. I called again 6/9 and left a message. I completed the "contact us" info on 6/9. I have yet to receive a call or email with instructions. Hopefully, I did not get ripped off.

Did not receive order and no reply to email or phone messages. I want my order refunded as it doesn't look like my pump was even shipped according to USPS. The least you could do is respond to email or phone message. We did receive a response once and it said our pump was sitting with USPS, and that we should support local and not through the on line stores? Umm do these online purchases not help support your company too? NOT IMPRESSED!

If I could rate zero stars I would. We ordered parts for our hot tub on May 4, monies were charged to our card almost immediately, but have had no correspondence from them. We have called and emailed multiple times with no response. We understand that COVID has happened, but can you at least let people know they will get their items? I would not recommend using this company and our next step is to put a dispute in with our credit card company.

I placed an order on 5/21. I paid for 2-day shipping. I received an order confirmation email, and my credit card was billed. The payment of $235.79 was paid in full. I have since received no additional communication. I have not received the product I paid for. I cannot search for the tracking on my order because I purchased it as a guest, rather than signing up for an account with them. I have called several times, and I have sent several emails and tried using the *** I have received no response.

I ordered 2 spa pumps from them in April . Both pumps were delivered. One would not fit so i requested a return/refund. I was sent an RMA# and I returned the pump on April 18. I have yet to receive a refund on August 4. I have sent numerous emails and made several phone calls with no response.

I ordered a heater assembly, Heater Assembly, D-1, Proportional Fast-Flo, 5.5kW, (2.1/3.4 Dual Element) 230V, w/Thermal Cut-Off - C3548-1 for my Dimension one spa and received it on July 14. The description of the part stated it came with a flow switch. When I opened the box upon receipt I discovered there was no flow switch in the box. Because the connection between my original flow switch and the new heater was different I could not use my original switch. I called Pool Spa Supplies on the phone and never reached a human so I had to leave a message and I also emailed them several times and they have yet to contact me to help resolve this issue. I finally had to resort to shopping elsewhere to locate and purchase the compatible flow switch to make this work. I am very disappointed with Pool Spa Supplies and will never, ever do business with this company again and will do everything in my power to ensure no one else does business with them either.

I in good faith ordered 3 spa pillows and a control pad from Pool Spa Supplies for $364.10 on 6/5. The payment posted 6/6 with a shipping label being created per the tracking information I received via email. When I didn't see any updates in the shipping tracking I began attempting to contact the seller. Through daily phone attempts leaving voicemails as requested and multiple emails. I finally got through on 6/12 and was told that the spa pillows were coming from *** and there was some delay but the control pad was in stock. I requested that the control panel be shipped immediately because of immediate need but there was no hurry with the pillows. I was told I would receive an email in "short order" in regards to the new shipping details. It is now 6/18... I have received no return phone calls despite multiple voice messages and email attempts and would like a full refund. Finally on 6/23 I received a email offering an apology and order cancelation and refund...I requested the refund but have not received a reply.
