We hired All Seasons Pool Service Inc
We hired All Seasons Pool Service Inc. in October to make us a pool with a hot tub, a screened area, and a paver floor. It's now July 2022, and we still don't have a floor, the pool and hot tub are not finished, and there's no screen. Instead, our backyard is filled with dirt and half-poured concrete, and our front yard has all the pool supplies just sitting there, untouched. We didn't ask for any changes to the design plans, and we even offered to adjust the plans if there were supply shortages for the ones we wanted. When you call them (because they won't call you first), they say a crew will come to finish the work during a certain week. But when you call on Friday to ask why the crew never came, they say you're not even on the list to be seen yet. Trust me, find someone else. They seem to have no problem getting new contracts, but they can't handle the ones they already have. Don't waste your time and get frustrated.
We recently got a new pool from All Seasons Pool Service Inc
We recently got a new pool from All Seasons Pool Service Inc. and we're really happy with how it turned out! All Seasons was the most responsive out of the four pool companies we asked for a quote back in December . Doug, from the sales team, was quick to answer any questions and checked in with us regularly before we made our final decision. Construction started a few months after we signed the contract, just like they said it would. It began in March and finished at the end of May , which was the timeline they initially gave us. There were a few hiccups along the way that slowed things down, but the GM, Don, and the All Seasons team made up for it in the end. The customer service we got from the company was really great. They made sure to address and fix any issues we had to make sure we were completely satisfied. All Seasons is a big company and they brought in different experts to handle any problems (like pavers, lanai, and pool engineering). Even after the pool was finished, they still check in with us regularly to make sure everything is going well and if any other issues have come up. Now we have the pool and backyard we've always wanted and we couldn't be happier with the service and quality of work.

I had a lot of problems with All Seasons Pool Service Inc
I had a lot of problems with All Seasons Pool Service Inc. They were supposed to fix my pool leaks, but they didn't do a good job. I had at least 6 leaks in my pool, and even after they fixed the plumbing, I still had a drop in pressure. On top of that, I ended up getting a hole in the walls of my pool.
I hired All Seasons Pool Service Inc
I hired All Seasons Pool Service Inc. in March and was promised by the salesperson that the project would be completed by the end of summer. However, the company has encountered numerous problems and issues along the way. It is now April 23rd, 2022, and the work is still not finished. To make matters worse, they are demanding final payment or threatening to place a lien on my home due to the limited time allowed by Florida law for collection. I have been trying to get in touch with them to resolve the situation, but their response has been minimal. They have created tickets to address the problems, but it takes weeks to hear back from them. I have been sending emails and making phone calls, desperately wanting them to finish the job.
I hired ALL Seasons Pools to make a pool and screen for my patio on 11/23
I hired ALL Seasons Pools to make a pool and screen for my patio on 11/23. The Pool was supposed to be ready by may . It is September 15 and there is no end in sight. The contractor is not answering and not giving a schedule for the project. I want a clear schedule for the project so I can plan my fall activities and work. I also want compensation for the bad performance of the project. I paid for a pool to be built on time, not whenever the contractor wants.

All Seasons Pool Service Inc
All Seasons Pool Service Inc. installed a pool for us, but they didn't follow any of the contract terms. Eventually, they finished the job, but it was late. They offer a 12-month warranty, but they won't come to fix anything. They blame their subcontractors, but I don't have a contract with them, so I don't really care about that. I asked for help with my failing pool deck in early August, but they didn't respond. When I called, they completely ignored me. I've sent them multiple emails, but they keep saying they don't know because they haven't heard from the subcontractor. My pool deck is dangerous, with many areas that are falling apart and sinking due to construction mistakes. They don't seem to care about the potential harm they could cause to my family or the legal consequences.
We got All Seasons Pool Service Inc
We got All Seasons Pool Service Inc. to put in a pool at our house. They left a whopping 12 tons of dirt from the initial pool dig and flat out refused to pick it up. They had the audacity to claim, "We got 3 people who said to leave the dirt behind." Can you believe that? I mean, seriously, we never said to leave all that dirt. We went back and forth arguing about it for like 2 whole months before they finally agreed, on May 28th, to remove the dirt like they were supposed to according to the contract. But guess what? On June 2nd, they suddenly changed their minds and decided they didn't want to deal with it anymore. They left me hanging, with the responsibility of getting rid of the dirt. And just so you know, our contract clearly states that any changes must be in writing. Let me make it crystal clear, we never said to leave all that dirt, and we never signed or made any changes to the contract allowing them to leave it. In the end, I had to rent heavy equipment and do the job myself because we had our grass and fence scheduled to go up the very next day. And you know what's even worse? Nobody bothers to call us back. Can you believe the nerve?
I signed a contract with All Seasons Pool on Aug 6, 2020 to build my pool
I signed a contract with All Seasons Pool on Aug 6, 2020 to build my pool. Construction was supposed to start in Nov 2020, but it got delayed and nobody told me when it would begin. I called and emailed multiple times, but didn't get any response, not even a call or text back. Then, on Feb 17, 2021, someone unexpectedly knocked on my door to start digging. About 2 weeks later, they came back saying they needed to dig deeper. Finally, it was completed. It took a long time, but I understand that COVID-19 was the reason for the delay.
However, my problem is that they were short on pavers about 2 months ago and had to order more. The pavers arrived and have been sitting on my driveway for 2 months now. I've called and sent emails, but haven't received any response. I also have drainage issues, and I informed the project manager about it. He agreed to build a 3x6x9 retaining wall, but nothing has been done so far. Whenever it rains, both sides of the pool area get flooded. Additionally, the umbrella sleeve is useless as it can't be opened.
I paid my deposit for my pool on January 12
I paid my deposit for my pool on January 12. They said construction would start by April 1. But it didn't happen. I tried to contact my project manager to find out the schedule, but no answer or call back. I called the office and the project manager multiple times, but they never returned my calls. I did manage to talk to the project manager twice. The first time, he said it would be in May, and the second time he called me. I also reached out to my salesperson, Tom. Tom started an email chain with the manager and others. I offered to cancel everything, but they said it would go faster. All I wanted was better communication, not a delay. They communicated for a week, and then the hole was dug at the end of July. But after that, nothing. No communication. They said the gunite phase was holding things up, but it's been a month since that was done, and still no communication. I've paid over 70% of the pool price, all on time. It's been 9 months, and I still don't have a pool. But the worst part is, they won't tell me why. Now they're ignoring me. They're a disgrace to the ComplaintsBoard.com.
We hired All Seasons Pool Service Inc
We hired All Seasons Pool Service Inc. for a full pool buildout, including a screen enclosure and everything. In April, they came to do the grading of the backyard. When the city inspector came, the grading failed inspection. The workers came back, had the city come back out, and it failed inspection again. As a result, dirt from the yard pours into the pool, turning it solid black and completely filling up all pool filters. This happened multiple times, and we have to fix it ourselves. We contact them nearly every week since the last failed inspection in the spring. They always say they need to discuss it with someone else or keep passing us onto different people. No one will contact us back, letting us know how this will be resolved to pass the grading inspection. We have been at a standstill for months and can't seem to get in touch with anyone. The permit box is still in the yard, and no final inspection has been done. The grading inspection never passed. It's as if they walked away from the job.
We hired All Seasons Pool Service Inc
We hired All Seasons Pool Service Inc. to install an in-ground pool 2 years ago. It's still not done. We've had to keep calling and emailing every week to keep the construction on track because we didn't get responses. Throughout the construction process, the tiles have been repaired 4 times because they kept falling off. Then they decided to replace them completely 3 times. We had to choose new tiles and surface material twice because their team had problems with the application and the materials they offered us. In the most recent tile application, they used broken tiles and the wrong color grout. They had to apply a second layer of grout because some areas were missing it, and they ended up damaging our filter by using pool water to clean their equipment. They also extended our patio by 4 feet, but it turned out uneven. We've sent over 20 emails and made calls that were completely ignored. It has been the worst experience! Right now, all we want is for them to finish the job by re-grouting with the correct color, replacing the broken tiles, replacing the filter once the job is cleaned up and complete, and ensuring that the original warranty starts when the job is finished. We also want any future repairs to be done in a timely manner (by the end of the week) or an extension of the warranty equal to the time it takes them to repair or service it.
We signed a contract with All Seasons Pool Service Inc
We signed a contract with All Seasons Pool Service Inc. in January . They told us that the pool needed extra support, so we agreed to pay for it. However, they didn't actually use the extra support even though their "engineer" said it was necessary. They didn't even bother to inform us about this, we had to bring it up ourselves. They also didn't send their engineer to inspect the site and determine if extra support was needed. It seems like they tried to cheat us out of the extra payment for the support, but they got caught. They did give us $1000 back, but they still charged us $5000.
When we signed the contract, they promised us an app-driven system to operate the pool and spa. We also ordered special handrails because we have elderly parents and disabled individuals using the pool. We agreed to pay extra for the handrails. However, they informed us that the handrails we wanted were on back order. They said they would include the app for free as compensation for the delay in the handrails. The app was clearly stated in the contract, but they still tried to deceive us.
We also had a sun deck installed in the pool, but the tiles around the pool are not properly aligned. One side looks like it was installed by a 5-year-old. There is a 2-inch difference between the sides. Their quality control person claimed it was a plaster issue and said they allow a 3-inch variance in measurements. So, according to them, if you paid for a 2-inch tile line, they don't have to install it exactly because of this variance. This is another way they cheated us.
We tried to contact Don G, but he told us that we hired the best and should be satisfied. He lied and hasn't returned our messages. I just want my pool to be fixed correctly. We paid $70,000 for it, but it looks like I hired a crackhead to do the job.
Inacurate and deceptive billing for services not fully completed
Inacurate and deceptive billing for services not fully completed. They billed me on 1/27 and sent an email on 1/28. But the work ain't done yet! The pool interior ain't finished and the electrical ain't inspected. They gotta finish those things before they can bill me for the "Deck Complete Draw Due". The pool electrical was still being installed on 1/28, even though the statement said it was all done on 1/27. They said the deck was complete, but it ain't! They know they gotta put up the protective fencing after everything else is done and I pay for it. I got pictures of the pool from 1/29, a statement that shows their shady billing practices, and video of what's been happening on my property. This company has been a total disaster to deal with. My neighbors are even joking about whether this pool will ever be finished and how much more of a mess they can make. And let me tell ya, some of the workers are real lazy, especially the grading crew. It's a shame this is a veteran-owned business 'cause I wanna support veterans 'cause my dad served. But they don't communicate, they don't follow through, and they only do something when I or my neighbors bug 'em with repeated calls. Then all of a sudden, they start working on the pool within a day or two. I tried to reach out through their website and emails, but they never respond or call me back.
All Seasons Pool has taken a whole year and they still ain't done with my pool
All Seasons Pool has taken a whole year and they still ain't done with my pool. I paid my deposit back in March and now it's almost April 2022 and I still ain't got nothin' close to being finished. They ain't done levelin' the yard, puttin' in security, tiling, or finishin' the pool. Every time they send me a bill, I pay it. Now we down to the last $12,900 owed and they want me to pay almost all of it even though they still got so much left to do! I told 'em I'd pay half of that now and the rest when they finish levelin' the yard (so I can start my landscaping) and puttin' in the alarms. I talked to a friend who's a lawyer and they said before I give 'em any money, I should try to settle things with the ComplaintsBoard.com. They said All Season used to be a good company and based on the pictures I sent 'em of my project, my suggestion seemed pretty reasonable. They think if it gets to a VP or the owner, they'll agree and apologize for my terrible experience. My yard is a mess with concrete everywhere, and my kids gotta go out every month to clean up all the trash and food left by their workers. I had to settle for different tile 'cause they forgot to order the one I wanted, and then in June they called sayin' we'd start in a few weeks and I had to get the fence removed. I did that and nothin' happened. I called 'em all through June and July and got no response. In August, I had to pay to get the fence put back up, only to take it down again in September. Finally, on March 16th, I spoke to the foreman Steve and he said we were just a few weeks away from bein' done. He said he was schedulin' the security to be installed and I needed to give him the pool gate code so he could call for inspection. A week later, I got the fence gates done and I texted him to let him know, but I'm still waitin' for All Season's Pool to do what they promised. I hope they ain't tryin' to take advantage of me just 'cause I'm a single woman!
We signed a contract with All Seasons Pool Service Inc
We signed a contract with All Seasons Pool Service Inc., but they haven't finished the work as promised. We started the contract with Salesperson Bill G on September 17, and we made the required payment to begin construction. We made all the payments according to the agreed milestones and timelines. However, there were delays, and the hole wasn't dug until February 19, due to an issue with an electrical cable. The contractors often didn't show up for weeks at a time, even though we had a production schedule.
Around late February 27, the pool form was filled with cement and the plumbing was installed. The pool pavers were also put in around the same time. On May 10, the stone mason applied the "Tennessee Field Stone" and fixed the improperly installed pool bar stools. Unfortunately, at the end of the day, the stone mason's nephew left the water running in the unfinished pool, causing it to overflow. We discovered the problem the next morning and informed All Seasons Pool. They came and drained the pool shell and reimbursed us for the water costs. However, after this incident, the pool pavers started sinking along the drain slope.
On July 29, I created a graph to show the deviations and brought it to the attention of the Pool Construction Superintendent, Fabian. He took pictures of the graph and promised to address the issues. In May , we also noticed construction debris, including bottles of urine left by the workers, scattered in our yard and the neighbor's property. My wife and I had to clean up the mess ourselves. Additionally, due to their machinery, the street light post started leaning noticeably.
We have been trying to work with All Seasons for several years to complete our pool contract, but we haven't had any success. We believe that the contract hasn't been fulfilled due to unresolved issues, and we don't consider the pool finished. These issues are not covered by the warranty but are construction-related. All Seasons is responsible for maintaining the pool until it is completed, but they haven't fulfilled their obligations.
After multiple attempts, the Pool Manager, Don, finally agreed to meet us on June 18. We presented the original graph and a list of remaining tasks for completion. Don said he would come up with a plan and get back to us. However, we couldn't reach an agreement on continued pool maintenance. Don later returned with his Paver Supervisor, Dom, who acknowledged that the slope was incorrect and needed to be redone. However, as of June 23, Don hasn't presented his plan, and All Seasons has informed us that they will no longer maintain the pool according to their guidelines.
We are extremely disappointed with All Seasons Pool Service Inc. After 2 years and 9 months, we feel the need to file this complaint and seek resolution for our issues. It's been a frustrating experience.
