Loop-Loc I had emails if needed

I had emails if needed. The top end safety pool cover buckles failed, and the company refused to cover them under warranty. The cover did not last one season in 2020. So, I asked to buy them, but they refused to sell them to me. Now, I have a $3500.00 safety cover that I can't use.

Loop-Loc I've been tryin to get in touch with Loop-Loc 'bout the warranty on my pool liner 'cause back in June, my pool started leakin' and we found out

I've been tryin to get in touch with Loop-Loc 'bout the warranty on my pool liner 'cause back in June, my pool started leakin' and we found out that the liner had separated at the seam. We called this company in *** and they said they reached out to Looploc, but nothin' has been done yet. I sent 'em a bunch of messages through their website in July, but ain't got no response. So, I called 'em four times, but there's a message sayin' they ain't takin' calls. I called 'em again on 8/16 and waited for a whole 47 minutes. Finally, the rep tells me she only works with dealers. I tried explainin' that I'm havin' trouble with the dealer ***, but she just kept transferrin' me and I got another message sayin' they ain't takin' phone calls.

Loop-Loc I bought a looploc cover on 10/26

I bought a looploc cover on 10/26. When it arrived in April 2022, I noticed that it was frayed all over. I contacted the dealer and they conducted an investigation. Looploc claimed that an animal caused the damage and refused to honor the warranty. They offered to sell me a new cover for $1000 without any additional fees. The cost of the new cover was the same as the one I purchased in October. I had a previous looploc cover for 25 years and it was never torn by an animal. I asked them if there were new squirrels on Long Island. I also have a looploc liner that I purchased on 6/14, which has a warranty of 15 years. However, the liner has faded and when I asked about it, they blamed it on chemicals rather than the quality of the liner. I am done with them as they do not honor their warranty. I want my $1000 cover costs refunded. It's disappointing that a cover that is supposed to support an elephant with its large feet and toes can be destroyed by a squirrel.

Loop-Loc I bought a pool cover from Loop-Loc in 2014

I bought a pool cover from Loop-Loc in 2014. It came with a 15-year warranty. In 2016, I noticed a hole in the middle of the cover. Then, in ***, more holes appeared. I had to pay to ship the item back to Loop-Loc, but they didn't repair it. They claimed it wasn't a defect in their product. Instead, they just patched up the holes. This year, even more holes showed up, and the pool company said the cover was falling apart. They mentioned having similar issues with other covers. I reached out to Loop-Loc through their Facebook page. They asked me to send them the receipt and the name of the pool company (***). On July 13, they said they would contact me if they needed more information. But as of August 10, I still haven't heard back from Loop-Loc. Now they want to charge me another $3k for a new cover, but they're offering a $870.00 discount.

We bought a tough pool cover from Loop-loc and in the first year, it tore at the sewn seams. We told our dealer and they contacted Loop-loc for us, sending pictures. Loop-loc replied saying that the damage wasn't their fault, it had nothing to do with the material or their workmanship. All the tears were on the sewn seams. They claim that their cover can hold an elephant and they offer a 15-year warranty. But Loop-loc refused to support their cover and fix the tears under warranty. Instead, they suggested sending it back for repairs at a cost. To me, it's clear that the damage is due to poor workmanship and faulty materials. However, Loop-loc insists that it happened because something hit the cover. When we opened the pool, there was no evidence of any impact on the cover. Loop-loc doesn't back their products and they're difficult to deal with.

Loop-Loc I bought a pool liner from Loop-Loc on 11/8 for $1,038.00

I purchased a pool liner from Loop-Loc on 11/8 for $1,038.00. Northeast Pool Supply installed it on 12/17. We filled the pool and didn't reopen it until May , using it for 4 months. By May , the liner's color had faded below the water line. I informed the installer on 6/17. I spoke with Barbara at Loop-Loc and was instructed to email photos of the damage. After following up on 6/23, the installer liaised with Loop-Loc, who requested a completed Quality Control Questionnaire, which we returned with damage photos. On 8/20, I inquired about our case, but Loop-Loc declined direct customer communication. Three months have passed without a response from Loop-Loc.

Loop-Loc We bought a liner in February and it got installed in April

We bought a liner in February and it got installed in April . After a year, the liner started to fade, but we thought we could live with it. Now, in 2021, there's a hole in it. My liner lasted for 3 years, and today I was told that the loop-liner warranty doesn't cover it. They only cover the seams and welds, not the actual liner. The fading started after the first year, and the hole appeared in the third year. We even got the extra heavy liner, thinking it would be more durable. But for some reason, they blame environmental factors (whatever that means). To make matters worse, a loop-loc representative came to our house, looked at the damage, took pictures, and said I would receive some paperwork to fill out. Later, I found out that he had no intention of helping us, but he didn't bother to tell us during his visit. I assumed that if we were to get a replacement, it would be prorated, but I guess I was too optimistic about the company's integrity. I really like my pool service company, but if they only offer loop-loc liners, I'll have to find a new service.

Loop-Loc I bought a pool cover from Loop-Loc through Family Pools in 2020

I bought a pool cover from Loop-Loc through Family Pools in 2020. I paid some money in July ($1,798) and the rest in August ($1,600). The cover has a warranty for 15 years. After 2 months, the cover had a problem and got torn on a seam. I sent a picture to the reseller, but Looploc said it wasn't a defect, just a snag. The reseller disagreed, but they said Looploc never approves warranty claims. It will cost around $500 to fix the cover now. I tried calling Looploc, but they wouldn't talk to me. They said I had to talk to the reseller. The reseller said Looploc doesn't respond to them and is charging them for shipping fees. I'm writing because I bought this expensive cover because of the warranty, but now they won't cover an obvious defect. They won't talk to me, and it seems like I have no options. They haven't even asked for any information from me. I hope the ComplaintsBoard.com can help me and make LoopLoc take responsibility so they know they can't treat customers like this.

Loop-Loc In July , I bought a new on-ground liner from Coty Pools

In July , I bought a new on-ground liner from Coty Pools. The liner was made by Loop Loc and had a 2-year warranty. After a few weeks, I found 2 holes in the liner. Coty Pools fixed it and filed a warranty claim, assuring me they would keep an eye on it. During the summer of 2022, I discovered 6 more holes in a different area, similar to the first issue. Coty Pools confirmed it was a warranty problem due to poor bead welds. They contacted their representatives at *** to help resolve the issue. The representative said we needed to cut a patch from the liner and submit it to move forward. We found this unreasonable since the liner was already damaged, and there was no guarantee it would be replaced. Consequently, *** denied the claim from Coty Pools. I emailed *** and *** Pools, suggesting they come out to inspect the liner when Coty Pools repairs the holes from behind, so Loop Loc could see the back of the liner. However, Loop Loc never responded to my email, and they have not addressed any subsequent emails I've sent. I spent around *** on this whole ordeal, and all I want is a new liner because it's clear that this one is faulty. I have pictures and emails to support my claims. The representative's name is ***, and the pool company is *** in ***, .

Loop-Loc June 16 - Leisure Pools put in a Loop-Loc vinyl liner

June 16 - Leisure Pools put in a Loop-Loc vinyl liner. This summer (2022), we noticed it fading and it's gotten worse. June 17 - I reached out to Leisure Pools. They asked for pictures, which I sent on June 24. July 19 - I texted Leisure asking for an update. July 19 - they said ***, the Loop-Loc rep, would contact me. Aug. 1 - I texted again saying I still hadn't heard from ***. Aug. 8 - I texted again that *** still hadn't reached out. Then I was told to contact Loop-Loc customer service. Aug 9 - I contacted Loop-Loc and spoke to ***. She said *** would get in touch with me. Aug. 18 - got a form from Leisure to fill out and send to Loop-Loc. Filled it out and returned it to Leisure on Aug. 19. Sept. 7 - I texted Leisure again, asking if there was any news. He said he'd reach out to them again. Sept 12 - talked to *** at customer service again, she said someone would contact me. Sept 15 - Leisure sent an employee to my home to look and take pictures. He said he'd never seen a liner fade this badly. Sept. 22 - I contacted Leisure again, he called Loop-Loc again and they said they won't help me. This is the second Loop-Loc liner installed, 3rd liner in 27 years. Never had this issue with the other 2 liners, and nothing has changed in maintenance. They'll probably say it's a chemical issue, but it's a salt water pool. Only salt goes in, no chemicals. They'd know if they bothered to call or come see it. I haven't heard anything from him yet.

Loop-Loc Hey ComplaintsBoard.com, so here's the deal

Hey ComplaintsBoard.com, so here's the deal. We got ourselves a Loop-Loc pool cover, right? The first one lasted a solid 15 years, which was pretty impressive. But then we got our second one installed in 2018, and guess what? It tore irreparably over the winter. Can you believe it? So we went to our local pool store, Williamson Pools in Skowhegan Maine, and they reached out to Loop-Loc about the warranty. And you know what Loop-Loc said? They straight up refused to honor it! Can you believe that? Williamson Pools has been trying to work things out with Loop-Loc and their distributer, Imperial Pools, but they're still not budging. We've asked for a written explanation multiple times, but no response. I even left a complaint on the Loop-Loc website, but no word from them either.

Now here's the thing, after Williamson Pools removed the Loop-Loc cover, they checked the water level and it was all good, just like the warranty guidelines say. We even have the documentation and photos to prove it (I would've attached them, but I couldn't figure out how to do it). So according to the 15 Year Pro-Rated Warranty Certificate, Loop-Loc is supposed to replace the cover "at no cost." But they're not doing it, even though the cover failed just one winter after installation.

So, we're turning to you, ComplaintsBoard.com, to help us out here. We want Loop-Loc to honor their warranty and replace our pool cover like they're supposed to. We followed all the guidelines, and the cover still failed. We just want what we paid for, you know? Thanks for your help in resolving this.
