Rizzo Pools made me a pool this year and it looks amazing. They were super professional and paid attention to every little thing. I would totally tell other folks to go to them if they want a pool.

Got a pool from Rizzo pools and they need to come back and finish the job. They got paid but there are missing screws and the floor pad was never installed. I called the owner James but he didn't respond. I also called the store but they said they would get back to me and they never did.

I'm not happy with this company because they charged me for work that they didn't do. I called Rizzo Pools to fix a leak in my liner and was told it would cost $175. But when the tech arrived, he said there was no leak and it wasn't worth diving. I thought that was the end of it, but then Rizzo billed me $134 for the tech's time and commute, including a gas surcharge that they never told me about. I called to complain, but they hung up on me and wouldn't negotiate. I shouldn't have to pay for things they didn't tell me about, and the tech shouldn't have stayed longer than necessary just to charge me more. Rizzo is a bad business.

I had a pool put in by Rizzo Pool and I can confirm the same experience as the last review. The pool has been undone for 4 years now and the patchwork they do to the pool yearly is just that, "patch work". They don't stand behind their work. The pool they built me cracked down the middle of the pool from one side to the other over the first winter. Each year they send someone to repair it promising this will be the last repair. Well, I am not starting to understand what he meant when he told me last year this will be the last repair. Not because they will complete the job properly but because now I can't get them to come out and do warranty repairs. I called twice in May. Twice in July. Three times in August. It is now August 31st and still waiting to swim since Memorial day. If you too would like a huge headache this is the company for you. I spoke to the owner James. I assure you, he has no intentions of keeping any promise to me. If you give Rizzo your money, kiss it good bye. Their model is get new pools built. Nothing else. no service no warranty, no support. Just keep the new pool construction coming in and don't worry about existing customers. Pretty simple. Leave a message for the service dept. You will never get a return call. Call about a new pool construction and see the difference. They will send someone out later that day. If you are fortunate enough to reach someone on the phone in service, the standard lingo is "Name and number and SOMEONE ELSE will call you back". Don't hold your breath. I get emails all the time from potential customers asking more details about my experience. Email me, I'm myron302 on any platform. Gmail, AOL, Yahoo, Live, etc. I have tons of email with me and the owner showing all the promises that never came true. The proof is in the pudding. I have it the pudding. We got a pool from Rizzo Pools. We paid all the money on time and in full. Before the last payment, they were pretty good at getting back to us, but after the pool was in, they got really slow at responding to our problems and then just stopped answering our emails. The filter for our pool never worked, even though it was new. The pump was busted. We needed a part, which they ordered, but now we don't know when they're coming to put it in. Our pool has been in for two weeks and we still haven't hooked it up to a filter. The water is gross and turning green, which is gonna cost us more money to fix. The job isn't done yet.

I got an above ground pool from Rizzo Pools in August . It was all good until the pump stopped working in August . I went to Rizzo Pools and talked to Andrew H, the Retail Manager who sold me the pool, and told him the problem. He checked on his computer, said the pump was covered by warranty, and said he would order a new one for me. I asked how long it would take, since it was still swimming season, and he said it would take a couple of weeks. He also said that when they got the new pump, Rizzo Pools would put it in for free. I asked about Covid delays and he said they hadn't had any from this company yet. Just to be safe, I ordered a new pump from ***, which I got in 3 days. I put it in myself while I waited for the pump from Rizzo Pools. It's been over 3 months now and I still haven't gotten the new pump. I went to the store over a month ago and they said the pump hadn't come in yet and they would let me know when it did. I asked Andrew to keep me updated but I haven't heard from him since. I'm upset that I got a new pump in 3 days but Rizzo Pools, a local business, hasn't been able to get one in 3 months. They haven't offered any other solutions or tried to communicate with me. I spent over $10,000 at Rizzo Pool because they were a local business with a good ComplaintsBoard.com rating but now I feel like they don't care about me. I tried texting, calling, and going in person but now I have to go to the ComplaintsBoard.com.

I called Rizzo Pools in early May to get my pool ready for the summer. They were supposed to come out for two days to clean and vacuum the pool. Two guys came out and instead of cleaning, they just stirred up the leaves and debris in the pool. They said they would come back the next day to vacuum, but two different guys came and left after a short time, saying the pool was too dirty. They said they don't work in the rain and left. I called and went to the store, but no one came back for a week. I ended up cleaning the pool myself. After more calls and trips to the store, two guys finally came out to treat and vacuum the pool. They were supposed to come back the next day, but never did. I got a bill with a short due date and then a charge appeared on my credit card that I didn't approve. When I called to ask about it, they said they got my information from a job they did two years ago.
